We have been here for almost a year and it’s been a great experience overall. The staff are amazing—from the office to the maintenance crew they handle everything in timely manners and keep things running as they should be. They communicate if there’s ever an issue and we’ve never been blindsided by anything here. The amenities they offer here are in constant use by my family and I. I love the gym and outdoor lounge areas and my kids love the pool and are in there every day!

Ryan was super helpful in getting a leak repaired. We have been in this unit for four years, and the maintenance crew is always quick to remedy any issues. The property itself is always maintained! They do a great job with the landscaping and plowing during winter.

I lived here a few years ago and recently inquired about moving back. Only reason I’m not is to stay close to my grand babies but if I could I’d love to be back ! This community is very well kept, beautiful and close to a lot of places I shop daily! I loved the leasing staff as well and maintenance! They are all so sweet and get the job done. We have been here 8 days. Everything was going well and then we had our first problem with the property! We were charged 5.00 you read that right 5.00 dollars for a utility fee. My husband didn’t want us to get a late fee so he told me to pay it online through the website. I paid 5.00 and they charged me 83.00 dollars to pay a 5.00 charge! I called the office and of course all they have to say is there is nothing they can do it’s the system and we would be charged a 25.00 fee for a bounced check if we reverse it! The only way to get around this 83.00 fee is to pay through you bank with and echeck which is 8.00!! RIDICULOUS!! And honestly it’s robbery charging 80 dollars for a 5 dollar fee! Ridiculous!

The Staff here is very friendly and were very helpful to me. They made me feel very welcomed and truly at home. The facilities are very nice, I would say one of the better apartment complexes in the area! Overall my experience was great, with the staff being outstanding and the facilities being very up-to-date and had a very comfortable feeling. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

The garbage area is always so full and smells awful. The grounds are dirty with dog poop everywhere you look. There is police in the parking lot every other night because of all the fighting between neighbors and not to mention the office staff and the "so called" community manage doesn’t care about the residents as long as rent is paid you can do whatever you want. This place is an absolute joke. Lies lies lies. Turn away and look elsewhere. They make it seem all nice and clean when you tour but it’s far from what they make it seem. These apartments are not worth the rent they charge. You have been warned.

The location is located at the border of Naperville and Plainfield. This provides easy access to either town which is convenient. The staff is where incompetence meets smugness. I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessional behavior that is accepted.
My family and I moved into this community in the summer of 2017. Our first winter there we had 2 mice. Then came our second winter, and we had 2 more mice. This winter of 2019 - 2020 (our third winter), we had 5 mice. This is 9 in total. We had maintenance come out many times over the past three winters, and all they could do was put traps all over our one-bedroom apartment. Not such a fun way to live. They even sent an exterminator out twice, but all they could do was set traps and put down that sticky paper. None of this was effective at keeping them from coming into our second-story apartment unit. We could hear them under our bed at night, only to get up in the morning and find them in one of our traps. We had to thoroughly clean our apartment each time we had them. Very stressful situation and we finally broke our lease as we got very sick the first time, and did not want that happening again. I would not recommend living here because if you are unfortunate enough to have mice, you will be stuck living with them, or breaking your lease and having them come after you for their money.

I am sorry to learn you had a problem with mice in your apartment home. We would never expect anyone to live with a mice problem. After reading the journey you have described in this review, I investigated this situation to ensure a problem such as this, does not exist. I met with our onsite team and the exterminating company, to validate we are following our process of monthly, preventative extermination and confirmed we always jump to action for extermination calls. I just moved in last week, and so far have zero complaints! The property is beyond what I could have ever ask for, and is extremely reasonable in price for all of the amenities that they provide! Not to mention you are surrounded by every major grocery store, and restaurant which are located right down the street! I have never had the privilege to live in such a beautiful apartment home until now. The granite counter tops and open kitchen/living & dining area are so bright and spacious. The privacy of having private entry ways makes it feel so welcoming and the large heated garage is another added bonus , in the cold winter months my car is nice and warm. The gorgeous well kept landscaping and beautiful pool with a grill and seating area with a TV , makes it feel like you are at a resort. We are in our second lease and my kids love going to the huge and we'll kept park that is adjacent to the complex. We couldn't ask for anything better than thism
It is a pretty place, but not worth the price. I've lived here before it was owned by Enclave. The previous management, Springs Apartments, were friendly and answered any questions or calls immediately. This new management has hired new employees and let me tell you they are rude. They roll their eyes at you, ignore your messages, and if you want something fixed you need to make that trip to the leasing building and chase down someone and let them know in person that something needs fixing. I have complained and emailed and they never responded or apologized. The walls are paper thin and you can tell there is something up with insulation and the drywall. The wall can't even hold the screws in place for the racks in the closets. Our lease is almost up and we are definitely looking elsewhere. If the employees were friendlier I'd say it'd be worth the high rent to get some good customer service, but all the granite counter tops and "luxury pool" in this complex does not add up to the price they are asking for. (They do have friendly maintenance staff that come to fix your stuff if they are called to do so, but often the front desk "can't recall" you asking them to call maintenence)
This community is very nice. High end gated community in a safe suburb. If it wasn't for the high rent and distance from work this place would be perfect. Very great maintenance team and quick responses when there are issues. Great neighbors and amazing pool. It's a great community!
