Emhurst Lake Apartments

I have lived here for 13 years and I will say the only interest to the landlord is collecting money and doing little to know maintenance on the complex. If any is done it is the cheapest fix available. After being here for 10 years I asked for new carpet and had to argue to get it. I have painted my own apt just because it was too much hassle to have them come in. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one.
