I LOVE THE EMBLEM GATEWAY. MY BABIES AND I HAVE SO MUCH PEACE AND ITS SO MUCH BEAUTIFUL SCENERY. ALSO MY KIDS CANT GET OVER THE FACT THAT THE POOL IS YEAR ROUND. SO THANKFUL TO BE HERE. STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

We have been living here almost a year and everything has been great. When small things have come up they all get taken care of ASAP. Love the community events that are held!

Just moved in and i’m loving it so far, not a lot of things wrong with the apartment the day of move in , if any. Great place for kids and animals as well

I love coming to the community events with my family! The atmosphere is always welcoming and we have such a blast! This last one was super fun! My daughter was obsessed with the cool games and treats provided! These events are what we look forward to!

We have attended all of the community events since we got here and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate the thought and effort that goes into them. They are always fun and welcoming. The hosts are always so nice and friendly. Thank you for the experiences you’ve given us!

Unit is great , brand new. We have noticed couple disturbances by neighbors. And also we have seen two neighbors cars with broken windows , you can tell some criminal activity going around. I have never seen the “ patrol cars “ driving around after hours like the property Mgnt said they do.

It’s been great so far since I moved in. Everyone in the community seem very nice and friendly. The staff here is also nice and wants to hel p out with anything that they can.

I would like to give more stars but the tenants above me have been stomping, jumping, and running across the floor on a daily basis. I reported it twice to the leasing office/management but it kept happening so either the tenants are ignoring the complaints or the complaint was never mentioned to the tenants. Also, extra fees were added to the rent that should have been already included in the right and not added after the fact. Overall a good place to live and not far from food and entertainment.

The community is quite clean & peaceful. There hasn't been any issues with noise too. I enjoy sitting outside on my balcony for fresh air. The friendly staff are a plus too!

Each interaction I've had with the leasing office or maintenance team have always been pleasant. They are always willing to help and listen when I would have a concern

House is built very cheaply. Walls are literally made out of cardboard literally, it will fall off and scrapped off easily. You can your neighbors above you next to you, you name it. Also their houses has this loud fan that will circulate through the whole house and you can't even turn it off. it will feel like your in a warehouse, how could you not. Also cars have gotten broken into so often in here because apparently they're securitiy are never here. Thats why they're changed three security companies since I've been here which is a year. Management never answers resident calls because they can see it on caller ID and hires temp staff all the time and when you ask any question they will be like oh I'm just a temp staff. PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!!!!

We have been living here for more than 8 months and everything has been great and what ever issues may have come up the office has been so attentive and have gotten everything fixed right away.

It’s a very nice complex very quiet and to its self, the people in the leasing office are sweet and helpful , the apartment it’s self is So Beautiful

Great neighborhood. The community is always well kept and my neighbors are friendly. The office staff is always there to help when in need.

Everything went smoothly from leasing to the move in date! The staff were friendly and made the transition easy. The property looks great and there are great amenities.

Clean community and friendly staff! The dog park and other amenities are a nice addition too. The community is not loud and quite cozy. There's a couple events each month hosted at the clubhouse by the staff.

My move in was pretty easy and hassle free pretty much. The neighborhood is quiet, the staff really helped me and worked with me on my move.

I love this place it pretty Cool, very nice and has basically all you need… so far I can't complain when I call for repair the next 30 minutes they come and fix my stuff.

Very nice and good neighborhood but the only thing is that pool is too small for 10 buildings to swim at. That’s all but evrything else is good as off now

Basic living conditions, door code technology always has low battery or lock gets jammed and wont close properly. Maintenance is not the best a year later still have a balcony door that doesn’t seal properly, my fridge filter needed to be changed 4months into my lease and was told I had to buy it and change it. When I mentioned I hadn't even been at the apartment 6months, usual life expectancy, I was rudely told but fridge has. No assigned parking is also terrible, thankfully the added parking stickers if not it would continue to be a disaster. Apartments are nice/new but you can hear everything, upstairs walking makes my doors shake and make noises.

Incredibly friendly staff, Great location, with nice amenities. The apartments are very spacious with fantastic features!! The grounds are kept clean all the time.

Great apartment to stay at! We love how there are planned events for the tenants to attend throughout the months. As with every apartment complex, there are pros and cons. Pros: good apartment size, minimal noise, good amount of free parking, staff is nice Cons: not much garage parking, some outlets don't work in the unit, stairways aren't clean/maintained, pool isn't heated (even though staff said it was)

After living at emblem for a year I can finally edit my review and put my honest thoughts. The units are modernized and nice . The community is nice and quiet For the most part. Apartments are not very soundproof. You can definitely hear your upstairs and downstairs neighbors if you are in the middle. Community is kept clean, but there can be some neighbors who don’t respect the trash rules and make it inconvenient for others. Staff is friendly and quick to help if there’s a problem they also have a lot of Community events, which is very nice. Overall my experience at emblem has been OK

So far good, nice brand new spacious kitchen . No noise, neighbors are nice so far, the only not thing not enough parking , most of them are taken

We moved in around mid Sept "23 & Upon first contact, our interactions with Casey and then William have been super positive, informative and they genuinely care about the tenants and the property (and it shows!) They were up front about the eco-heating/cooling unit and the extra noise on occasion from it, they were transparent and timely relaying timelines for construction and completion of the other buildings and garages. They have promptly addressed any concerns or issues that come with a newly established property. Issues with packages (though rare due to their awesome package room set up!) They have helped us quickly resolve. They do their best to remember names and details of tenants and are always pleasant in passing. Maintenance is prompt and friendly as well! They host frequent fun events and try to rotate the schedule so everyone has a chance to attend... this community is wonderful! Please keep up the great work Emblem Gateway Team. We appreciate you!

