Emblem at Conyers

I love the friendly staff and monthly community events! There is always a warm environment and smiling face. I appreciate it when people are genuinely kind.

Parking spaces could be larger. Trash company is unreliable and come after 10pm some nights. It would be nice to have camera's posted near the entrance of each apartment stairs for safety. Over all a great place to live.

So far, I’ve been enduring. The apartment is nice and the gates are working better than they used to work. I have been here for almost one year now. The thing I can say is that the rent is too expensive and if you cannot afford to pay everything at once or in the third day, the interest they add to it is ridiculous. Even the electricity bill is off the roof.

I have enjoyed my stay at Emblem. Valet Trash is a great amenity. The gym and clubhouse are well kept and my packages are always secure. I feel safe and secure here

I am truly grateful for the prompt resolution of issues by the staff. Having resided here for a year, I can attest to their dedication in ensuring residents' satisfaction. The community liaison organizes events for both adults and children, enhancing the overall experience. Despite the parking issue, I must acknowledge the significant improvements since my last review. If residents could assist in managing trash disposal at the compactor, the property's appearance would be impeccable.

I really love living here . This is the first time I’ve ever liked a place enough to renew my lease . Very spacious quiet area . Good for me and my Dog

My only two issues currently are the lack of parking spaces & the inconsistency of the valet trash pick up. I have not had any other complaints so far.

The application process was straightforward and user-friendly, which made everything so much easier. I was able to get everything done quickly and efficiently, and it really set the tone for the exceptional experience that followed.Since moving in, I’ve been loving my new home. The apartments are spacious and luxurious, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into the design. I feel right at home, and the sense of comfort and luxury is evident in every corner. One of my favorite features has been the app it’s so convenient! Being able to unlock my door and adjust the AC settings all from my phone has been a game changer. It really adds to the ease of living here and makes me feel like I’m truly getting the most out of this amazing community. Overall, my experience has been outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call Emblem Conyers home. I look forward to enjoying this space for a long time to come!

We have enjoyed living at Emblem! Nice community, friendly staff, lovely ladies, the best! We love our walk around our wooded pond Daily and the convenience of the community as well! Close to shopping and near by entertainment such as hiking, and most if all our church!

My experience with moving into the Emblem has been smooth and efficient. Each person outstood and provided excellent service. I really like the apartment I chose, and I have lots of sun coming into my apartment which is important to me. I’m not too keen just yet on the way you get into your apartment thought maybe it’ll grow on me. The option of having a key as well as keyless is the better option

The staff at Emblem Conyers is very pleasant and prompt when addressing inquires. The move-in process was seamless. The property is very clean and has great amenities. The apartments are beautiful with a ton of closet space. The only downfall is the walls are too thin. We can hear our neighbors talking, music and kids crying from the apartment above us.

When I moved in back in November 2024. They would send out emails about quiet time , I haven't got an email in awhile. And my neighbors are extremely loud .The tenants are not picking up behind their dogs and we have dog waste stations in place for this. They will throw trash,straws, napkins, cups,water bottles out of their car and want pick it up. You walk out of your apartment and smell weed. This place is to nice for this.

Emblems Conyers Apts has been awesome! Top notch maintenance and a staff that cares about its residents! The monthly events are always great! They try really hard to keep the property clean and inviting I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment community!

Great experience so far. Very quiet place I love it. Staff is very nice and easy to get in touch with. I love the how clean it is and how fast maintenance comes if there are any issues.

Been here 3 months and everything is very enjoyable. The management team is always available and help keep our community enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Emblems if you are looking for a great place to live

It’s great I already love it here! Everything is great stores and food is a skip and a hop away, everytime I show my family and friends my apartment they say they love it. Also Alexandria was very nice a professional, I don’t know how to give her a review so I hope this can count as 1 5*

The complex is very clean and nice. I do however wish there was an easier way to get to the top floor and the ladies in the leasing office can be rude.

I love the community and the events every month hosted by Emblem! The area is clean and well kept, it is quiet, and those in the community have good energy towards one another. Can’t wait to see what 2025 behold!

I still absolutely love my apartment and the garbage pick up is getting better. I appreciate the efforts from apartment management they stay in top of our concerns and efficiently Expedite.

