Worst leasing office staff. Never keeps anyone up to date with honest information. No water...too bad. Someone in your parking spot that you pay for...not interested. Bad neighbors that you need help with...figure it out yourself. Rent goes up and service goes down. Had many incidents where repair staff would move my personal items, use my bathroom etc and never clean up after themselves. No regard for residents. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

These guys are not completely bad, but also left me with a unpleasant taste in my mouth. They do not do anything shady, which is nice, and living here was not that bad. What I think future residents should be weary of is once I gave notice of moving out they did not respond to many of my and my future apartment's emails. Hopefully though I am the only one who experienced this. Maintenance staff is a solid 5/5, which is why I would give this place an overall 2.5/5 and round up to 3.

Don’t bother with this place. Most of these ratings are 7 years old. I was forgotten the day I moved in. I stayed in the office to pick up my apartment keys while my apartment was being “cleaned”. It was massively disappointing when I entered my “elevated living” space. The kitchen sink fixture was missing a part. Carpet was full of dust. I found roach traps throughout my kitchen cabinets. The oven had just been sprayed with oven cleaner and I was expected to finish cleaning it. Apparently epoxy had just been poured on my countertops, in which I was not notified. So when I placed my items on the counter, later I realized it ended up leaving indents to the counter. The shower has constantly had issues with staying one temperature. Recently I’ve been living in an 87 degree apartment, even after placing 3 emergency requests. It’s not 24/7 no matter what they tell you. Just don’t move here. It’s been a huge regret for myself and I will not be renewing my lease.

Don't take my word for it, drive through the complex and ask any tenant. If you don't mind dog feces all over the grounds, electrical issues, extremely poor and nasty management, run down apartments, fire ant infestations, no hot water (boiler system), hearing your neighbors (and smelling them), dirty pool, gross hot tubs, well then this place is for you. Don't let the pretty updates on the outside fool you. Also take notice the great reviews are from a year ago when this place was slightly better.

The location is absolutely the best part of living here. I'm minutes away from everything. Bear Creek Park is literally right behind me. I love that I can just walk across the street & enjoy the park. They may be a tad over priced but you are paying for the location. It's nice & quiet & very clean. I've been here over two years & love it.
This place is conveniently situated close to the Airport and easy access to 360 Hwy. connecting Grapevine, Southlake and Colleyville to the North, and Grand Praire, Arlington to the South. And for dog lovers, there is a big and nice dog park just a 5 minute walk. The office staff is helpful and very friendly. What a pleasure is to live in this place.
I have been here a year and a half , everything taken care as needed, had hospital stay , and when air conditioning went out over weekkend , they brought in portable A/C with a 106 degree Sunday , during that time , and once again , as situations present themselves , they are always on top on them , , I found a great place to stay

The thing I like the most is the location. Located in Bear Creek it is such an easy and short walk to the dog park and trails, perfect place for an outdoorsy person with pets. It is also a short distance to DFW airport, super convenient since I work at the airport. We currently have a pool view and although it is nice, it can get loud during the summers because you can hear the people. The apartment is a one bedroom/one bathroom. The AC doesn't cool evenly so the living room is colder than the bedroom. I am excited to use the fireplace this winter! Since we haven't used it, let's assume it works properly. Balcony is rather small and slanted. And although I've put in several verbal maintenance orders the fridge still has a leak! We did get new carpet though. You can hear when the neighbor turns on the water to shower. Parking is not bad at all, always can find a spot. Office ladies are nice but slow with any requests. And the always have candy! It is a pretty safe and quiet neighborhood, I see police cars often patrolling the area. It is also close enough to shopping stores and restaurants but also far enough to be in a quiet-family friendly area. And I like that it is gated, always a plus. Overall, nice apartment and kinda easy on the wallet.
We lived in the complex for over two and a half years and ever since they switched management this place has plummeted into horribleness. First off even though we were not renting one of the upgraded apartments our rent was increased to matched those that were. They changed their grilling policy to where you could no longer own your own grill and since we could not get ride of our grill within the 24 hour period they provided they took it. Our building was infested with cockroaches (and not the small kind either) and it took them over a year before they did anything about it and fined us for using store bought products when we were trying to deal with the problem ourselves. The front office has a high turnover for staff which made them unreliable and many are rude. They have lost one of our rent checks then threaten to evict us. When we finally had enough and moved they have been trying to cheat us out of over $500 for "damages" to the apartment. They refuse to show us invoices showing the charges and where the $500 deposit that was places when we originally moved in went, and now they are saying they never charged us for a deposit so we have to pay up. (the leasing agreement we signed before moving in says otherwise.) Avoid the headache and run away from this place.

It displeases us that our team wasn't able to earn a recommendation from you. We apologize we did not do enough to keep you here as a valued resident. Sorry if you feel that you were unfairly charged with move-out fees but when you move in with approval, you pay $87.50 fee for RBH deposit instead of a $500 deposit. The RBH is an insurance up to $500 coverage if you fail to pay your final balance. Rest assured, we do our best to follow policy and charge tenants accordingly, in no way do we try to take money from our residents. Feel free to call us if you'd like to discuss any matters during your residency or if you have any other feedback.
These apartments are great! They're by far the best deal for the best price in the area! Sue in the office is wonderful, and very accommodating! Washer/dryer comes with most floor plans and interior is very nice. Parking is kind of expensive if you want a good spot, but other than that, no complaints!
They have great office employees. I really love the pool area with the fire pit. T he pool area is always playing great music. I would refer the enclave at bear creek to everyone looking for a new home.
