If I could I would rate this place a 0. I lived here for 16 months the first 10 months was alright. But then may 2024 my room flooded twice because of the upstairs neighbors their water heater broke. The only thing the apartment complex did was put down a fan didn’t even clean up the water I ended up having to do that. I ended up getting mold behind the baseboard the only thing they did was paint over it. I had maintenance come back and do it right the only thing they did was scrap the mold then painted over it. They wouldn’t do any more work. I’d put a maintenance call and they would only close it. August of 2024 I got a notification from my camera that someone was in my bedroom. I called the office and they didn’t know who it was. It was maintenance putting a new baseboard in. They came in without telling me and the office didn’t care they didn’t give me notice. I’m so happy to finally be out of there. I’ve had to throw away at least 30 beer bottles from my balcony or my front porch every week. This place is a joke the office people don’t care at all. Don’t ever rent here.

Enclave has been a perfect place to call home. I've been here a year and a half and am loving it. The Apt and amenities are great. The maintenance is very quick, professional and polite. The staff here are helpful in resolving issues. Sylvia has been and continues to be a great help. We have valet trash for a small fee per month and the people picking up the garbage are here every time and are very professional and polite. I recommend the Enclave at Redwood.

Enclave apts on redwood is the place to call home. Very nice apts and amenities. Indoor/outdoor pool with jacuzzi as well as cabanas and bbq. Splash pad for the kids too. 1-3 bedroom apts available. Staff is professional and maintenance here is great.

Charges this much for so little. Cheap apartments with a premium price. Badly maintained grounds. Nickel and dime you for what would be a normal switch in broken appliances or repairs at any other complex. They haven't even set up their voice-mail or bothered to change the voice-mail greeting in the several years since they changed their name. I would not recommend this place, it isn't worth the insane rent hikes or problems.

I love it here, complete 180 from the community I was living in before. Seems like these people actually care about the quality of their apartment homes and efficiency of their maintenance team. The upgrade door latches are junk and half of them are wrong for the door style If this apartment is an upgrade, then my old one was the penthouse suit.

Enclave at redwood is a decently set / priced apartments. They have a lot of flaws that need fixing but overall i have enjoyed my stay here, there is a problem with roaches in multiple buildings as i've noticed over the two years living here. The lay out is spacious and the staff in general are decent, just have to call a few times to get an answer.

You're better off buying your own house and dealing with the issues there. Kept going without hot water because they refused to replace my heater until it actually blew a fireball around my hand. Maintenance doesn't keep proper records, leaving you to foot the bill at move out. Neighbor had mold and leaks that seeped into my apartment post move out and guess who had to pay for it? Not Enclave. They didn't fix things I requested during my time living there and now they get to on my dime. Safety is crap. They can say that there is crime in every city but I've never lived anywhere where my car was broken in to or attempted almost weekly until I lived here. I have about 4-5 police reports from the last few months alone. They promised gaited communities when I moved in then tried to blame it on Covid when I asked why the gate was STILL broken...two year later.

Gates remain open all the time. Anyone can come in and break into a vehicle in the middle of the night, or a drunk piece of crap could just slam into your parked vehicle and then drive away unseen. Both instances occurred to me and my family within the last three months, and both occurred overnight on the weekend. My wife and I used to like it here. Now, we no longer feel safe despite being gouged for a higher rent payment in an older apartment. We will likely not be renewing our lease without meaningful efforts to make this place and our personal property safe by the property owners and Avenue5. Trash valet should not be a mandatory $20 monthly charge, and the towing companies hired to watch over the place shouldn't be pulled from the bottom of the barrel. Both SlickRock and Legacy Towing, which are basically the same company, are two of the worst-rated towing companies in Salt Lake County. Neither are accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Surely, Enclave could do better than this.

Very unsafe community. Had our motorcycle stolen and then had our vehicle towed because they assigned us the wrong parking stall! Tweakers hanging out in the laundry Matts, staff not friendly and don’t know what they are doing! OHHH and don’t bother calling as they WILL NEVER ANSWER! I could go on and on! I urge you stay away from this hell hole!