My experience has not remained consistent since I moved into the community. Residents smoke weed, and it smells terrible through my apartment and outside hallways; residents do not curb their dogs, and I see waste on the premises. I almost got run over by a fast-moving vehicle exiting through the incorrect side of the gates because it is constantly open, and people do not exit properly. If this continues, I do not see this community maintaining its luxurious appeal in the long run.

So far so good. My only issue is with the “valet” trash pickup. We pay for valet yet there are days when the guys just skip over my trash that is placed in accordance with the rules provided for trash pick up.

I absolutely love it here!!!! The staff is amazing. Maintenance is great. I can't imagine living anywhere else in the city of Conyers. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

I enjoy living here so far. I love the community events and friendly staff. I only wish there was a play area for children in the apartment community.

My stay so far hasn’t been bad. The front gate & now back gate is always open. The valet trash isn’t always reliable. It would be great, yet convenient if The Bilt rental App would allow us to do monthly split pay on your rent. Alexandria & Monica are really patient & nice. Kaylan is also great & helpful.

I love my apartment, I made the right choice when I chose to live at Emblem Conyers. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. They made the move in process very and easy, they are also very help and answered every question i have.

Extremely welcoming and wonderful. The staff are very professional and the apartment itself is beautiful and very modern. The amenities are great as well.

I love it here, i only have a few things i feel they could work on.. the gates and better trash schedule! Outside of those two things i love how quiet it is here and how theres not too much going on

The apartment community is very lovely. It’s quiet, the neighbors are respectful and it’s clean. With the community being new it’s very enjoyable being the first person to live in my unit. I can’t wait to experience the community in a whole.

Monica and the ladies in the office are really nice. I was invited to the community Christmas party on my first day moving in. The residents here were very welcoming.

The experience has been good for me and my family. Spacious, high ceilings, modern design, installed washer and dryer units, valet trash pickup, leasing office openly communicates and throws events for the community, maintenance has been timely and polite, and a courtesy officer. Neighbors can be a bit noisy and lack some common sense but that’s to be expected in apartment living. However, management seem determined to protect the comfort, peace, and security of the community which I appreciate. Overall experience 4.5 of 5

So far it’s been a pleasant experience. The move in was done with minimal hassle but I do have some minor gripes. I like that there is handicap accessible units but there should have been at least a side set of stairs for direct entrance for starters. The gym is dismally equipped, we pay upwards of 1400 a month for very sub standard equipment. The pool area is fine, if rather small. There’s only 2 grills. If you look at it like that, the only problem is the lack of amenities that I would consider adequate for the price range we’re in. I still think the place is nice, the lay out is rather odd but other than that it’s quaint and I like the smart home appliances and gadgets.

I’m very pleased with my residency here at the EMBLEM at Conyers. You get much better amenities for the dollar & it’s a clean environment. The management staff is nice and so far the residents I’ve met have been very nice. If there’s a problem, managers deal with it and that has been a Plus for me!

The atmosphere here is great, the apartment management staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We have opportunities to meet up with our fellow apartment residents through various activities and events. I love that we are a gated community and feel safe on the premises.

I love my new place. I’m happy to now be able to come home to a peaceful neighborhood and quiet community. I look forward the the pool opening, and our summer time activities

The experience here has been good. They try to create time and events for the people living here. That is thoughtful. I hope the gate gets fixed soon. I’m general, if is a good place to live.

Ever since i moved in, everyone has been so nice. I like the fact how quiet it is around here. And over i just love it here. The people that are in my building are really nice.

So far I like it here very quiet, clean, and the apartments are new! I love the stainless steel appliances. I do wish we had a playground for kids here but other than that so far it’s pretty good

God led us to Emblem and we feel so blessed and excited to call Emblem Home:) The office crew is so friendly and inviting. Make you feel right at home! It is just a Beautiful Community from the club house to the land around us and convenient to shopping near by. The best part about it is our View from our apartment:) We love our view of the woods, secluded private pond and we can watch the sun rise and set each day!

We are constantly being updated on any changes or improvements at the complex. The staff is always friendly whenever we cross paths and we have enjoyed being able to meet new apartment neighbors.

My experience has been so great so fat. The community is beautiful, my apartment brings me so much joy. I look forward to seeing what comes in the near future.
