Emblem Riverside

I have been living at Emblem Riverside for six months now and I’ve had an amazing experience thus far! The customer service here is exceptional, and the tenant experience is truly top-notch. The new property manager has been a game-changer—she’s knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly diligent. It’s clear that she cares about the residents and work hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. The community itself also gives a strong sense of safety, which is so important when choosing a place to live. I’ve felt comfortable and at ease from day one. Overall, my experience has been nothing but positive, and I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Property embodies perfect blend of modern sophistication and cozy charm, making it a place for everyone to appreciate and enjoy. Everyone welcoming and very helpful.

Very nice apartments and amenities. Well lit and Quiet. The staff and the neighbors are nice and helpful. There is a courtesy officer that patrols and the staff patrols as well. The upkeep is frequent and the price is worth it.

I love residing at Emblem RIverside. The staff is so nice and helpful. If any maintenance requests are needed I love the ability to place request at any time. Maintenance requests are handled very promptly. The premises are always clean. I mostly love the peace in the neighborhood.

Very nice, polite staff great atmosphere. The apartment provides for all my needs. Staff timely when you call for service. Attentive to your needs????. I love the gym,pool and the grounds are well kept.

These are very beautiful apartments. I'm in love with it!!! I would've never imagined, living here. I used to pass the apartments to and from home. I'm happy picked these apartments!

Move in was great! Something was off with the communication and they fixed it and owned up to it. Best move in experience I had. They also had a walk through with me and made sure everything was okay

The staff are unresponsive. I have sent several messages to the office staff and the management, and nobody answers the phone or responds to messages. I was overcharged and couldn't reach anybody. I do not recommend this apartment complex. Please choose anywhere but here.

The last month I have enjoyed the peaceful life at Emblem. It is quiet and pleasant plus safe for seniors. The management staff is great and friendly plus efficient. The maintenance personnel meets all needs timely and with high level of efficiency. Emblem truly is the Best!!!

Love it here. Clean and well maintained. The only issue is the valet trash company not picking up sometimes but the office staff do keep the residents in the loop and get it taken care of asap.

Trash not being picked up when they’re supposed to. I found myself throwing away my trash multiple times but I’m being charged for valet trash and upstairs neighbors are horrible with noise. Complex poorly built. Pool hours doesn’t make any sense

Very peaceful neighborhood, my neighbors are nice, the leasing staff go above and beyond to assist, maintenance respond fast. I don’t have anything negative to say about my new home/community. I LOVE IT HERE!

a lil struggle at first but got better. it is sometimes hard to get in contact with the front office but i guess they are better at being reached through email.

So far everything has been pretty good & we do enjoy it here in the community. However, the upstairs neighbors above me have made it very unpleasant for us. They seem to stomp/jump every early morning & every single night in the middle of the night. It has gotten to the point where I am unable to sleep at night. Last night I was up until 4am from constant banging above my head. They are the only reason we are currently unhappy. I have a while left in the lease as we recently moved here a few months ago. However, if they keep it up we will not be renewing and will look to find a house. I have reached out to the leasing office on a few occasions and at this time have received no response.

My experience thus far has been good. it is quiet community with lots of technology to make living here convenient. This is the first place I've lived where you can earn points redeemable just by paying your rent which is a great perk.

My resident experience thus far has been professional and helpful. The ladies in the office are always ready and availability to help when issues arise. I have never had any problems in the short time that I’ve been residing here. And all my people love it as well.

So far I am very happy with this place. The room is ver spaces compared to where I lived previously. I am able to make my apartment aesthetically to my liking.

I am living in this apartment since two months. Overall experience is too good with beautiful and serene environment. Apartments are spacious and good amenities. The leasing office staff were friendly and approachable, always willing to assist with questions or concerns. They really seem to care about the residents. While there are a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend Emblem for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

The team at Emblem are AMAZING!!! They are very communicative and available to answer any and all questions during business hours. Had to shift my move in date due to some personal reasons and they understood and worked with me. SOOOO glad to call this place home.

It's been a pleasure living at Emblem. The staff is always available. They take care of all things with a sense of urgency. The neighborhood is quiet & clean. Great location & pricing and love the amenities. Need to work from home & want to change atmosphere the social lounge is a great place to hang out for the day. Thanks to the entire staff for all that you do!!!

I have been here for a little over one month now and I can honestly say I love it here and don’t plan on leaving for a while. It is extremely clean, all the time, super quiet, people are friendly, maintenance resolves issues mostly same day but no more than 24 hours. They go above and beyond without thinking twice. Would definitely recommend. Worth every penny.

I love it here and decided to renew my lease another year. It’s close to the highways, not far from the city and residents keep to themselves. It’s a win win!

It’s a low grade C. Things could be better. Leasing staff are really really really bad. Apts are already showing signs of wear and tear from poor workmanship. However, the community is quiet.

