Emeryville is a small community right in the heart of the Bay Area, part of greater Oakland’s north side and sitting right at the foot of the Bay Bridge into San Francisco. Common areas are exactly what you would use without any extra pointless frill though they are often being used by other tenants and therefore unavailable. Walkable to chain retail but lacks easy accessibility to boutique shops and restaurants. Great location for a semi-urban feel without the price of the city.
