They never fixed anything without bugging them to death. Our ac was out 2 different times while we lived there. The first time it took over a year to replace. Our kitchen sink clogged up and stopped working, it took them a month to fix. They did “mandatory” inspections all the time. Just want to be in peoples business. They came into my apartment, unannounced, and put my emotional support cats into a tiny cardboard box, tapped it shut and were going to take them to a shelter. Water was out for over 3 weeks due to the ice storm and there was no way to shower, flush toilets or do dishes. This place keeps changing management, who promise to make changes but never do. We had roaches so horribly while we lived here and got bed bugs twice. The second time, management blamed us for getting them and charged us $350. DO NOT rent from here.

Best apartments I've lived at, friendly staff, hard working maintenance guys. They have done so much remodeling, and fixing the complex up! We wouldn't want to live any other place!

Great staff. !! We had a clogged toilet and the emergency maintenance came out on a Saturday!! Thank you emerald greens!!!

If its not one thing with these apartments its another my flooring needs replaced due to bad soft spots my hot water tank went out and when I went to report it maintance never came to fix it the ceiling in my utility closet has fallen you can see the cooper pipes my floor in the bathroom had black mold and is falling apart. They dont know how to fix the AC units it dont matter how manyt times you put work orders in they never come fix anything

One appliance broke every week! The maintenance find reasons too enter my home without notification, be on guard!! They don't really try to fix many problems it seems. The goal, for my prospective, was to get me to sign the lease... After that, your free game! The neighbors are very intrusive and there are stokers lurking about! They hangout by my windows, stairs, bedroom windows, front doors and under my balcony!!! Maybe you experience my differ! But this place does have much to be cautious about.... Beware

I went and did a walk through of the complex very clean the staff is friendly. The apartment I looked at was very clean and was being updated. Has a nice play area for the kiddos and 2 laundry rooms to do laundry. Right next to the OU campus. Can walk to class if you needed to. The new management seem to want to make it a better place for all who live there.

Very peaceful and seem to be a amazing place to live apartments looks like a great place to call home reasonably priced totally recommend checking them out

I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemies live there. The worst management I’ve ever experienced!! Had a 6 month old in winter of ‘18 and our heater broke, they sent “maintenance” over to fix it “maintenance” said it was working fine, few months later AC broke and they NEVER fixed it. Had to come OUT OF POCKET to buy a window unit. Bathroom ceiling collapsed took them 2 WEEKS to come out and fix it and then they didn’t even finish the job. Said it was sprayed and new carpet— we got bedbugs immediately after moving in. Hot water stopped working— Never fixed it. Shower leaked for MONTHS literally wouldn’t stop running, sent multiple requests—Never fixed. Had a roach infestation in our WHOLE building and they never sent people to spray—correction, they sent people to spray with no notice and then blamed you when they couldn’t spray. BAD HOMELESS PROBLEM WITH LOTS OF JUNKIES AND FREAKS breaking in to places and digging in your stuff outside. Multiple murders. Please do not live here choose anywhere else !!!

I have been here a year and a half, They have serious problems with Bugs! I didn't have Bed Bugs until I moved in to this Nasty place! I had the apartment Heat treated which eliminated the bugs for about 6 months and then they returned, the pest control company said they were living in the walls! Management can't/won't get things done because they switch management every other month. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to a dog!

I lived at emerald greens for a year and had no problems that wasn't addressed promptly Rachel was very helpful and respectful she wants to make sure your needs are handled right the first time she is a bright light in the office it's made me wish she had been there for the year I was there the only reason I'm moving is to help a sick friend that lives to far away to stay here

these are some nice apartments the staff is really friendly. The Assistant manger was so nice and helpful my mom want me to move in ASAP.

My ceiling collapsed in my bedroom back in May of this year. (2017) It's now almost Christmas and it still isn't repaired. My housing inspection failed. I've had to deal with fleas. Luckily everything else has worked. But there is a tarp they have nailed to my ceiling to cover the massive, and yes I mean massive hole in my roof. We are talking a good 8' x 8' foot gaping hole. They have fixed the roof. And they are remodeling the complex. And the hole after 7 months is still here. The staff is somewhat nice. But any resolution to any problem (see all complaints below, oh yes, they are valid) never get fixed. Or if they do, it's done as cheaply as possible. SO WARNING! DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I am a current resident here and they are not fixing anything. We have a problem with mice, roaches,and i strongly believe we have mold.There is a leak under the kitchen sink that they haven't fixed and has ruined the wood. I have verbally contacted them and sent a certified letter and contacted the housing authority and still nothing is done. The lady in the office i believe her name is Megan has said the apartments are broke and can't fix anything,the maitinence man Sammy is even licensed to do anything on the property and has said that they don't care if we report them to housing or not, they will just move someone else in. This place is horrible and i don't think they should still be standing.

I only gave this place a one star because I couldn't give it a zero. The management and maintenance staff are lazy and unorganized. It took a month for my apartment to be liveable after the date they said they'd have it ready. My refrigerator was infested with bugs, all the cabinets were falling apart, the AC didn't work properly, the list goes on and on. Bottom line, absolutely do not move to Emerald Greens.

My apartment has mold and mildew. Kitchen floor is sinking in from a leak that was left unfixed for 2 years. The bathroom ceiling also leaked for years without being fixed. Still has large crack in sheetrock. Management nevers follows through with repairs. I have to keep a can of bug spray on hand to fight off roaches. I can't afford to move. I have custody or my 17 year old granddaughter so things are rough. Thank you!
