Resting along the Salt River, Tempe’s major claim to fame is the main campus of Arizona State University. More than fifty thousand students attend classes here, and the university’s impact on the local culture cannot be overstated. In addition to being the city’s largest employer, ASU serves as the cultural hub for Tempe, hosting guest speakers, art and history exhibits, concerts, and other events that draw students and non-students alike. In addition to ASU Sun Devil sports, Tempe is also home to the spring training facilities for the Los Angeles Angels and the Legoland Discovery Center Arizona. Most of the nightlife and entertainment options in town are clustered near the ASU campus on the north side of town, with the areas further south mostly occupied by quiet suburban neighborhoods.
Along with the impressive campus of ASU, Tempe house beautiful green spaces.

Property Ratings at Emerson Park
Emerson Park is centrally located here in Tempe. Quick transport and lots of shopping food etc. Kaylah made my move in process so smooth and it’s hard to believe i’ve been here over 2 years now. 9/10

Thank you for the rave review and special staff shout-out! We will be sure to pass along your kind words to our team. We couldn't be happier that you decided to call Emerson Park home! Our staff is always happy to help should you ever require any assistance. Feel free to stop by the leasing office or give us a call!
The place is everything they swore it wasn’t! From paper thin floors, no firewalls, neighbors so loud it has affected my job working remotely. Raw sewage etc. My bathroom sink leaks water and I can not use it. Management does not care. Deceptive practice would be a fitting name for this horrible low quality place. Nothing luxury here!

We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Our team works really hard to complete work orders and issues around the community as efficiently as possible and work on them according to their importance and time constraints. If you have any more you would like to discuss, please reach out to us in the office.
The units are a nice size. Washers and dryers are in most units. The complex has nice amenities, such as a fitness center, multiple pools, a playground and a dog park. The landscaping is beautiful. Jessica and Kaylah in the leasing office are very friendly, helpful, and responsive to our needs, as is the maintenance crew. The location is great! The neighborhood is quiet. Bus and train transportation are a very short walk from here. A convenience store is right around the corner. The ASU campus is about a mile away. A post office is a short walk from here. I recommend Emerson Park Apartments to families and students.

Great community, great location, quick to perform repairs, and very mindful neighbours. There is no trash separation for recycling. None at all, so everything goes to the same dumpster. I believe we should be mindful with the environment as a community, and this is an important issue. But besides this, I find the community and the apartment great and I would recommend it to all my friends.

We appreciate the awesome review! Have a great rest of your day.
This place used to be decent under the old manager, and before the upped rent and lowered quality. This place has gone way down hill. They over water the grass, which is great because it both makes the place look like a swamp and attracts bugs, and they charge you for the water they waste! The manager does nothing to control the landscapers, and he's only got 1 maintenance guy (who is great, but 1 man can only do so much), because the others couldn't stand working here and quit. If you want to get a hold of the office, GOOD LUCK; they don't pick up the phones or return calls. Hopefully the higher-ups will read this and get a handle on this train wreck. I know that I won't be renewing my lease.
I have lived here for a little over a year now and i tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I truly do not feel you get what you pay for here. The rooms are very small and the walls are paper thin. I have now lived in the blue building and the red and it is ridiculous how you can hear every little thing from your neighbors. My neighbors as a matter of fact feel the need to call the cops on me for watching TV at 11:30 at night saying i'm being loud. So the community i believe to not be very friendly. I've also called the cops for domestic violence against a mother threatening to beat her daughter in the middle of the court yard. In addition the area is not safe at all. A man was stabbed to death on the corner where the 7/11 is, only a few hundred feet from my front door. There is a numerous amount of homeless going through our dumpsters. I even had my car broken into by one of them. Nothing of importance was taken luckily and nothing was broken so i didn't file a police report, but when i reported it to the front office i felt as if they could care less. They just kind of shrugged it off and told me to call the cops every time i see someone suspicious outside. They have no security cameras or anything anywhere. I will now be calling the cops at least 5 times a week, like i really want to be making time out of my day to do that. It is supposed to be their job to make us feel safe there. As a matter of fact we are supposed to have security on site and when i asked the front office staff told me they didn't have a set schedule and they showed up whenever they felt necessary. Listen, i can continue to go on and on about this place. The only good thing here is Sandra, the front desk girl, i love her to pieces, but DO NOT LIVE HERE!
From the the outside it is a smaller group of two story complexes, which is nice if you don't fancy getting lost or walking a ways to your door. The buildings are separated by color and some have modern and exciting works of art facing the street that make the complex stick out. Beautiful little pocket parks accent every building and bring a nice touch of green. It's in a decent location, right on McClintock but there's minimal noise, a walk away from Tempe Marketplace, multiple convenience stores, food places, and the light rail station. The management people are very nice and understanding and the maintenance staff are there in a snap if you have any problems. The apartments are fairly new and very modern with a colored accent wall in every kitchen. They were even nice enough to let us repaint the accent wall to match our furniture. Every holiday the office throws a little get together inviting any of the tenants to come hang out and have a snack or even enter a raffle for something fun. I got lucky with this place and I very much enjoy living here for a very decent price.
The apartments, Cabanas on McClintock, in Tempe, AZ rest in the cross streets of Apache blvd & McClintock rd. They provide modern apartment living that delivers comfortable living for students attending nearby community colleges and Arizona State University. The 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is the perfect place to live with ease and comfort.
I have lived here for 3 months now and I am satisfied. It is close to freeways, food and entertainment, and public transportation. The units and outside area are kept clean. There is a mix of people that live here and it is quiet but lively. The office staff is friendly.
Cabana's friendly office staff made my move very smooth and easy! Look forward to my residency here.
