Emerson Apartments

Wilbur and his amazing maintenance team replaced the washer and broken kitchen blinds in my unit in just under an hour. They quickly returned that evening and fixed a loose connection on the washer that was causing a leak. The maintenance team here has always been excellent. The office staff is also easy to talk with. I love living here.

Made a maintenance request and they were here the following day. Got everything patched up and working in less than 30 minutes.

Emerson is a nice place to live. My family and I have been here for 22 years. Maintenance team response time for emergencies is fairly quick—nonemergency issues within about three days. The office staff is great. They do their best to address the issues that come up.

Having lived at Emerson for more than 20 years, it still is a lovely place to call home. The staff tries to complete any issue promptly to the best of their ability.

Emerson staff gives quality service from front off to maintenance. All employees strive to address any concerns or problems that rise. Definitely a family friendly environment.

I thought it was fantastic when Emerson Apartments asked me if I wanted my carpets steam cleaned if I signed my lease again. Many complexes wouldn't do this service so I was very pleased. We are located in the center of all the action here, great restaurants, markets, shopping, and close to the freeway making it easy to get to many places in the area and fast. I've been her 7 to 8 years and I love how well the grounds are kept and how nice the staff is

I live in Emerson apartments for 4 years, I find it quiet and close to local shops. It's a good place to live.

Our maintenance staff is extremely courtesy and respectful of our personal living space and when speaking to us. They clean up after themselves where you can't even tell that they were in there working they always leave a note to let you know that the work is done and what they've done. They always call to let you know that they're entering. They treat your home as if it's their own thanks guys you are the greatest

Excellent staff, very nice apartments. But I just can't praise the staff enough! Very accommodating! Makes me fell welcomed when ever I go to see them.

My family and I have been living here for 19 years now, Our experience for the most part has been great. Like many apartment communities there are up and down, but for the most it has been ups. Communication with the office staff and the maintenance team has been great. This is a great place to call home if it is only for a short period of time or for a life time.

My family and I have lived here at Emerson for over 18 years. It's a quiet friendly neighborhood. We are close to nearby shopping and there are bus stops in front of the complex which runs quite frequently to downtown Kirkland and into the U W.

I love it here at Emerson Apartments. My puppy and I are very happy. It's beautiful, well managed, and the best place I've ever lived. Keep up the good work!

I moved in on August 1st and I have to say I enjoy living here. I love my apartment and take good care of it. Probably the only things I haven't cared for are the loud kids I hear. I'm all for them having fun but not screaming at the top of their lungs when my windows are open. The only other thing is some resident has a very loud idiling truck which is just ridiculously loud. I like a quiet place to live. Otherwise, I love the landscaping and I have a beautiful tree I can see birds etc. I'm also impressed with the washer and dryer. They're very nice.

Idania always addresses problems promptly. Walkable to essentials during winter weather. Pet friendly.

We've lived here for almost twenty year and have watched the changes both good and bad. I enjoy my Emerson Apartments community.

My wife and I are about to complete our first year of residence at Emerson. So far we've had nothing to complain about have enjoyed living here. The staff is professional and courteous to the residents need and the property is very well maintained.

My dog and I love Emerson Apartments. The grounds are well-kept, with lots of green grass, shrubbery, and dog waste stations at every dumpster. The apartments are pretty sound-proof, and the staff is quick to respond to any requests. It's quiet and close to work.

Overall, excellent place! Feels like home :-)

Great experience so far at Emerson Apts. Had a major leak in one of our bathrooms and staff and crew were on it! :-)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My bf and I rented from this horrible place for a year. Lets start with the apartment. It was small but overly priced and on the bottom floor but it was an "updated" unit. The grass and sidewalk constantly flooded against our walls making our apartment feel moist all the time. The windows are from when the building was originally built making it freezing all year round in our apartment and mold was a constant issue. During summer we battled ant infestations coming out of our piping in our bathrooms. When we asked management to do something about it they ignored us and said that was normal for this area. Management is very rude and condescending especially Kristy and Idania. We had multiple occasions where things inside our apartment would break like the washer and dryer and bathroom fan and they would let hired workers into our apartment unsupervised without permission. Even after we told them no one is to enter our space if we are not home. They would just hand over the keys. Glad nothing was stolen. When it came to finally move out of this hell hole, we packed our things, cleaned our apartment and then turned in keys. They do a move out walk through which I was home for and the maintenance guy said everything looked good, normal "wear and tear" for having two adults and two dogs live there for a year. Well guess what, four months later I receive a final notice bill from them for $800 saying we need to replace the carpet. After almost a week of trying to get a hold of someone at Emerson I finally got an email back from Idania. Rude as always. We are paying the amount to avoid the headache but I hope no one else moves to this awful place and gets treated with such disrespect.

I am a tenant. the management is non-existent and constantly fails to do the job right. They do not have enough parking and they made it worse by introducing more reserved spots. Tenants never notice reserved spots and park where they want. It's been months and management does not do anything. After 6 PM there is nothing you can do if you are in trouble. They hired a company who is supposed to do after-hours security but when you call them say they do not have this property on their list! Almost everything they touch goes wrong. Maintenance is ok here, but you do not deal with maintenance often but with management who fail to execute the way they should.

When we were applying to live here, we were shown a very nice model apartment. Don't be fooled, the actual apartments do not look like that. The way that maintenance turned our apartment was a disgrace. Upon move in, we had the following issues: Master bath simply did not work, Master bath flooring needed to be replaced, Holes left in walls, Overall paint job was atrocious, Apartment had fleas from previous tenant, Screens missing from windows, Storage unit a disaster due to having the wrong size door. Of those issues, the master bath has been partially fixed, but is still not really repaired. The flooring was replaced, the only good work maintenance has done here. Screens were replaced, and the holes in the walls were fixed, but the bad paint job was left. The fleas were abated, but it took them quite some time. All the rest of the issues remain. The Emerson apartments talk a really good game, pretending to be very customer service focused. They refer to all their tenants as "Neighbors". But contacting management in writing did not result in any kind of contact back. I work in customer-service focused property management. When one of my tenants contacts me in writing, and is obviously upset, I make sure to contact that person within 24 hours. I'm not asking for that level of service here, but we've gotten nothing, no response. For the amount of money that we're paying here, we can certainly get something better. We intend to do so as soon as our lease is up. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Find a better complex. Kirkland/Redmond has plenty of apartment buildings.

The location is great and the apartments and grounds are kept up nicely. Good price considering the location. However, I've had some issues getting my complaints about extremely noisy neighbors resolved. We're expected to call a security company that's located in Issaquah to come out and talk to the noisy neighbors, which so far has done nothing to stop it. They claim to file a report which is sent to the office, but the office manager does nothing. They keep claiming that they can't prove who it actually is, even though we see and hear them on their balcony at 3:00 in the morning and report their apt number. If I were to have good considerate neighbors or a manager who can actually resolve issues, I think I would give this place a better rating.

I lived at Emerson for a year and had a great top-floor unit in the back that overlooked some beautiful trees and a pond. The grounds are super well maintained and their staff is super great and helpful. The few issues we had were solved very quickly. The pool, hot tub, fitness center, and common areas were very nice and made it feel like home. The location made it easy to hop on the 405 or down to Juanita beach. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I like emerson apartments in Kirkland, WA. Always been very helpful through good times and bad. Never had a noise complaint or was annoyed in anyway. Been here 3 years. Would do 3 more!

Decent apartments. They charge quite high for what is offered and the appliances are mediocre. They do have a play area for kids and a pool which is quite nice. They also have 3 bedrooms which isn't that common. It's a good place but you can find better for price they're asking.
