As one of the oldest cities in the United States west of the Appalachians, Cincinnati offers residents contemporary urban living in a historic, distinctive setting. One of the oldest cities in the US houses an influential youth culture. Students, professionals, artists, and musicians of all walks of life come to the southwest corner of Ohio to live and work. College and professional sports are wildly popular, with the Bearcats of the University of Cincinnati, the Reds, and the Bengals enjoying huge fan bases in their hometown.
Renters and visitors alike will delight in attractions like the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Newport Aquarium, and the city’s iconic zoo. The annual Oktoberfest is one of the biggest celebrations of its kind outside of Munich, drawing thousands to the streets to celebrate the city’s German heritage.

Property Ratings at Emerald View
I lived personally here for two years 2020 to 2022- here are key highlights that might be reasonable to consider before you move here for most people- yes there’s definitely bugs and rodents. I personally maintained my space well and still saw a roach here or there. other units have mice and I cant imagine what. there has been known deaths there, nothing to do with the property itself just the people they tend to have as tenants. be prepared to have loitering, screaming match, and car windows broken into or things stolen off them potentially. as far as the building itself the upkeep isn’t terrible they were renovated a couple years back but good luck having any reasonable time frame getting things done by maintenance. I had black mold in my shower growing for months before they finally came to sand it down and fix the fan. If you like the view be prepared to take the steps more often than the elevator cause they are down 60% of the time. This place isn’t worth it for the money considering half the amenities you pay for don’t work such as the pool or disgusting laundry facilities. If you want to roll the dice go for it but the view is just about the only good thing this place has to offer
