Property Ratings at Enclave at North Point Apartments
the pool is never opened. the on-site laundry hasn't been available in two years. maintenance takes about 6 months to get fix things due to constantly being understaffed. the kid's playground fenced is collapsed on one side, making it dangerous for kids. there is trash all over the apartment complex. & the lawncare doesn't even properly cut all of the grass. there are community dog poop bags available randomly placed, but there is still dog poop all over the place. shootings do happen often here.
Apt. Leaks from rain. There are field mices and snakes. No emergency service. No on ground management at night. There is mole in the apartment. It is unhealthy and unsafe for animals and for the residents. These apartments need to be condemned

Firstly, they will tow your car for not having a parking pass, BUT they NEVER have enough passes for everyone to get a preferred space. Second, I have been without working A/C for over a week and it is over 80 degrees outside and 85 degrees in my apartment and they don't even have maintenance hired to come to fix it. DONT live here, I'm warning yall.

If your a friend or family member visits you, they have to pay a fee. If you want to have your own parking spot, oh look there is a fee. You have to have spectrum… hey there $55 fee. It’s just ridiculous how many hidden fees there are. Not really a safe neighborhood either

Hello! We apologize that you've had a less than pleasant experience here at Enclave at North Point. In regards to visitor parking fees, we have enlisted the help of PANGO to alleviate the lack of parking for our residents near their buildings due to guests parking in those spots. Currently, visitor parking does not cost. We are also offering preferred parking for the $25 a month which guarantees the resident their own spot that no one else can park in. The $55 amenity fee is for access to all of our amenities here as well as complimentary WIFI via Spectrum, and this fee is listed in the lease. If you have any other concerns, we encourage you to reach out to the leasing office. We look forward to hearing from you.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I have stayed here for a year and am a current tenant this by far has been the worst place to live on the planet. Morgan Properties is supposed to be one of the leading property businesses in their market, but they treat their tenants like trash. I have personally had to deal with mold in my unit and the ventilation in the unit is extremely poor. I am single mom of 3 kids under 10 who has been sickly since moving here, and myself included. I have brought this to the attention of the property multiple times. Within the year I have made 20 work orders with at least 15 complaints being repeated complaints that the maintenance team is closing with out addressing. This doesn't include the countless phone calls that I have made to report this and times i have had to walk to the office and complain. Also, I have a live wire running through my unit in the room that is intended for my baby. He is a toddler and likes to mess with things so i don't feel comfortable him being in that room. I have also expressed this concern to the property management and made work orders and it too is still unresolved but work orders show complete. She told me she would get a contractor out but it had to go through corporate but just a couple of weeks ago a contractor walked up to me flirting saying they were replacing the ventilation and ac units on some of the apartments. I stay in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit but can only live out of two of the bedrooms use one of my bathrooms safely, and still pay the expected rent. I have contacted winston-salem code endorsement and next it will be the local news if you go to and of Morgan Properties other sites they are nothing like this. lol This doesn’t include the lack of respect from other neighbors from cars being broken into and people being killed over here. People shooting at night. It is not safe and its nasty.

Dear Anonymous, We apologize for the experiences you have had while living here. Please contact the leasing office to discuss and schedule time for repairs. Thank you, Management
If you are looking for peace of mind and a safe community this isn’t it. The people in the community are just as bad as the landscaping looks. The play ground is in the middle of a tennis court. Neighbors are loud and disruptive in the middle of the night. Kids run wildly through the apartment complex unsupervised. People break into cars, there are no security features to living here. Worst part about it is management doesn’t seem to care so the tenants don’t. As long as they are taking home a paycheck and your rent is paid they don’t care. People can break in cars when they want children can destroy the complex and neighbors can be as loud as they want even in the middle of the night. You are not paying for quality, comfort, peace, great management, etc. what you are paying for is the cheap upgrades and location. This place is the slums.

Dear Resident, We apologize that you have had a less than pleasant experience at Enclave. We hope that you will reach out to the leasing office so we can discuss your concerns, and turn your 1-star rating into a 5-star rating!
I had roaches for 6 months before they decided to fix it. everything they "fixed" something it would just break again or somehow get worse. then more bugs which they still don't care to fix. shootings in the parking lot, garbage EVERYWHERE, broken glass everywhere (so bad that I barely feel comfortable walking my dogs bc its also in the GRASS) my car has gotten broken into, packages stolen. they are LYING to you by making this place look good. this place is awful. they think just because they put in some new windows and carpets that it will fix it. don't. live. here. it's disgusting.

these apartments are filthy and falling apart, every month something breaks and the neighbors are rude and throw trash everywhere, and my apartment is INFESTED with roaches and the office refuses to do anything about it. not worth the price I pay to live here, moving out asap. if you want an apartment, avoid this place like the plague.
Me and my husband moved here last year. From the day we entered d apartments its been one problem to another. Our unit is filthy d day we moved in. Qe had to wait for d cleaners to come clean. Things get broke and maintenance takes forever to come fix it. I wanted to stay for 2years but am moving when my lease ends..poor management.

Disappointment. The website makes the property seem nice. When the pool is open (which is rare) it is never clean. The landscaping is poor, walls are thin, and the cabinets are pretty much just cardboard. It also used to be gated, but it never worked so they just took it out. The staff (except from Amanda) is incredibly rude. Don't waste your money

Please contact us at (336) 759-7612 when you have an opportunity, and we will be more than happy to try and turn your experience around.
This is a good apartment building when it comes to the office staff, they are always friendly and have the best attitude. On every holiday that comes around the office staff usually has an event or prizes to give out for all the tenants. The rooms inside the apartments are very spaces as well as the closets and bathrooms. The pool recently was renovated and it is very nice. These apartments do offer a dog park for animal owners, and a park for the children; but the park for the kids needs a huge makeover. One downfall is that there is only one mailbox on the property and if you do not get an apartment on the side it is on it's pretty far away. Also maintenance takes forever at times to come get things done in the apartment. In my apartment i encountered a couple of leaks and i felt that they should have been handled quicker than they were. But overall these apartments are pretty decent.