The process was quick and fast I just wish they had a bigger pool and a club house that has a pool table that we can enjoy also there is a coffee machine but is not able to be used because the office is closed I wish that was public to. I came from an apartment that has bigger amenities that residents can enjoy

I had a few little issues upon moving in. I put my request in and was immediately met with a quick response!!Everything was fixed within 24 hours!!! Very accommodating and friendly staff!!

1 week in, the apartment itself feels very clean and new very cozy, We love that they have maintenance on property keeping everything clean , the community is the catch, very noisy during night hours which I don’t mind but when it’s almost everyday it starts to be too much, at first it felt like a safe community but I woke up to my car being involved in a hit and run, from a current resident, management from the property was very helpful but now I always have to be worried about my car not being safe in the parking lot, besides that there’s minor defects in the unit like our dryer not being properly connected, lights switches not working, unit not being properly cleaned after being serviced, other than that, it’s a nice property

It’s an okay apartment, still needs a lot more to call it a home. Main door lock gets jammed constantly and goes offline at least once a week so you can’t control the door or the AC from your phone. The patio door doesn’t seal properly so the living room is always cold. Maintenance does not change the fridge filters. Rules are broken with neighbors smoking or grilling in their patios. There’s no consistency with management.

They fixed the pool heater so they pool is amazing and we enjoy it everyday now, also anytime we need anything the staff is very fast and attentive.

Living here for more than a month and a few things have changed. Lack of grounds keeping, abandon cars, pest control. Although, this is a beautiful neighborhood, I pray someone take pride in the investment and appreciate the renters in keeping the community on how it needs to be.

Horrible sense of security here. They claim there is a patrol 24/7 7days a week when that’s a lie cause I spoke to the security company the night my car was attempted to be stolen. The walls are thin and I can hear every noise made from the upstairs tenant. I spoke to someone about it and nothing was or has been done to tell them to be courteous to those that live beneath them. The fan continually runs all day through out the night even when you have the whole climate system set to off. The playground is not kid friendly more like pre teens friendly. The outlets don’t work all the time either. The paint job was rushed purposefully making sure you don’t get your whole deposit back. Not enough garages for everyone. AND AS STATED EARLIER THE SENSE OF SECURITY IS NONEXISTENT AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVE HERE.

The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish the pool was actually heated. The apartment is really nice. It’s a quiet community, and the community events are actually pretty cool.

The apartment is nice and clean . Casey is very helpful when we had any questions . The application process was fast and east to follow . We are happy to stay here

Great communication, Amazing community, good parking, noise level pretty low, very helpful staff, pool is a little small but they have an amazing gym

Overall it’s a nice place to live. Wish people were a little more responsible and respectful with pets and pet waste but that’s common. Apartments are nice.

The apartment is new. I like the layout. Makes it feel very homey. The price is average for the area. I like the white walls, countertops, and carpet in bedroom.

Love living here. Very quiet and the apartments are very spacious and modern. I would say one of the best apartment complexes I have lived at in Denver.

Best apartment community I’ve ever lived in! It feels like home and I love the amenities they have plus the smart tech as well! I wish they had a physical key for apartment entrance but I love that I can lock and unlock from my phone no matter where I am! Plus adjusting the thermostat from my phone!

Relatively quiet community. Apartments have a fan that cannot be turned off which is loud. This can be bothersome. Otherwise the apartment is nice and close to the airport.

This apartment complex has been nothing but good to me. Haven’t had a single issue. Love the view, the people, everything. I would recommend this complex to everyone I know. Really is home away from home

the apartment itself is good, would prefer if people picked up after their dogs and didn’t slam their doors but thats just apartments for you. the area is not great.

We just moved in and everything is great so far! The apartments are so new and clean and at a fair price! The community is fairly quiet and peaceful and kind. The staff is very friendly and professional. We are much happier here than where we were before.

Great amenities & very family friendly community ! Great staff aswell only problem is parking is limited but other than that everything is great

The apartment itself is nice, it’s spacious and you rarely hear your neighbors so its soundproofed relatively well. The area has gotten a little rough but there are seldom any issues within the complex. Leasing office people are great.

So far, it’s been a pleasant experience. The leasing agents are very helpful and courteous. Some of the residents don’t respect EV charging spots, which is so far the only negative.
