My husband and I literally researched every apartment complex in the Dunedin/Palm Harbor/Safety Harbor area. The Enclave at Northwood’s reviews over the past 4 years outshined all the rest. The grounds are beautiful, and the villa and townhouse units seemed much more homey to us than the barrack like design of other apt complexes. In fact, the way the units are staggered offers quite a bit of privacy for each unit especially on the screened-in patios/balconies. The service that people raved about in the reviews is totally true. Stacey and Miguel in the office have been nothing but genuinely friendly and helpful. The same can be said for the maintenance crew of Jason and Josh. In all the years we’ve lived in apartments, we’ve never received such quick response on maintenance issues. Speaking of maintenance issues, there have hardly been any. The apt was spotless when we moved in with very few details needing to be fixed or replaced. As far as noise, it’s totally quiet even with all the dogs who live in the complex. Enterprise dog park is across the street. We haven’t heard our neighbors due to the cement block fire walls, which is smart to have considering these units have fireplaces. The staff organizes many fun events for the residents, so you get a feel of community. My husband and I are beyond thrilled to find an apt complex like this. We’ve been living here for two months, and it feels like a home not an apartment. I should also mention, we’ve felt very safe during COVID from our first visit here, to moving in and having a few service calls. They’re taking proper precautions and we’re very happy about that.

We were thrilled with Enclave when we first moved in, and seven months later we still have nothing but good things to say. All of the staff are friendly and make themselves available at a moments notice. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with many mature oaks, palm trees, and a nice variety of flowering and colorful bushes. The area is clean, and well maintained; and the pools are always clean. Josh and Jason are VERY fast to respond to maintenance requests, no matter how minor the issue. They are always in a good mood and ensure they don't leave a mess behind when they complete a job. They keep the building exteriors looking great also. Stacey is the office manager and has great people skills. We stopped in the office yesterday just to say hi since we hadn't seen her for a while. The complex is quiet and so are the apartments. There are firewalls between the units so you don't hear your neighbor's TV or talking from next door. This place is close to everything (mall, stores, restaurants, etc), yet still tucked away. There are never many apartments available here, so if you see one in your price range, get a lease signed asap so you don't miss your opportunity. We hope our review was helpful to you, John and Jen

I chose Encleave at Northwood because of the good reviews online, what a mistake it has been! The only thing nice about it is the location and the neighbors. Prior to move in, I asked them a couple times to email me the lease so I can review as I am from out of town; they never sent it to me. I signed the lease on the move in day in a rash base on their email conformation that the unit will be in move-in ready condition. There was no inspection sheet provided to me. In the last 2 weeks or so, I had to request 5 work orders because garbage disposal and dishwasher were not working. Dishes came out of the dishwasher dirty and I have to wash it by hand afterward; the dishwasher was not even anchored in to the lower cabinet, every time you pull the racks out, the whole thing came out and tilted off balance. Move in ready? Don't think so. The sink was clogged up when you tried to use the garbage disposal. For 2 weekends, there was dirty smelly waste water in the sink for Saturday and Sunday, Lacey told it was not an emergency till it over flows and they could not get to it till Monday. This last time sink overflowed late in the evening, the cleanup crew did not come till close to 12pm when I was told it will be 1 hour waiting time The maintenance manager explained to me that lettuce leaf was exactly the kind of things I should not put into the disposal and it could not handle things like lettuce or rice because the pipes were built. No, it is not a joke. He was serious! The maintenance crew did showed up quickly next day each time, however 5 emails to the manager Stacy and 5 work order requests later, my issues were still not resolved. I am left with not able to use the disposal or the dishwasher which is closed to 10 years old. The response from the manager was either “wait and test it out” or just blatantly ignored the issue I bought up. Yes, the office staff are “nice”, but don’t count on them what you have issues with your unit. If you want to have old and non-functional appliances and plumbing while paying expense rent which entitles you those things, this is the place to move to!

