I toured a unit back in May looking for October availability bc that’s when my current lease is up. They told me I couldn’t apply any sooner than 90 days from move in date. Meanwhile my current complex needs a 60 notice of intent to move. So that gives me a 30 day window to find out if I qualify. Today is the 30th day and still my application is “processing”. Not sure what the hold up is, but they’re likely losing out on a lot of move ins for this reason. It’s also proved difficult to get a call back or for anyone in office to answer the phone. Communication could be much better and a speedy application submission process as well. Looks as if I won’t be able to move here this year.
Ive been trying to contact someone from here since January. Finally in April someone answered the phone for the first time. I went in and was handed an application, I brought the application back and was told that I filled it out in the wrong color ink and had to redo the whole thing. I redid the entire application brought it back and waited for roughly a week have been be told I was denied. I brought actual facts of the discrepancy which resulted in an approval and every time I tried contacting someone it's been a dead end. I made multiple appearances only to be turned around. Unfortunately the people that are there are not equipped to deal with the duties at hand. Everyone seems to be lost at some capacity. From the manager on down... If you value your time I would look elsewhere.
Linda in the office is the greatest! I have never applied at an income sensitive property, but she made the process a whole lot easier on me, she has been in contact regarding any updates in the building process, and her customer service is unmatched. I look forward to moving in.
We were approved back in January and set to move in February. We have yet to move in till this day. We’ve spent money we don’t even have on multiple hotels trying to wait until they open and they still could care less. Then they ask you to redo documents over and over just because they can’t pass inspections. Then somehow it’s your fault and you have to reapply. This has been by far the worst experience ever getting an apartment. We’ve even called corporate! They don’t show any empathy either whenever you call and ask for updates and timeframes. It’s almost like your bugging them. Although your just trying to get clarification since they don’t reach out to you. Beware!!! Save yourself they headache!
