South Nashville is a sprawling district covering just over 15 square miles. The community extends from the southern edge of Downtown Nashville to the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere. South Nashville contains an array of diverse, established communities, including Wedgewood-Houston, Woodycrest, Woodbine, Hill-n-Dale, Radnor, Raymond Heights, Patricia Heights, Napier, Glencliff, Glencliff Estates, and Chestnut Hill.
The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with plenty of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent in every style and budget. Residents often choose this area for its largely affordable rent prices and its central location. Commuting and traveling is simple with access to several major highways and Nashville International Airport.

Property Ratings at Emerson at Harding
Roaches infested & they will not fix nothing. Even roaches outside lol and pit bulls aggressive dangerous ones that run wild you will fear for your life going to your car everyday. Everyone there is nosey asf and mold is through all vents. No parking spots so make sure you’re home before 7 or 6 to get one.
Cockroaches all over the apt. I just moved in and its horrible. The staff is unreachable and the place is nasty inside and out. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Cinthia was my leasing agent and she was phenomenal with helping me find the right place for the right price. Not to mention it’s my first apartment by myself!
Our apartment flooded, the maintenance man didn't do what he was suppose to to keepvus from getting mold, by the next week we were throwing out furniture because EVERYTHING was moldy. We contacted the front office and they moved us into another apartment, but wouldn't compensate for the damages lost. We lost our bed, sofas, and some kitchen appliances. We had to threaten to sue just so we could get out of the lease. We never saw a dime for the money we lost.
My wife and I got married a little over a year ago, and we moved to Nashville in search of dream careers, a new life, and our own home. We are young, so our income is low compared to older couples. We searched and searched for a place that we could make our own and that would be suitable for our lifestyle. A week before the wedding, we found it! The staff at 380 Harding Place were very understanding and helped in every way they could to make the move easier. Just over a year later, and we're still living here without any complaints. We love the distance between our home and the hustle and bustle of the city, and the convenience of shopping centers all around us. We have nice neighbors, good maintenance, and great memories in our little home that will last a life time. Our apartment may be small, but the idea that it is something that we can call our own and to come home to is what makes 380 Harding Place Apartments our dream home.
THIS APARTMENT IS A SAFE ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOU CAN WALK TO THE WALMART SUPERSTORE WHERE THE SHOPPING MALL USED TO BE.IT HAS AN OUTDOOR POOL AND LAUNDRY FACILITIES.IT IS A NICE COMMUNITY. JOHN W. NASHVILLE,TN.
I have lived here for several years and although my work schedule opposites daytimers, I have never been NOT pleased with the communication and service provided to me from my leasing office. They are more than kind and listen for even just a chat. And when stuff does happen, they respond rather quickly. Quicker than I expect most times........ like immediately! I feel appreciated and valued. Living in the real world is already difficult, but they make it pleasant. I cannot choose my neighbors, but (luckily) they are all nice... too. I found my "home" online moving from Colorado and have lived here every since. The website was great and I could not have been happier if I were here in person to make that big move (which was scary enough!). Glad to be a part of this Family.
I have been at 380 Harding place apartment since 2005 for 10 years . My experience have taken me from three bedroom to two bedroom apartment and back to three bedroom in which i can say they are very spacious and roomy however this apartment was one of the reason I found to give me more for my money and easy access to downtown. I had been under four different property managers and two owners and 8 different maint. supervisors and knowing when they was built the property managers and maints had serves my complaints. Yeah ten years a long time in one place so the question is why stay so long is because it don't take being perfect in a community it just have to be right. Now did I mention the area is close to two interstates , many restraurants , Walmart , hospital and yes we do have a swimming pool and a lot of events and parties for the resident and guest throughout the year.
