I have lived at Emerald Edge for 3 years. We are under new management and our new office staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Any problems were taken care of in a timely manner. I am very happy with my apartment.
I have lived at Emerald Edge for a little over a year now. I love that my apartment comes with great amenities like a swimming pool, washer and dryer in the apartment and is very pet friendly. I live on the second floor which comes with a front balcony that is very large, but have to share with my neighbor. Also, comes with a private back balcony. The only bad things I would have to say is that kids run around the complex a lot, and some people do not pay attention when backing out a parking spot and hit your car, which happened to me.
