My experience as a resident has been exceptional. The community is welcoming and supportive, creating a strong sense of belonging. The staff is always attentive and ready to assist with any needs, making sure everything runs smoothly. The amenities are top-notch, and I feel comfortable and at ease in my living space. Overall, it’s been a positive and enjoyable experience that has truly exceeded my expectations.
great location, newly modeled, great staff, spacious apartments. My feedback is for the apartment to have more amenities like sporty games and better insulated walls as the master bedroom is freezing.
I absolutely Love this place it’s beautiful very quiet. This place has an amazing team they take great care of the residents and building and are just so welcoming.
We have been living here for 5 month now and love it so far, Accept for minor issues like Amazon delivery they never can’t get this right because our packages have been dropped at different buildings, and key pad issues for the last few months not been resolved, however the staff has done everything possible and very proactive ongoing issues trying get them resolved soon as they can. We love our apartment and morning sunrises sunsets are the best good choice so far. Thank you Emblem

Apartment is brand new, maintained well and is very peaceful . Loved the place and the pond near by. Easy access to walmart and sams club. I would recommend this place to my friends

Quick response to communications. Friendly answered questions . When we arrived we were greeted by the office staff. We were left alone pretty much while moving in. Would have liked to do a guided apt walk through but didn’t

Nice apartments to stay in. Ambience is good. Surrounded with beautiful views. Club house party with lots of food and fun. Felt good seeing everyone there and having fun.

So far I have had a great experience with living at Emblem for the past nine months. The only mix up I’ve had so far was a package delivery to the wrong building during the holiday season, and the staff was able to quickly help me out! Very happy with my choice of apartment.

Only good thing is ambience but there are some flaws like utility bill every month there is admin fee and not sure why we need to pay common areas power bill

Great place to live. Quiet enough to where you don’t/can’t hear your neighbors. The exception is the loud staircases and building doors slamming loudly

So far living at Emblem has been great! One of the things I love most is how pet-friendly it is—my furry friend feels just as welcome as I do. Great neighborhood. Pretty much close to everything in the town. Love the fact that it’s right on the borders of South of Naperville, Aurora, and Plainfield. About an hour away from Chicago Downtown. Great place!

Lovely community! Great building with plenty of space in between each apartment. Love the community events. Do not like how small the closets are though. The kitchen is my favorite part.

I haven’t been apart of the Emblem Oswego community for more than two weeks, but from applying , to signing the lease & moving has been a seamless transition that emblem management has helped me with throughout the process . Really love living here. Great amenities and friendly staff. They have nice events for every holiday. The community is safe and secure as well.
Brand new construction apartment living at its finest. Beautiful and spacious floor plans. The amenities are great with a gorgeous clubhouse, pool and 24 hour fitness center. From the few interactions I’ve had with the office and staff they are so friendly and helpful. They seem to really listen and care. However I hope they do away with the mandatory valet trash fee and service, also I do hope some sort of buzzer system is installed sooner than later!

We love living here! The community is so nice and clean. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I love taking walks on the path that goes around the pond. Beautiful community!

I love this community. It is beautiful, quiet & clean. The apartments are well built & our neighbors are friendly & respectful. I love the trail around the pond & taking walks in the evening. Great sunsets!

Good and safe neighborhood nice to be here, and pet friendly, has all the amenities, very friendly staff, has a walking path around the pond which is cool.

Every unit feels modern, spacious, and thoughtfully planned out. The open-concept living areas, large windows, and high ceilings create a bright and inviting space. The kitchens are equipped with top-notch appliances, and the countertops and cabinetry are both stylish and functional. Beautiful community with trail around a pond. Neighbors are nice and complex is close to shopping outlets on route 34! Dog run on the grounds is a good size but dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs.

Wonderful Apartments! Totally love the place and people. Excellent leasing office services and the location is very apt. If you want a 1b or 2b with a good accessibility, consider emblem.

Have been in apartment for a week now and we love it. I really have no complaints so far the area is very convenient too with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Easy access to work as well.
