We are so happy to have found Encanto at Mesa Del Sol in our apartment search. We moved to the area from Pennsylvania and were not familiar with much of Albuquerque. Finding an apartment on the outskirts of town was perfect for us. The amenities and the quiet and beautiful location have been wonderful. Our cats are very happy here as well. We look forward to the memories we will have of our time here.

I would not recommend living at Encanto at Mesa Del Sol. Upon moving in, I did not have hot water due to cut electrical inside the walls from during construction that clearly got overlooked during inspection. Leasing was slow to respond to questions or concerns about the lease after taking deposit, application, and admin fees (and overcharging). This is concerning to me and I hope the rest of the property is safe. I was not informed while moving in that the amenities were not fully finished. Parking is difficult for bigger vehicles due to the carport spaces being so narrow and the posts being in the way. Overall, this place has been a disappointment.

Encanto is a beautiful and well put together apartment to live at. The Mountain View I have is nothing short of amazing and the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional people. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone moving to the area.
