Rising out of the prairies and cornfields of the heartland, Omaha serves as a cultural wellspring and economic powerhouse for the region. Downtown has seen a lot of development in recent years, and now serves up a huge selection of trendy shopping, dining, and entertainment, particularly around the Old Market; the Blackstone neighborhood has also emerged as a new hotspot for adventurous restauranteurs and hip nightlife. The robust live music scene in Omaha is one of the city’s worst-kept secrets, with national publications singing the praises of popular venues like the Waiting Room and the annual Maha Music Festival at Stinson Park.
Omaha is serious about college sports – the University of Nebraska’s Cornhuskers are hometown heroes, and the city is the longtime home to the College World Series every summer.

Property Ratings at Embassy Park Apartments
I lived here for 1 year during 22-23, the overall experience was really good maintenance team was prompt and the management team was really helpful. I got an apartment with upgraded amenities, so my time was problem free. but the apartment building is showing a little age. Garage access and trash chute are nice to have. i had no complaints during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
Property Manager at Embassy Park Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We are thrilled to learn that you have received great service from our team! We are glad to hear you enjoyed living at Embassy Park Apartments.
I've lived in this apartment complex for 4 years, and really like it! 1- Price: the units are great for the price, large in comparison to other apartments of similar price. They have in-unit W/D, underground parking, fitness center and big pool (all of which I use often). It's great! 2- Quality: As above, the quality is solid. And quiet! I can hear in the hallway that my neighbors are loud, but I never hear them from my unit. The kitchens are large and standard, but not "updated"... but I don't miss stainless steel and granite countertops (I think this is why the price is so reasonable). Overall very clean. Any big messes get cleaned up within the day. Downside: they stopped recycling b/c residents kept throwing furniture and trash into the bin :(, so now I have to drive my recycling to the collection center. 3- Location: Loses a star because you can't walk anywhere fun, except the mall (1 mi away). The area is mostly apartment complexes and office buildings. But it's almost perfectly in the middle of town, so it's a reasonable drive to almost everywhere (10-15 min, 20 min to downtown). 4- Safety: I'm a petite female and have never felt unsafe, walking around the property. My husband's car did have a "break in" when parked in the garage... but nothing was actually broken, he had left it unlocked and someone got into it. A bummer, but staff was helpful in providing the videotape of the crime (they have security cameras). 5- Leasing office: In my experience, all the leasing office staff have been great! Friendly and responsive, and quick to address any concerns. I was very picky when I was deciding to rent. and they were still great about it. 6- Repairs: In 4 years, I have probably needed a total of 4-5 small repairs. In the one case that the repair was intensive, the apartment staff was good about communicating with me. Overall, I really like this apartment complex! Would 100% recommend to friends (and, clearly, to strangers).
This is an excellent apartment. It is less than two minute drive to Dodge and the interstate. My neighbors are all great and very diverse. The construction is such that very little noise transfers between apartments. The staff is helpful and maintenance is reasonably quick to respond. I have recommended Embassy Park to multiple friends.
I have a 1 bedroom with a den and I love it. I can barely hear my neighbors through the concrete floors and ceilings and the super thick walls between units. I do wish there was an air vent in the den though, it gets a bit warm in there since I work from home.
I moved into Embassy Park 3 years ago and I have to say I like it here very much. The office staff is great, always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Ryan and Liz are awesome. Any time I've had a maintenance request, it's been fixed right away. A day or two after I moved in, I discovered the garbage disposal didn't work. I called the office, and the next day when I came home from work I had a new garbage disposal. Things can't get fixed unless tenants report it, and not just in your own apartment but around the complex. I see a light burned out someplace, I report it and it's fixed. Security door not working, report it and it's fixed. Just takes a little cooperation. It's very quiet here, probably the most quiet apartment complex I've lived in. Yes I occasionally hear other people but it's no worse then anyplace else. Generally no overly loud tv's, no loud music and I love it. It's so nice coming home to a place I can just relax, nap or curl up and read and not be bothered by noise from other apartments. I've had one little complaint since I've lived here. Before I moved in a new entry door was installed in my apartment, but the apartment number wasn't put on and there was no peephole. It took repeated requests before it was resolved. What they did do for me however was upon my request immediately put a safety chain on my door for my peace of mind and I greatly appreciated it. I love the underground parking, the elevators and having trash chutes in the halls. It's so nice not having to cross an icy parking lot in the middle of winter to take my trash out. Yes the rent's kind of high, definitely higher then what I was paying at the previous place I lived. But for the amenities I'm getting here, it's so worth it!
Great Apartments to live in. Elevator, underground parking, gym, tennis court, and the only salt water pool in Omaha. Decently priced for what you are getting.
What a gorgeous place this is! More room than my previous residence (a condo), light, airy and most importantly, it felt like home the moment I stepped inside. The staff is completely accommodating and the maintenance crew are second to none. I wished I had moved here sooner, but being here now just makes me appreciate the value, the aesthetic and the convenience of my new apartment. Apartments.com helped me find it. Thanks!
