Emblem Shakopee

I love my new apartment complex at Emblem! My boyfriend and I are loving the space and the gorgeous fixtures and finishes throughout our new space!!! I can’t wait for morning coffees on our balcony and swimming at the outdoor pool in the summer when it’s finally warm outside again!

So far I’ve had a mostly positive experience living here. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The community is well-maintained, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The apartment itself is spacious and updated, which I really appreciate.

The experience here is alright. The doors to get into true buildings sometimes don’t close all the way unless you pull them so anyone can get in.

I love all the futuristic technology. Beautiful views in the residency. Great amenities. I love the Rewards app something new different and refreshing

Love the community, the grounds are nice and well kept. Amenities are great! The office communicates right away, the apartments are gorgeous!

Love it here, the apartment is beautiful, the kids love it, we pray that it goes well with us here, walking distance from kids, school, the view is beautiful, the apartment is every thing home, pray for good friendly neighbors to mark living easy...The apartment is more than a home, love it !

Moving into my new apartment has been a surprisingly smooth experience. The management team has been incredibly easygoing, making the whole process stress-free. They were quick to respond to my questions, which helped a lot during the move-in period. I never had any issues getting in or accessing everything I needed. The updates regarding my application and move-in details were prompt and clear, so I always felt informed. The apartment itself is nice and feels like a great fit. Overall, this has been a seamless transition, thanks to the supportive management and efficient communication. I’m looking forward to settling in and making this space my own!

Very quiet environment in a good location. Emblem is close to stores and major freeways for easy access. Emblem has beautiful landscaping and apartments.

Experience has been decent overall. However, follow through with management hasn’t been the greatest. They say they will do something but have yet to see anything in action. Kind of a bummer. Compared to other places I have lived property management was always responsive to issues and quick to address them. Wish they would also put more Fido houses around the property instead of just on one side.

Just moved in this week. Everything is clean and calm with an outstanding luxury. The apartments have very little npise coming in from the sides and no weird smells in the hallways. Very happy to be new residents!

A very pleasant experience, we love the apartment and everything that comes with being here, we like the comfort of the place, that they allow pets, you don't hear any noise, it's a very quiet neighborhood.

Eugene and the Staff have been very accommodating and helpful. Moving is always a difficult process and it was very smooth. I will refer others to Emblem shakopee.

Great property, helpful staff, and responsive maintenance. The landscaping and facilities are beautiful and always clean. Our leasing agent, Jakob, has also been very helpful and made the move in process as simple as possible.

I love the location. It’s very quiet. Nice to lab live in this apartments. Can’t find anything like that these days. I recommend a lot of family and friends to move here

It was super easy for me and my roommate to get our lease signed, schedule anything we needed with Jakob and ask questions when needed. And the apartment doesn’t have any issues or noticeable failties

I love it here!! The leasing staff have been great. The neighbors have been very friendly. I can’t forgot about the clubhouse and pool..absolutely beautiful!

My move in was perfect staff perfect and the community overall is just good and quite, I moved in 2 weeks ago and it’s been the best, haven’t used the weight room or pool yet but I look foward to it

Experience has been great so far! Love the pool and grill area to socialize with friends or family. There’s great walking paths and pretty central to many stores and restaurants. Not sure if they have a cleaning team yet or not, but main entrances of apartment buildings could use a good clean such as vacuuming and mopping of the floors as we all bring in dust and muddy paws. As some areas are still under construction.

Move in has been a breeze. The unit comes with everything you need and the layout is perfect. All office personnel, especially Jakob, have been extremely helpful.

It is a wonderful place to live. Construction can be annoying at times and they don’t have enough trash bins. Other than that it’s great and I am satisfied.

Just moved in, the location is hard to beat! Within a few miles of Valleyfair, Mystic Lake, and Canterbury. Our leasing agent Jakob is very helpful and responds quickly.

I've had a great experience here at Emblem apartments so far. My only concern is that the development is pretty big. Once all the buildings are finished, I hope the pool and gym doesn't get too crowded. They should also build another much larger dog park.

The apartments are beautiful. Kitchen has tons of cabinets/storage and nice appliances. Closets are good size and in unit full size washer and dryer are great. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. 2 things that I would like improved: - Very hard water/ no water softener system - No place to dispose of trash in the building, need to go out to dumpsters to throw trash away

Very nice place. The apartments are brand new and look incredibly nice. The only thing I would improve is I wish there were more places to dump garbage.

It’s been good! Haven’t met my neighbors yet, but noise levels are low to silent! Construction is currently being done, which isn’t too bad. They have a gym that is open 24 hours which works great with my work schedule. The pool just opened though I haven’t been there yet. I still have yet to experience the full living experience!

Buildings are still developing so lots of mud and dirt. Otherwise have enjoyed our new apartment regardless, it is quiet and the residents are pleasant!

I love the community it's clean and welcoming. It's nice and quiet even with the construction, I sleep like a baby. By far, the best apartment I've lived at. Highly recommend

Management is fantastic. Amenities are great. Best apartment complex I have been at. Would recommend for anybody looking to rent in the shakopee area!

Everything about the Emblem has exceeded my expectations, from my easy move in experience to all the associates that work here. I visited apartments all over the Minneapolis and St Paul area but only felt at home here at the Emblem. Fitness room and all shared public amenities are excellent!! Highly recommend Emblem!!

Everything has went very smooth so far, Izzy was very easy to work with! Complex is very quiet and accomodating. I also like the fact that it is close to alot of eateries and stores for shopping.

Moving to Minnesota has definitely been a long process but with the helpfulness & quick response time of the staff at the Emblem, the transition has gone quite smoothly!

Management is swift to respond. Clubhouse is kept clean and all staff is a pleasure to work with. Would recommend residence to anyone in the market!
