Right outside of Fort Worth and only about 45 minutes from Dallas, North Richland Hills is a large suburban community that has developed a local character independent from its larger neighbors. The local schools are excellent, and numerous family-friendly activities make it a terrific option for anyone with children.
In the summer, NRH2O Family Water Park is one of the most popular attractions in town, and hockey games at NYTEX Sports Centre draw big crowds in the colder months. I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Enclave at Hometown! The area is fantastic, and I especially love having easy access to the canal – it’s such a peaceful spot for walks and relaxation. The community itself is great; everyone is friendly, and the vibe here is very welcoming. One thing that could be improved is parking. Sometimes it can be a bit challenging to find a spot, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, the leasing office and maintenance team have been wonderful. They’re always friendly, responsive, and quick to help with any needs or questions I have. Cailee recently helped me and was very helpful and kind.

Enclave at hometown is a very nice place to live. I wish they were better at answering the phone. It seems like every single time I call I am sent to voicemail and only occasionally called back. Otherwise, relatively calm and the location is perfect.
Not worth the amount of rent that is paid. Dirty hallways outdated appliances and overall look of interior and exterior. High turnover in front office. Unprofessional and rude. Maintenance is wonderful.
Enclave at Hometown is a wonderful place to call home. I have truly enjoyed my lovely apartment and surrounding area of walking trails and lake. Nice neighbors and close to stores & restaurants.

I have lived here for many years and at times I have been disappointed with a few things which is normal but Management listens and will try to fix the situation. People living here are nice. People working here are nice. I have met people here that have come from other Apts and they say this is a great place. I have friends here and kept the ones that have moved away to new homes. This place has been a huge blessing for my wife and I! After living in many different apartment complexes over the years, I would have to say this is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. It's safe, clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Lovely complex with great landscaping in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Close to great shopping, recreation center and library. Managers have always been attentive to any of my questions or requests.

Nice, family oriented area/community to live in. Conveniently and centrally located to schools, shops and beautiful walking trails. Definitely an area great for families with children. It feels so safe here.

Are looks nice and is relatively safe but way over priced for what your getting you can find same quality or nicer for cheaper and with a built in garage or atleast laundry.

I love my apartment. Great location, quiet, reasonably priced. Only complaint is there is not enough parking for the residents.

For apartment living in NRH, I can't imagine it getting much better than this. The property is well maintained with nice amenities. The location is fantastic and the staff is awesome. My family absolutely loves our town house!

The leasing staff at Enclave at Hometown are very knowledgable and caring and worked hard to make our move happen. Easiest move we have ever had!!! The complex is so pretty and well kept. Love this place!!! Kuddos to Enclave for their staff especially Rachel!!!

I have doubts that this would be a good place to live after my treatment in applying for an apartment lease. I was shown an apartment and quoted a price. They sent me an application, but I was delayed a part of weekend in filling it out. When I went to sign up on Sunday, the price had risen considerably. When I called, they said they only had to honor the price they quoted for 48 hours and that because more people were interested in renting the lease had gone up. The woman said it was like airline seats, prices could change any time. But I hope apartment complexes like this don't end up in the same terrible condition as the airline industry with these anti-resident friendly tactics.