A simple summary of our experience is contained within the lack of organization within the main office, miscommunication with residents, and blatant lying on behalf of the office staff when in resident disputes. much of the problems arose when the management companies exchanged hands from Greystar to Avenue5. One time, they went around and inspected all the patio balconies forcing residents to clean everything out, only allowing patio furniture to be placed. They enforced a non-contractual claim that residents would be fined $100 for not clearing up their patios, claiming that the fire department was behind it. The resident contract says nothing about any fine or contact with the FD. The community pool has been closed for more than 8 months, with no information on whether or not anything was being fixed, and the kids splash pad that they advertise as a popular amenity has been broken since we moved in almost a year ago. Upon move in, the office claimed it was a year-round pool. 8 months to fix anything is absurd and zero communication with residents on the matter is inappropriate. When the office receives packages, they do not keep a log of packages received in an effort communicate with residents upon arrival. Instead, unattended packages are sent back to senders to the residents dismay. The grounds are often miskept, dirty, with dog poop all over the property, creating a very unclean community environment. We received a late-fee after paying our rent when the office mishandled our rent payment. It took over 2 months to replace appliances in our unit after they went out, as the maintenance crew complained that the previous management company misused finances. Our car was towed once when the office failed to inform the towing company of extracurricular circumstances on parking. Also, the managing company failed to inform the residents about additional services and fees that they would be responsible for paying without informing them about the initiation of said services. (Valet Trash) The difficult thing about all these scenarios is it was always the resident taking the brunt of the difficulties without a single apology or attempt of restitution towards the residents on behalf of the office or managing staff. Good things: The service staff was quick to resolve issues when contacted, the refunded certain charges that residents weren't accountable for. Bad Things: the pool is closed 10 months out of the year. Have fun trying to go swimming.

Living here has been mostly a nightmare. Let's start from the beginning. About a year ago we applied to live here, we had just moved from Canada so we needed a cheap place to live. My wife came and got a tour and the apartments weren't bad, and the non renovated units are in our small budget. So we applied and for accepted with a move in date for the 15th of June. We tried emailing them several times to obtain more information about the move in process but nobody ever responded, so I had to come into the office in order to get some answers. They had rented out the same unit we had been promised! So we had no place to live, however they did offer us the more expensive 'renovated' unit. After much expressing ourselves they finally opened up a unit for us to move in 3 days later. On the day of the move we were given our keys... However they did not work, and again, and finally after an hour we got the doors open and we were able to unload. We noticed that night that the hot water didn't work as well as the kitchen sink leaked, as well as cigarette burns on counters and holes and claw marks on doors. We had signed a year lease, but we almost instantly wished we hadn't. Neighbors play music at all hours of the night, little kids running around in the roads and garbage everywhere. Not all of this is the apartment's fault, but it was not a place we enjoyed calling home. Finally this week we are going to be moving out, and I have lost my sanity. We never received a notice that our lease was about to be up, luckily we went in 60 days before to close our lease. They also never told us that because we have auto pay, they charged us a full months rent even though we move out in the middle of the month. I spoke with the manager and she said she came rewind is the money until we receive our safety deposit back 30-60 days after we move out. There is ZERO communication between the management and the renters. If you ever call or email them, you will never get a response. We had to physically take in our papers for our new place because they refused to respond over email. If I could rate this place 0/5 I would.

Somerset village apartments has always had amazing maintenance I had someone come over today his name is Chip, I believe and he was quick and very very nice. All the maintenance guys work really hard to make the place nice by cleaning up the trash and what not and it really shows!

I'm very disappointed with this apartment and complex. Maintenance is lacking in skill and persoalitu. Management needs to be trained on personal skills.

Every one in the office is not helpful it all they , treated the residents disrespectfully, the manager is not an easy person to speak with, I gave my notice 3 months before I wanted to moved and they were sending me notes saying that I needed to stay another month because I did not gave my notice on time, when It only required 2 months, it was a good thing that I keep a copy of my notice, they do that to residents, so they have to stay another month, I hate the place and the staff, I'm glad it is going to be my last month, I will never recommended to anybody.

The apartments are super nice and pretty affordable for the size of the apartment. My only criticism, is that the management could be a bit more organized. Sometimes, they put notices to "inspect" the premises less than 24 hours in advance. The pool is nice and the office staff are fabulous. The staff is always so nice!

We have been here for almost two years and we LOVE it! Maintenance has been pretty good about keeping up on our work orders. Gym has recently been updated and has all new machines. No problems with bugs of any kind! Location is great! Right by Valley Fair Mall and the freeway! Office staff is always polite and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

The apt was actually pretty big, thats the only reason i moved in. It also looks pretty clean outside, the pool is alright. The gym only has about 5 equipments of which 2 dont work. At times people can be noisy but it's only because there is a good amount of residents. During my year here there have been cops about 3-5 times. The office was not very helpful. In fact they gave my parking space to someone else and I had to park outside for 8 days before someone bothered to give me another space. The office stuff changes quite a bit which means they don't know whats going on. My apt had bedbugs, I kept begging them to come and see it and do something about it. It took them more then a month they would post pond it every thursday. I am glad my year is finally over here. Will never come back or recommend this place to any of my friends. I felt cheated as soon as I signed that lease.
