Have loved it here so far! My place is great and I can’t wait to get settled in. There is so much storage and lots of opportunity to personalize it as my own. I also can’t wait for the for the pool in the summer :)!

Amazing infrastructure & amazing service. Loved the move-in process. Everyone was extremely helpful in ensuring we move-in smoothly. Loading dock was made available at right time.

My experience living in an apartment has been extremely positive. The convenience of having amenities like a gym, pool, and maintenance services has made daily life much easier. The community atmosphere has also been enjoyable, with friendly neighbors and organized events. Overall, apartment living has provided a comfortable and convenient lifestyle, balancing privacy with a sense of community.

So far good experience with moving and help from the leasing team is good, Also on the first day I had to raise a service request and it was resolved pretty quickly.

Just moved in. So far the residents seem helpful and happy. The leasing office is very accomidating. There are a few oversights when planning for the building such as no overnight parking for guests, location of the trash receptacles could have been planned better in terms of having multiple zones. The loading dock isn't much more than a typical size elevator in a different location. The dumpsters are overflowing with trash and boxes and the parking garage is very narrow. I can imaging many fender benders occurring. Most of this is what it is and one will have to adjust. Overall I would say the good outweighs the bad.

We've been here a few months and the new management is good. They are responsive and haven't had major issues as of yet. Very clean and responsive with maintenance. New management seems more on top of things so hoping it continues. Only cons so far is the trash could be bigger or at least have more options for larger trash. There isn't closet space in some of the living room or kitchen areas to put things like brooms or vacuums. I would like to see the no smoking and no smoking weed more enforced. There have been times where we smell it and had to make complaints.

I just recently moved in I had some issues with the hot water and maintenance came and fixed it up quickly! Everyone’s been kind and outgoing so far this place has a great community.

I luv living here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I feel blessed to be here. It's very quiet. It's always clean. I luv the Christmas decorations this year.

Great place to live with great amenities and friendly staff. 4 stars instead of 5 because dog park needs an additional light-very hard to see at night to pick up after pet. Package room often a hot mess. Fire alarms go off too often.

This is a very convenient wellrun building. It is very easy to get into Boston or the surrounding towns as we are conveniently located near with 95 and 93. The building is extremely quiet which is wonderful.Repairs are done quickly and the maintenance guys are wonderful to work with. We are very happy here!

Love the amenities, looking forward to spend some time working out at the amazing gym. The view is great from our balcony, lovely way to relax with a cup of coffee.

Friendly receptionist and helpful. There are people working even on Saturday and Sunday. Refrigerator is a little too noisy though. Like the car charging at parking garage.

We have enjoyed living at Emblem 120! The amenities have been wonderful & the staff is extremely friendly. The current property management has made continuous ongoing improvements to the building and they make it a great place to live.

The building itself/amenities and apartments specifically are absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail is truly admirable and makes for such a comfortable space and home to all residents. Having been a long-term resident, however, I have to note that there have been some kinks. Previous management was slow to take action to community concerns, but that seems to be improving recently... I'm glad to see our community doing better so far.

The Emblem is a great place to call home. The spacious 2- bedroom unit had plenty of natural light and a modern kitchen. The maintenance team was always prompt and friendly, addressing any issues within 24 hours. The pool and fitness center were well-maintained and very clean. However, the parking situation could be challenging during peak hours. Overall, I would recommend Emblem 120 to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in Woburn.

In general, it's been great. Love the amenities. The gym is spacious, and the lobby has coffee and a pool table. Staff communication can be improved.

Very Amazing! I love the fact that surroundings are always clean and smell soo good and fresh. Public bathroom smells good and clean big ups to our community cleaners

emblem 120 is doing a great job with the building. bozutto has really stepped it up and the new management is a pleasure to work with. just renewed my lease and looking forward to more enjoyable experiences.

Parking rule changes. Increasing rent only for certain tenants. Inadequate/no visitor parking. Poor community cleansing - carpets are constantly stained in the common areas. Dog park constantly filled with poop and no one’s being held responsible for it.

Great and clean place to live. Lots of amenities, parking, great location, target, groceries, restaurants close by. Pretty quick response time on resolving any issues.

Thus far, my residency experience in this building has been great. My apartment is new and well-designed. The accommodations are not only comfortable but also create an environment that promotes both relaxation and productivity. Also, the location provides convenient access to a variety of markets, coffee shops, and restaurants, as well as the train station, ensuring effortless and swift connections to Boston.

We love our apartment. New with latest appliances. Awesome common facility. Great service team with quick response. Wonderful community! Safe and secure.

New management is doing really well to get this place back to how it used to be when it first opened but it’s gonna take some work. The residents really need to do better at taking care of their community!

Fire alarms constantly going off. Trash in garage on levels 3,4,and 5 specifically. New management has recently started to address the many and various problems

The move-in process was very seamless. A big thank you to Aaron for being extremely diligent and answering all of our questions. We are loving our new home!

I had a great experience with the move in and meeting some of the residents. The amenities are awesome, I can’t wait to use the outdoor grill and pool.

Great living experience. well kept property with good amenities. Quite pricy for the location however great to get into Boston with train being so close.

Overall the building is great. The community has issues with others and trash, parking and noise. The staff is great, they try and help as quickly as possible. There are several communal places throughout that need fixes.

Emblem 120 is a gorgeous place to live, so convenient to everything I need in the Greater Boston area. The apartment is strikingly spacious and well appointed. The 2-story fitness center literally replaces a gym membership for me and is stocked with state-of-the-art equipment. I'd not had the best experience with communications from the management office, but since they're recently under new property management, they seem to be making great improvements.

Great facility! Maintenance is great and so fast to fix any problem you have! Neighbors are respectful. It feels like a safe place to live!!

It is always very clean, and everyone is super nice. We love it here, but the rent is very expensive. The amenities are excellent including the grills which are state of the art. The gym is big enough that you can save on a membership somewhere else.

I feel like do not always get a response when I send an email with questions. I do think the turnaround time to have something repaired is speedy. 99% of that residence are nice and helpful. I have difficulty going to the trash/recycling room on the third floor because people just leave their trash on the floor.

Wonderful location...beautiful building. Very well kept up. Very quiet building. We really think this place is outstanding. Also when you need repairs or have a problem in the apartment naintenance is quick to respond and to fix whatever needs to be done. This is a very important aspect of living in an apartment.

It’s okay, some minor issues. Seems like there’s always trash bags in the hallways, or parking garage. The complimentary coffee machine always has an issue or they’re out of cups. Some carpet squares are popping up in hallway and the carpet could use a clean. The mailroom is chaos.

Great area and lovely apartments and amenities. Maintenance is always on time and haven't had any negative experiences yet. Accessible garage on every floor is lovely.

I luv living here. Everyone is so nice. The property is very clean. I have no complaints. The leasing staff is very helpful. I asked for a new filter in my room and it was taking care of immediately.

I really enjoy living here! I wake up everyday and still can’t believe this is my home! The amenities are luxurious; the staff is great and super helpful. The units are spacious and I never hear a peep from my neighbors, who are very kind. The location is perfect, so central to everything! So happy to call Emblem 120, home!

I really enjoy living at Emblem 120. There were a few issues with the establishment the 1st couple months, I understand there was a management change. All the issues have since been resolved by the new management team and I'm grateful for the swift response in resolving those issues. The staff as well as the residents are extremely nice and helpful.
