Enclave at hometown is a very nice place to live. I wish they were better at answering the phone. It seems like every single time I call I am sent to voicemail and only occasionally called back. Otherwise, relatively calm and the location is perfect.

Not worth the amount of rent that is paid. Dirty hallways outdated appliances and overall look of interior and exterior. High turnover in front office. Unprofessional and rude. Maintenance is wonderful.

Enclave at Hometown is a wonderful place to call home. I have truly enjoyed my lovely apartment and surrounding area of walking trails and lake. Nice neighbors and close to stores & restaurants.

I have lived here for many years and at times I have been disappointed with a few things which is normal but Management listens and will try to fix the situation. People living here are nice. People working here are nice. I have met people here that have come from other Apts and they say this is a great place. I have friends here and kept the ones that have moved away to new homes. No place is perfect but I’m very happy living here. Judy M

This place has been a huge blessing for my wife and I! After living in many different apartment complexes over the years, I would have to say this is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. It's safe, clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Lovely complex with great landscaping in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Close to great shopping, recreation center and library. Managers have always been attentive to any of my questions or requests.

Nice, family oriented area/community to live in. Conveniently and centrally located to schools, shops and beautiful walking trails. Definitely an area great for families with children. It feels so safe here.

Office staff should return call to residents that leave a voicemail message in a timely manner. More parking space availability for residents and guests

Enclave has such a great team! Tori is such a great asset to this team, she really knows the community and helped my sister find the perfect fit for her future apartment. Daysa and Claire have been so helpful with all our additional questions and I can tell they really care about their people.

I've enjoyed living at Enclave at Hometown. The community is great, my children love the nearby ponds, and I've encountered friendly neighbors. I look forward to learning more about everything the community offers.

I have only been here for a month but I am already in love with the apartment my only set back was the parking.

Are looks nice and is relatively safe but way over priced for what your getting you can find same quality or nicer for cheaper and with a built in garage or atleast laundry.

I’ve lived here 4 years and haven’t had any issues. The schools my children are zoned in for are superb. Office staff and maintenance are top notch.

For apartment living in NRH, I can't imagine it getting much better than this. The property is well maintained with nice amenities. The location is fantastic and the staff is awesome. My family absolutely loves our town house!

I have doubts that this would be a good place to live after my treatment in applying for an apartment lease. I was shown an apartment and quoted a price. They sent me an application, but I was delayed a part of weekend in filling it out. When I went to sign up on Sunday, the price had risen considerably. When I called, they said they only had to honor the price they quoted for 48 hours and that because more people were interested in renting the lease had gone up. The woman said it was like airline seats, prices could change any time. But I hope apartment complexes like this don't end up in the same terrible condition as the airline industry with these anti-resident friendly tactics.

This is a horrible apartment complex now that new management has taken over. The place is dirty, hallways stink of trash and poop, including the elevator. They have no flexibility and do not care about the current residents. I would not live here again, regardless of the area.

My family and I lived here for 18 months. We have rented for as long as we’ve lived on our own and have enjoyed everywhere we have lived, except for Enclave at Hometown. The original property management company was outstanding! Their staff was wonderful to work with, they addressed concerns that were presented, handled work orders immediately, kept the property clean, and did their best to ensure we enjoyed our home and where we lived. The new company that took over in Fall 2018 is atrocious. Since the takeover, the property is filthy, trash is everywhere, animal droppings are all over and cover the majority of any grassy area, trash fills the stairwells and hallways, the elevators smell, and the best part – management does nothing to address it. Parking is impossible if you live on the side of the hockey rink. You MUST have a garage in order to regularly park near your home. If you don’t have a garage - come rain, sleet, shine or hail, you will have to park at Birdville High School or in the hockey rink parking. There are regular events at the hockey rink on the weekends so it's an ongoing struggle. The previous management company acknowledged that adequate parking was not provided, but the worst part, tenants that have 1 and 2 car garages and parking spaces in front don’t even park in their own area; several occupy the few open parking spaces that should be available and management does NOTHING to hold them accountable. The first company addressed it and it improved for the short term, the new company, nothing was ever done. Per the property guidelines received when the lease was signed, all tenants that have a garage are required to park in or in front of their garage. This doesn’t happen. If you have animals there is nowhere for you to take them and let them run off leash. The pet fees and rent are a bit steep compared to other complexes in the area, and you get nothing for it. Overall, you can get a whole lot more for the same price or less in other communities nearby. We are so thankful to be out and not have the daily stress of finding a parking spot, or wondering what we’re coming home to. Good luck on your hunt!

1) Unsafe! If you are living alone this place is just frankly scary. The internal stairs are a nightmare because you have to walk so far to your apartment no matter of your location because you really only have a few entry doors. Car was broken into and the management said and I quote "that's why you have insurance" 2)Constant construction! Noise beyond noise, strangers, workers, people looking at Hometown homes will ALWAYS have you fighting to find a parking spot! 3)THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR NEW CARPET FOR 'PET DAMAGE' EVEN IF YOU NEVER HAD A PET THERE!!!!! Yes, I was charged an eye-watering final move out statement to buy them new carpets! I tried to fight it because I HAVE NEVER OWNED A DOG in my life yet they said I was lying! I told them when I first moved in that there was a urine smell in my closet carpet to which nothing was done about it and when I moved out they said it must have been from me. I refused to pay so now its on my rental and credit history and I'm back living with my parents.

Beware older reviews of this complex. Has recently been sold to a new management company. The new company is uncaring and nothing like the company that left. You are simply a source of revenue. Don’t expect them to have any compassion or understanding for any special circumstance you may have.
