Emblem Shakopee

Need assigned parking. If someone from your building has a party, all their friends park in the spots in front of your building. So then you have to park all the way down form your building. Pretty annoying.

Living at Emblem Apartments in Shakopee has been a great experience! From the start, I’ve felt comfortable and at home. The apartments are modern and well-designed, and the amenities make life easier and more enjoyable. The management team is friendly and always helpful, making sure everything runs smoothly. The community is quiet and welcoming, and I love having access to the fitness center and lounge areas. Plus, the location is super convenient with plenty of nearby trails, shops, and grocery. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend Emblem Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in Shakopee!

Is perfect, very nice and beautiful. Always clean and tidy. It’s so quiet here ideal for resting. The neighbors are very friendly. And the shops are very close

The lease signing and move in process were really smooth! Eugene was a great help and we were able to get everything set up really easily. Community is pretty quiet so far, but construction in the nearby neighborhood shows there’s growth in the area!

Love the layout of my unit, nice neighborhood, friendly staff, and friendly neighbors! Maintenance is really quick with responses and addressing concerns.

Complex is great. Maintenance is really quick to get out and help with any problems. Walls are a little thin but not much you can do about it.

Living at Emblem has been awesome so far! We’ve been here for almost a year now and are transferring our lease to a bigger apartment. We’re excited to keep living here and building a community!

Staff has been absolutely fantastic and extremely courteous! I am very excited to try all of the clean amenities once we are completely moved in! Repairs were made quickly and accurately

I have liked living here, it is a nice location, the staff is friendly and there are good amenities. The one drawback I have noticed is the price.

The apartment staff work to keep a clean and safe living space. Multiple dog disposal posts and a dog park area makes it a great place to live with a pet.

Experience has been going well, maintenance is very nice and quick to respond to calls. Package pick up is lacking as many pkgs end up in a closet and we don’t get notified they are there.

Love this place and all the staff is super friendly so excited to call this place home! Lots of community events and stuff to do near us! We are so thrilled to be here!

Great place to live. Really nice and quiet. A lot of space, especially in the living room and kitchen. A lot of natural light from the large windows which is great.

We are still very pleased with our home, and it is very quiet here, it is very relaxing. And I love that you guy's do nice events for us the tenants. Like for example tge valentine's day stuff you guy's did.

The staff here at Embelem are incredibly welcoming and always there when you need them. I truly appreciate how there's always some type of event going on—efforts to strengthen our sense of community are evident and make living here special. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home!

Apartments are nice but not setup with a good flow. Thin walls Parking is not great. Garages are very small. Anything bigger than a compact car or small suv will not fit.

Great community relaxing calm location to live so far since I been looking at the location every thing looks clean and new doesn’t smell like smoke

A very quiet place to live, we love all the amenities that the facilities have. That they have pets, a park for them, that it is smoke-free.

Just moved in about a week ago. So far everything is great. It is the perfect size for us, plus our dog. The only thing I wish they had would be assigned parking spaces. Other than that, it’s great!

I haven’t had much complaints. Besides the cold weather lol. But I love my new place. I’m looking forward to the warmer weather and getting out more

I love my new apartment complex at Emblem! My boyfriend and I are loving the space and the gorgeous fixtures and finishes throughout our new space!!! I can’t wait for morning coffees on our balcony and swimming at the outdoor pool in the summer when it’s finally warm outside again!

So far I’ve had a mostly positive experience living here. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The community is well-maintained, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The apartment itself is spacious and updated, which I really appreciate.

The experience here is alright. The doors to get into true buildings sometimes don’t close all the way unless you pull them so anyone can get in.

I love all the futuristic technology. Beautiful views in the residency. Great amenities. I love the Rewards app something new different and refreshing

They were quick to respond to my questions, which helped a lot during the move-in period. I never had any issues getting in or accessing everything I needed. The updates regarding my application and move-in details were prompt and clear, so I always felt informed. The apartment itself is nice and feels like a great fit. Overall, this has been a seamless transition, thanks to the supportive management and efficient communication. I’m looking forward to settling in and making this space my own!

Very quiet environment in a good location. Emblem is close to stores and major freeways for easy access. Emblem has beautiful landscaping and apartments.

Experience has been decent overall. However, follow through with management hasn’t been the greatest. They say they will do something but have yet to see anything in action. Kind of a bummer. Compared to other places I have lived property management was always responsive to issues and quick to address them. Wish they would also put more Fido houses around the property instead of just on one side.

Just moved in this week. Everything is clean and calm with an outstanding luxury. The apartments have very little npise coming in from the sides and no weird smells in the hallways. Very happy to be new residents!

A very pleasant experience, we love the apartment and everything that comes with being here, we like the comfort of the place, that they allow pets, you don't hear any noise, it's a very quiet neighborhood.