Going on my second year living here. The apartments and amenities are in great shape and clean. Everyone is friendly and the community is very quite, I tend to forget that others live right next to me. Great location, everything you could need is 5 minutes away. Also right between 19 and McMullen which is super convenient for commuting to and from work. Despite these busier highways being so close, you can’t here the traffic at all.
Jason in maintenance has been wonderful to us and has kept our unit up to par. We are so thankful to have someone come update things in our unit and not worry who they are. He is trustworthy, professional, and very clean with his work. Thank you, Jason!
Beautiful community with great staff! This is my second time living here. Lacey is always ready to help and maintenance moves so quickly. Most of the time its done before i even realize. Neighbors are friendly too.
I moved into a two-bedroom apartment about two months ago and I truly love it. The apartment is spacious and in good condition. The bedrooms are huge with large closets. Carpets are new and in terrific condition. When I first moved there were a couple of small issues. I informed the leasing office and within two days maintenance came and repaired everything. The maintenance crew is outstanding; friendly and competent. The leasing office, Lacey and Stacey, are fantastic. They are warm, receptive and very professional. During and after Hurricane Irma, the communication from Lacey to the residents was truly appreciated and helpful. The maintenance crew also did a fantastic job after the storm. The grounds are well manicured and maintained. The vegetation in the complex varies providing a delightful walk. All the dog owners, which are plenty, clean up after their pets. I do wish there was one more additional cleanup station, but that’s minor and not an issue. The most important aspect of living at the Enclave is it appears that the ownership will invest money into the property. The buildings in the complex are scheduled to be painted soon. That will be a huge undertaking and cost. Also, the leasing office has solicited suggestions as to improvements and possible alternatives to having the tennis courts, which are underutilized. Again, communication from the leasing office is great. We have received one notice telling us the repainting will start in a month and how to prepare, safe guard our property and further instruction forth coming. The residents are in the know thanks to them. The only things I can honestly say I would like to see would be a new liner in the pool and new mailboxes (but that’s USPS’ call). I highly recommend The Enclave to anyone that wants a pristine and quiet place to live.
I have lived here for two years and love it. Lacey is very efficient, cooperative and attentive you ones needs. Response to maintenance is prompt and efficient. The property is well maintained and in a very desirable location. I would recommend to anyone.

I have lived here for the past 1 1/2 years and have been very pleased with my choice from the beginning. Maintenance and management are both top notch and attend to my needs very quickly. It is very quiet and there are lots of trees. Don't pass up the opportunity to call this place your home.
My family has enjoyed living here but lately we're fed up with this place. The parking sucks! There's barely any guest spaces and people (residents and their guest) park wherever they please and pay no attention as to whether it's a guest spot or not. Very annoying! Something needs to change. Either change the parking and leave all of the spots open for whoever. Or start towing people!

I'd like to take this time to thank the office staff (Lacey) and maintenance staff Jason and Tim for all their efforts in quickly minimizing the damage then restoring my apartment in such a short time. The toilet tank broke unexpectedly in the middle of the night, and Jason was at my residence in 15 minutes (3 AM in the morning). Jason 'shop vacuumed' as much water from the affected carpet and hallway areas as possible. He worked through the night and by 8 AM a remediation crew had drying fans and an industrial sized dehumidifier drying the affected areas. Lacey, Jason and Tim followed up for the next three days ensuring all was going well. After three days, my residence was restored to its original state thanks to the hard work by these folks. My girlfriend and I have lived in this community for almost three months now and we really love it here! Both the office and maintenance staff are really sweet and helpful whenever we contact them, and the apartment is excellent with lots of space, a sunny terrace and a great view. Also, the nearest supermarket is only 2 minutes away and we have also enjoyed the nearby mall and Philippe Park, while the community itself is very quiet and have a nice pool and fitness center. I would recommend this place to anyone who considers moving here!
I just moved in a month ago and have been very happy. Staff is great and very friendly. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would completely recommend living here! I moved into a newly remodeled townhome looking apartment and I absolutely love it!
I have lived in this complex since 2009, I had the chance to move somewhere else this year when my lease was up , after looking I decided to stay here , it feels like a home, the lay out does not feel like an apartment at all, the girls in the office are the best! I just love it here!
This is a quiet area with lots of trees and wildlife. The townhomes are like living in a house with no neighbors above or below you. The workout room is great.

Relocating from Dever, CO without having seen the place first in person this apartment is great! The location is excellent being just close enough to Saint Petersburg and Tampa yet minutes from Clearwater Beach. The apartment feels like a house, it's very private and the layout makes it feel like it's my own. I like the fact that I have a small yard in the back and how large the place is for the price compared to other communities in the area. the staff has been extremely welcoming and helpful during the entire process making me feel welcomed in my new home and my new state.
