Clementon is an attractive south Jersey community that provides an affordable yet charming setting for renters looking for a little peace and quiet but who want to remain close to the city of Camden. You’ll find plenty of low-lying apartment rentals and single-family homes in Clementon, all centered around the junction where the area’s main thoroughfares meet. At this intersection you’ll find neighborhood pubs, cafes, Mexican restaurants, and big-box stores. Residents can take care of most of their errands without leaving Clementon. Clementon Park and Splash World is the perfect spot for kids during the summer, and just five minutes away in the town of Berlin sits Sahara Sam’s Oasis Outdoor and Indoor Waterpark, meaning you won’t have to go far to keep the family entertained. Camden is just a 25-minute drive northwest, and Philadelphia another ten minutes past that.

Property Ratings at Emerald Ridge
I moved in 2022 to the Emerald Bridge apartment but know this apartment are looking better the new guys maintenance that working renovations this apartment are excellent can wait for my apartment been renovated. I tell family members to apply
5month resident and I WISH I NEVER MOVED HERE!!!!!! management doesn't care about you, neither does corporate (they hang up on you if you have an issue) I have maintenance issues since my walk through at move-in. They took forever to fix a life and safety issue, I had the borough come out to handle it, and they received a violation! I've been harassed ever since. Maintenance supervisor unplugged my video cameras and panel twice, and management covered for them. I have audio management cursing out her maintenance supervisor!!!! they did some sand work and didn't prep and got sand all on over my apartment, management did NOTHING!!!! I have them on video doing so!!!!! I've had my door left unlock after they have been in my apartment!!!!!! Corporate does nothing!!!! they just say they will get back to you and never do. there office is RUDE and unprofessional!!!!!! police is always here!!!!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
Very Professional and Kind all the Team !!! The block is very clean with rules and respect to tennants!!! The 2 office ladies Krista and Ceily are "Amazing" !!! Make choices and don't look back... Welcome to Emerald Ridge Apartmets!
I moved here about 2 years ago and have loved the place ever since. It's more spacious than any other apartment complex out there, regardless of price. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Maintenance takes time but that's no different than when I had my own home. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because of the laundry. I take mine to Pine Hill Laundry which is nicely priced and just down the road. I live in the front of the apartments and have friends in the middle but don't spend much time in the back of the apartment complex.
After Hurricane Sandy, and multiple phone calls for repairs, I was left with a hole in my ceiling for 8 months before someone randomly showed up to the apartment to patch the hole. Then, we were told that they would return to paint over the ceiling where they patched... 6 months later and I'm still waiting. I spent my summers with no a/c because no matter how much I called, either the job would last a week or so or maintenance never showed up.
Love my apartment. Its very spacious and I have not had many issues.
This apt is nice for the first week then you will notice how poorly they did on fixing things. Also when calling for an issue such as a/c broken in 90 degree weather do not expect it to be fixed the same day.... Or for any issue. Great on rent but you definitely get what you didn't pay for.
My apartment offers a free vegetable garden and on Thursday night they give out free turkey sandwiches to all the residences. My apartment offers motor vehicle repairs at the apartment.
My apartment is very kid friendly and I have a great view of the pool.
