Encantada apartments is probably the worst place I have ever lived in my entire life. When you go look at the models everything seems pretty nice, but when you actually move in your apartment may be different than the model you toured. My apartment was on a ground floor and it was like living in a dungeon with only one tiny window in the living room. But after living there for 2 years it just kept getting worse and worse. For example, when I moved in, there was all kinds of broken stuff and I had to keep calling the office to get the maintenance guy to fix things. Maintenance would show up and then would leave without finishing so I would have to keep calling to get stuff fixed. I finally gave up and decided to just live with it. When I moved out, they tried to charge me for repairing something that I asked them to repair when I moved in. Needless to say, i had to argue with them about it to get it taken off. Here's the list of what I had to deal with while living there... 1) Walmart grocery carts everywhere! Plus some obnoxious tenant kept putting their carts in front of my apartment door. So annoying, I don't even shop at Walmart!!!! 2) Dog poop everywhere! So gross! 3) Overflowing dumpsters every day! 4) Huge clouds of cigarette smoke everywhere! 5) Huge clouds of pot smoke everywhere! Gag! 6) Cricket infestation in the walls and vents! 7) Filthy air from the vents. Looks like black mold! 8) Noisy neighbors. I mean I heard everything! 9) Upstairs neighbors stole my Amazon packages, dumped their ashtrays onto my patio, stomped around all hours of the day/night. Totally obnoxious! 10) Random people always stealing your assigned parking spaces. 11) Do nothing office staff - if you call to report a noisy neighbor the office tells you to call the police or ask them nicely to be quiet. Seriously? That's just one example. 12) People with large dogs that don't keep them on a leash. A threat to me and my dog's safety! 13) Dogs that shouldn't be li

So-so apartment complex, interiors are very old. I'm a low maintenance renter and didn't have a high standard. Location is the only thing going for this place. 6 days after the end of my lease I was contacted with some fees, no problem. I have 2 boys and things happen. I asked if I could pay online and paid the fees using their online portal (that I used to pay rent the majority of my time with the company) at their suggestion. Money was taken out of my account 2 days later, 8 days after my lease ended. 3 MONTHS later I get a letter from National Credit Systems that I did not pay the move-out fees and will be reported to the credit bureaus. Absolutely not. I have confirmation that I paid on the portal and the debit from my checking account that I paid in full in a prompt and timely manner. So so shady. Do NOT lease here unless you need to be within walking distance of places.

Leasing office is terrible. Maintenance sucks. I’ve been here like 4 months air has gone out twice, they take their time fixing it. Don’t have any urgency in getting back with you. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to live here.

It's alarming to know you feel this way about our community. We truly understand how inconvenient it can be to not have working A/C here in AZ and do apologize for the trouble. Our maintenance team does strive to provide speedy service but unfortunately had to slow down during these cautious times. Though we are happy your A/C was fixed, we still want to urge you to contact us if there's any additional concerns you may have. Our team is here to help.
They have serious parking issues at this complex due to selfish, inconsiderate tenants and their visitors. It does not matter if you pay for an assigned parking spot! It is typical for 3-5 vehicles per unit even when there is only 1 covered spot, and maybe 1 open spot available. So, if you work later, or work overtime, you can forget about finding any available parking spots available when you get home at night, tired from working. You may have to park across the street at Wal-Mart. Of all the apartment complexes and condos I've lived at anywhere, I have never had such a bad experience due to parking issues. I have noticed it seems to be worse towards the rear buildings in the complex. So, if you own more than two vehicles, be prepared for headaches and frustrating parking issues. I am moving out soon due to this and other tenant-related issues.
I have loved living here for the last 2 years! The apartments are updated and in a great location!! If your looking for a great location in Queen Creek this is your place!

When we were searching for a new place to live we had looked at a couple of properties around Queen Creek. When we came to Encantada Queen Creek, everyone was amazingly friendly, patient, and they are always on top of everything! The property is kept clean at all times. I have not seen ANY bugs not even running around outside. They always recognize who I am when I walk in to the front office it is nice to live in a complex that makes you feel so welcome in a community.

I live the apartment, but feel it is over priced. Especially when it takes 3 days to get maintenance, get doggie dodo pickedup, there is dog do underneath. The stairs and it has been there for months. Also people who live here dint have respect for the property, I just counted 21 cigarette butts in front of my patio. The apartments that are along ellesworth should be given a credit as the noise from the street is unbearable also people.e who live in this section that reves up there car at midnight and want go g to stop until someone complained. As I said the grounds are nice,but someone needs to do something about the noise. I feel like I am in an apartment in the middle of a freeway.
This is the perfect apartment building for those who love the quiet suburban lifestyle but don't want to be far from the hip and happening parts of town. The apartment complex has well maintained pools, gym and a movie theatre, and is a few minutes walk or drive away from major highways, parks and shopping centers. The staff take great care of the residents and I've had a wonderful experience residing here!
THE 1 BEDROOMS ARE SO BEAUTIFUL, GREAT THAT YOU CAN HAVE A GARAGE WITH SOME UNITS. DOG FRIENDLY!
So many great amenities! Two beautiful pools, two amazing spas, a very large, well-equipped workout center, and a great area to cook out, relax and watch your favorite sports! Plus, it is a very safe gated community with security always making its presence known. The rent is reasonable for the area and the apartments are spacious with granite countertops, nice appliances, and lots of storage. Not only this, but the property management is friendly and very helpful. Living at Encantada Queen Creek has been a great experience and I would highly recommend it!
This apartment has been wonderful! My lease is almost up and if it wasn't getting a bit pricy for my budget I'd definitely renew. Everything is kept tidy and the management staff are all friendly and helpful. If I had any complaints it would be that I live right next to the pool and it can be a bit noisy but they close at a decent time and the security keeps out trouble. All in all the apartments are spacious and beautiful. I'm sure anyone would be happy living here.
Encantada are upgraded apartments with granite countertops, beautiful redwood floors and some with fireplaces. The managing staff are like family and the maintenance are quick to respond and knowledagle. The pools and jacuzzis are beautiful and well maintained and encumpass a well equipped work out gym that would make most Snap(tm) or Anytime fitness (tm) gyms embarrased. There is even a nice theater with big screen and seating that can be rented. On top of all this, the apartments are conveniently located within walking distance and in the the middle of shopping (Wal-Mart, Target, Sports Authority, Ross and Bevmo, World Market, GNC, to name a few) and restaurants (Olive Garden, IHOP, Firehouse Subs, Queen Creek Cafe, Uncle Bears, Sushi Creek, In -N-out, Chick fil A, Kneaders Bakery and more) including a brand new Harkins Theater (Queen Creek - 14).
