Property Ratings at Emerald Park
The apartment building's are great in Plainwell the lady at the front desk is very helpful and understand. How ever when it comes to the manager of these apartment's she is not helpful at all! I had someone break into my apartment and when I went to let her know she asked if I had renters insurance when I told her no she said it wasn't her problem and walked to her car and left. I have a friend that is trying to get into the apartment's and she has denied her do to a mistake that the manager has made! There need's to be something done with this lady with how she treats people. I have also notified her that state law requires you to have any and all outlet's less then 6 feet from water to be GFI's and I have 2 of them in my apartment that still have not been changed.
I love this place so much, there is so many nice kids and neighbors. They have a park for every kid, there is a bunch of kids and a bunch of playing space.