Love it here .. only thing i would have to say is the walls are pretty thin so i can hear my neighbors , but other than that the community is nice & quiet .

Move-in was seamless. Kerrington was and is a pleasure to work with. Quite community, which works great for professional residents. Beautiful property, good neighbors with access to pool/grilling stations.

Everyone is really professional and accommodating. I love my apartment and the amenities. The place is immaculate and well designed. It has well manicured landscape and the amenities are very upscale.

Great community staff is responsive and quick to address concerns. The technology in place at the property adds a lot of convenience to your stay. Having a package room gives peace of mind that your package will be there when you arrive home.

Been in my home for 2 years and when I say I absolutely love my apartment and my apartment complex. The staff is so friendly great communication all around the board maintenance is always available and attentive. Property is very clean along w the landscape. Location is perfect! Couldn’t have found anything better.

I'm so excited about living in the Emblem community. I have only been here for two weeks, but with every request I've made so far they've completed. They are very informative about the happenings in the community and I'm looking forward to enjoying my modern, high tech, spacious apartment living.

The building is poorly built. I can hear everything my neighbors above me are doing and it’s annoying and super loud! And something is always wrong with the gate.

So far, I love it here. One of the best decisions I made when it came to relocating. My son is in love with his new home and that’s all that matters to me.

The staff is professional and courteous. The property is top notch in cleanliness. My neighbors are friendly. Pets are on leashes and their owners pick up their pet’s “leave behinds”.

I've been living here for 2 months and overall, my experience has been quite positive. The apartment itself is well-maintained, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. The amenities are a big plus, especially the pool/fitness center/clubhouse/etc. It’s nice to have these options just steps away from my door. The grounds are always clean, and the landscaping is beautiful, making it a pleasant place to come home to. The management team is responsive and friendly, handling any maintenance requests or concerns quickly. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the inconvenience of living on the third floor. Coming in with packages or groceries can be a bit much. However, I would still highly recommend Emblem Riverside to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

I love apartments I like that it has a fitness room because im big on fitness and also have a pool. This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The staff is amazing! The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to issues. Another reviewer says the staff is "kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to the highest quality standards.

Overall very good I needed two things corrected and they where taken care of right away. I'm paying for a trash service that I do not use at all.

I love the construction and ability to sit on balcony… the kitchen area is beautiful and luv ability to do laundry within apartment… also love the size of 2 bedroom apartment

Emblem Riverside is a great place to call home. The grounds are well kept. The staff and maintenance team do a great job of solving any issues in a timely manner.

Great complex, very responsive and amazing staff!! The layout is very functional and the buildings are quiet, and convenient to Douglasville, Lithia Springs, and Atlanta.

Thus far, living here has been superb. The staff has been so helpful in assisting us with our adjustment to our new residence. It is so quiet here and my view from my balcony is the best! I really enjoy using the gym and I am so very thankful to have the valet trash service.

Great community. I haven’t had not one issue in my 2 years of living here. If you are looking for a good place to stay with reasonable rent. Emblem is the place.

The move in process was wonderful, can’t deny. All of my neighbors seem very nice/to them selves (which i love). Not the tidiest people but hey, to each its own. There is trash that gets left outside of others people’s door. it was very shocking to witness individuals just leave their waste to rot outside in this awful heat. It’s been like 2 weeks with smelly trash in front of my neighbors door. The leasing managers/team are nice but, they do send passive aggressive emails when they need to correct community behavior & address issues. Even if you aren’t apart of the issue, you will definitely read the PSA & feel like you are lol. However, Aside from personal preference everything is great. Hoping it stays the same.

I love this community. It’s nice and quiet. I barely see my neighbors and the ones that I do is very friendly. Walls and floors is paper thin but other then that it’s a great community.

All of the staff has been great to work with. Over all area is very clean and well kept. So far every one I have met as been very nice to talk with.

I just recently moved in and so far I’ve been enjoying my new living space. The leasing agents are always willing to help whenever I have questions and the grounds are very well kept.

The community itself looks nice me clean. I just really hope they keep up with the maintenance. Very quiet. My only concern is that on my move in day I notice the gate stayed open for a while before closing and I think a fence is needed in some areas that is still accessible by foot.

Love living in the community. Everyone minds the business that pays them. Great amenities and so many options for parking. The environment is very friendly and clean. The valet trash is amazing. They are very punctual and precise about keeping the community clean.

Initial impressions are very good. The community seems to be well-maintained and the neighbors are friendly. I need a couple of minor adjustments inside the apartment, but other than that all things are great

The staff is very helpful and always making sure that you have the right information about the activities on the property. Receiving packages from the mail room it’s really great, The staff will help you find anything you need to make your living experience the best.

I have enjoyed my time of living here. Quiet community. Clean community. Any issues I’ve had was resolved promptly. Responsive management team.
