We lived here for only five months and had a lot of issues with this place. Most of the apartments don't come with a washer and dryer, and the ones in the laundry facilities are such bad quality - they were destroying our clothes. The bathroom and appliances were extremely outdated. We had paint coming off of our shelves in the kitchen cabinets. And dog owners left their dog poop all over the grass. No problems with management. But overall, outdated.

I've loved living here the past 10 months! Yes, there are some problems like maintenance being pretty slow to fix an issue. But overall, I enjoy my cozy apartment, the grounds are always well kept, the management is very friendly, and I love all the amenities like the pool, tennis court, etc. Some reviewers complained about the pool cleanliness, but I assume that was a while ago, because I've never seen any problems with it in the time I've been here.

The friendliness of its workers and the centrality of the place. Always clean. In addition to how nice their recreation areas are
Live there for one year the apartments are disgusting, manager disgusting whole community disgusting!!! Save your time and money Go somewhere else!!!
Terrible place to live. Bad, unfriendly management. Dog poo everywhere. Noisy Neighbors. My apartment constantly smelled like pot and occasionally meth from the neighbors. Accounting errors happened frequently and I would constantly get double billed.
Rent is expensive almost $1000 for one room and awful quality. You can literally scratch the paint off. Pool is always murky with usually a dead animal in it. In the summer my ac broke twice each of which took well over a week to fix. My apt was 92 degrees in the middle of the night. My disposal also broke and I was told not to run water and they would come fix it. It took them a MONTH to fix that a whole month. I couldn’t cook dinner for my family. I couldn’t have guests. The smell of rotting food was overwhelming. They didn’t answer my phone calls. When I talked to the office they always told me by the end of the day it would be fixed. Nothing happened they don’t care about you

Only recommend to go with a remodeled unit. Been her for a week and I'm not blown away by the customer service, which should be #1 in all places in this day and age.. I still don't have a key or card for the laundry or gym area.. so kudos management. I paid 2000 dollars to get in and they can't call their keys guys to make a new one for me? Pathetic. Also when I moved in there were a couple things wrong off the bat. The ac was leaking and the restroom hanger fell off. It's not the worst, but definitely not the best, I'd try woodgate apartments down the street, which is where I lived years ago and the staff was super friendly and just awesome.

Your experience is not normal practice for us and we apologize that you did not receive the level of service that you expected. We are committed to turning your experience into a positive one and encourage you to stop by our office, so that we can speak with you in greater detail about the items you mentioned.
Living there sucked, we actually left early (paid rent even though we did not live in the unit) due to the condition of the community as a whole. I could go on about nobody cleaning their dogs poop up outside, never being able to call the office, the account errors for .30 cents, the noisy neighbors that left their bikes and toys all over the side walks and in front of the stairs, the smells (ewe the smells, GAG) and much more but this is about moving out and treatment from a manager. Upon moving out we received our final bill. We were billed for the regular stuff, cleaning, carpet cleaning final utilities. We were also charged for painting the apartment, and missing kitchen blinds. I emailed documentation of the apartment prior to us moving in showing the condition of the walls. I spent several days arguing with the assistant manager who was very rude, very unprofessional, and completely cold and unwilling to look at any of the facts. She said well we were billed for painting so you have to pay it... Of course they were billed for painting when we moved in it was in need of painting. Apparently regardless of documenting with photos and on the move in damage sheet you will still be charged for any pre-existing damages to the apartment. We were also charged for blinds in the kitchen. She says we as tenants should have known to request blinds for the kitchen and so we have to pay because she shows there are no blinds. Of course you show no blinds when we moved out, there were none when we moved in. At the point of arguing with her for several days, being treated without any respect, and being essentially told that I was wrong and too bad this is what you owe. I gave up. She then threatened me and told me if I did not pay at the end of the week she would send me to collections. I do not recommend anyone rent there.
I have lived here for 12 years now, and I would never even consider living anywhere else!! The management, the staff, and my neighbors have all been wonderful and I couldn’t think of a better place to call home!! Having lived here so long, I have fixed my apartment up so that it looks like a home, and it is like heaven to me. I guess I'm just one of those lucky people that has found his personal refuge from the world. You will not find a more conveniently located apartment complex in the entire valley!! I would strongly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a home. You’ll know as soon as you meet the staff how great this place truly is!! I just want Darren and his maintenance personnel to get some recognition for all the work they do to keep the tenants happy. They are always cheerful and always say hello. Whenever I have a problem with anything they are always there and have gone above and beyond the call of duty. My balcony/patio that's right outside my bedroom is the best selling point ever. I've sat in my balcony late at night and in the mornings when the sun is hitting the balcony in gorgeous morning rays. It's quiet and peaceful. My other balcony located outside my living room is cozy and calming. I really love living here. If there is ever a time that management decide to turn this complex into a condo, I WILL buy mine!

My brother had this place and really enjoyed it so I hope I can enjoy is as much as he did
Its not a very clean place to lived. I don't like living there. I will be moving soon.
