Emblem at Conyers

Monica and the ladies in the office are really nice. I was invited to the community Christmas party on my first day moving in. The residents here were very welcoming.

The experience has been good for me and my family. Spacious, high ceilings, modern design, installed washer and dryer units, valet trash pickup, leasing office openly communicates and throws events for the community, maintenance has been timely and polite, and a courtesy officer. Neighbors can be a bit noisy and lack some common sense but that’s to be expected in apartment living. However, management seem determined to protect the comfort, peace, and security of the community which I appreciate. Overall experience 4.5 of 5

So far it’s been a pleasant experience. The move in was done with minimal hassle but I do have some minor gripes. I like that there is handicap accessible units but there should have been at least a side set of stairs for direct entrance for starters. The gym is dismally equipped, we pay upwards of 1400 a month for very sub standard equipment. The pool area is fine, if rather small. There’s only 2 grills. If you look at it like that, the only problem is the lack of amenities that I would consider adequate for the price range we’re in. I still think the place is nice, the lay out is rather odd but other than that it’s quaint and I like the smart home appliances and gadgets.

I’m very pleased with my residency here at the EMBLEM at Conyers. You get much better amenities for the dollar & it’s a clean environment. The management staff is nice and so far the residents I’ve met have been very nice. If there’s a problem, managers deal with it and that has been a Plus for me!

The atmosphere here is great, the apartment management staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We have opportunities to meet up with our fellow apartment residents through various activities and events. I love that we are a gated community and feel safe on the premises.

I love my new place. I’m happy to now be able to come home to a peaceful neighborhood and quiet community. I look forward the the pool opening, and our summer time activities

The experience here has been good. They try to create time and events for the people living here. That is thoughtful. I hope the gate gets fixed soon. I’m general, if is a good place to live.

Ever since i moved in, everyone has been so nice. I like the fact how quiet it is around here. And over i just love it here. The people that are in my building are really nice.

So far so good no complaints, Things are very organized, it's the perfect place for me and my family. We really have nothing to complain about so far…

So far I like it here very quiet, clean, and the apartments are new! I love the stainless steel appliances. I do wish we had a playground for kids here but other than that so far it’s pretty good

I’m enjoying living here. I love that there are community events at least once a month. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing I would love to see is a playground or something for children.

I enjoy living here. It’s peaceful and my neighbors are great. The neighborhood stuff does a good job at making sure we are informed on. I also enjoy the monthly activities for the community to come together.

My experience in moving in has been pleasant. My neighbors are quiet. The Apartment Complex is quiet. I’m very Grateful for the Customer Services from Alexandria. I can’t wait until the entrance gate works for safety measures.

Great area to live in. Staff is good about checking to make sure you’re good. Great amenities at the complex. Not far from different stores and restaurants.

God led us to Emblem and we feel so blessed and excited to call Emblem Home:) The office crew is so friendly and inviting. Make you feel right at home! It is just a Beautiful Community from the club house to the land around us and convenient to shopping near by. The best part about it is our View from our apartment:) We love our view of the woods, secluded private pond and we can watch the sun rise and set each day!

We are constantly being updated on any changes or improvements at the complex. The staff is always friendly whenever we cross paths and we have enjoyed being able to meet new apartment neighbors.

My experience has been so great so fat. The community is beautiful, my apartment brings me so much joy. I look forward to seeing what comes in the near future.

Emblem Conyers is one of the most serene places I have lived in a long time. I love the modern amenities. The grounds are well kept. My Neighbors are friendly and great! The staff is exceptional at helping in ALL ways and are professional and kind. Looking for a friendly neighborhood---It's Emblem Conyers!!!

I love this apartment. It's so clean and nice and was easy to apply. Everybody has amazing customer service. I definitely recommend anyone to move here you will be happy living here

The gym could use more equipment other than that the experience has been great. The leasing agents and maintenance team have been quick and efficient.

I love living at Emblem Conyers! The community is clean and quiet. The Community Events are fun! It is quiet and neighborly!! The staff is professional and kind!

The move in process was so smooth and everyone at the leasing office was very helpful. The unit was also clean when I first did my walk through as well.

Great staff, management and maintenance. I’ve been here for a few months and it’s been a pleasurable experience thus far. My ONLY complaints are there isn’t a play space or playground for children and the valet trash could come more often :)

I've recently moved in and really haven't had a lot of experience to rate accurately yet. However, I give 4 stars to a great start for friendly staff, quiet and clean neighborhood.

Neighbors seem pleasant. Office staff and service requests are attentive and responds in a fast timely manner. Community events are welcoming and fun.

The community has been great with communication and maintaining a clean property. The staff was friendly throughout my entire process. Move in day was a breeze since I had already completed all of my documents online.

It’s been a great experience. Just a little things that happen like the hub for the apartment goes down quite frequently but I’ve just just gotta learn the rhythm of that thing. Other than that, it’s been wonderful and I’m looking forward to more wonderful times!

I love my new home/community! It has a cozy but luxurious ambiance, great neighbors, and great amenities. Everything and I do mean Everything is accessible within a 5-mile radius—gated community. Great resident events! Great Staff!

Property is amazing, very clean and beautiful sites. Ms. McBride was very polite, courteous and very professional. She goes over and beyond to make sure your viewings and movings are done smoothly without any problems. Thank you for an awesome experience ??

Request response for a service is very slow or they don’t respond at all. Disappointing for a so called Luxury Apartment Home! High rent fees are not justified by management’s actions in a crisis. Not happy with my residency due to these circumstances.

Staff is super friendly! I accidentally locked my phone inside my apartment and the leasing agents were kind enough to give me a temporary code to get back inside.

A few minor things but overall great! Management has been really nice. Especially Juan… has had to call/communicate w/him on several occasions.

Great move in. Great amenities and accessible to many restaurants and shopping. Not too far from the freeway. Loud upstairs neighbors but no complaints otherwise

So far it’s okay. I didn’t feel super welcomed or taken care of on move in day like I have at my previous residence. I did have to reach out to find out information instead of being contacted by the leasing agents.

I love my new home. The best decision I made this year, I was looking for the right place with the right space and I found it with Emblem od conyers.

So far everything has been great. The valet trash hasn’t been on schedule but they do come the next day. Maintenance is fast, as soon as I put a request in they fix the problem.

Love the Emblem Conyers Team , they are so helpful and have made my living experience amazing . I moved in a few weeks ago and everyone on the team was very informative & respectful .

It’s been pretty great so far. Love the neighbors, the quietness, and the staff. It’s a great place to be. The amenities are AMAZING and the pool? So beautiful.

I love living here. It’s been a nice transition from my previous community. The office staff and maintenance are great and handle any concerns with top priority.

I have been here a month now and I absolutely love it. From the communication from the staff to the friendly neighbors, I haven’t had any issues.
