Enclave at Rivergate

The apartment complex is not horrible but I wish I would've looked and settled elsewhere. The term "luxury apartments" is being abused. On a positive note, Leanna has been great to work with, the complex is in a great location and it is a relatively quiet area. On a not so positive note, for starters the application/ move in process was quite lengthy and their systems had a number of technical issues that added to the delays. The day we went to pickup the keys/ do a walk through we were shown an apartment that looked like it was from a 1970 slum, nothing like the unit we toured. We then had to switch units to the 3rd floor, pay more than expected and it still was nothing like the unit we toured or the pictures but it was doable because we were in a crunch. When we moved in, we found dead bugs every where, the thermostat did not work, the lights in the kitchen malfunctioned, there was a hole in the wall, spray paint all over the floors from when they "repainted" and broken hardware pieces in the kitchen. Maintenance came out to fix the items and not even 3 days later we were still having the same issues. We moved in mid early September and we're still experiencing tech issues with paying our rent. Overall, I will say the price and size that you get are quite fair if you're new to the area looking to get your bearings. This is a pretty central location that helps you navigate. However, if you're looking long term I'd suggest looking elsewhere. For the money we spend, I could've gotten a true luxury apartment with updated features/ better amenities and better maintenance upkeep.

The rental and move in process is lengthy, but the office help is amazing and the community is great! We will be recommending to others looking for fun place to live.

Love the Enclave @ Rivergate. The best place in South Charlotte to live. Great upscale living. Would recommend to anyone. Close to everything, highways, grocery shopping, restaurants, and retail shopping.

Living at Enclave at Rivergate has been a wonderful experience, everything is close by , leasing office staff are professional and nice, hope to stay longer in the years to come!

I've been living at the Enclave at Rivergate for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The amenities here are great—whether it’s the gym, the pool, or the common areas, everything is well-maintained and super convenient. The neighborhood is another big plus; it's safe, walkable, and close to great shops and restaurants. Plus, the office staff is incredibly responsive and friendly—they really go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Highly recommend!

Since April 2024 I have enjoyed the quiet and serene atmosphere has made community living a charm. Enclave has given a new view on apartment living.

We moved in a few months ago and absolutely love the neighborhood! The management and staff is great! Our favorite amenity is the dog park because it’s big and always clean.

Over all a great place to call home. Close to shopping centers, good restaurants grocery store banking if you bank with Wells Fargo, hospital can't go wrong.

It’s now three months that my family and I have been living here and we really like the place. I want to give credit to the office staff who does a great job at keeping the community safe and welcoming. I’m looking forward to making a lot of awesome memories here!

The community is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is clean and very well kept. The complex is in a great location and is close to everything you will need. The move in process was very smooth.

Very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I was moving from another state and the team made the transition to North Carolina seamless.

Enclave at Rivergate is in an excellent location. Walking distance to shopping centers, grocery stories, and a short drive away from parks and entertainment.

I have been a resident for over 6 years. Let me tell you, I'm not leaving no time soon. From our awesome maintenance staff, beautiful clubhouse and food trucks, I love it!!! Not to mention, the awesome staff!!!

We love our time here so far. It’s been a year and some change now. Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful with everything and we are happy to live here!

Another year without major issues aside from utility company issues but no regrets living here! Everything I need (for the most par) is within walking distance if I don't feel like driving and that's a big plus!

Nice apartments but pricing go up 3-5% annually. Amenities are nice but pool is usually opened late in the swimming season and grills are not well maintained which is an issue since you are not allowed to cook on your patio. Staff changes frequently but are normally responsive although their focus appears to be on new sales and not existing residents. Maintenance staff does a great job and normally is quick to address issues. Security is questionable, no cameras or security systems for common areas likely for legal privacy issues but a lot of riff raff people come through the property and thefts in vehicles is an issue.

Renewed our lease for another year! Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else besides the Enclave! Everything here is amazing from the food trucks to the maintenance team.

Our experience has been great and enjoyed our stay for the past 3 years, this will be our 4th year, staff is nice, events announcements happen often for the residents here, which is good!

Great staff and community! Very clean complex and always prompt to maintenance requests. They have something fun going on often and encourage the community to participate.

We have been at Enclave since September and we couldn't be happier. I am wheelchair bound and the property is very accesible for me. My service dog loves her play dates at the awesome dog park with our neighbors. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Damian always goes above and beyound! We look forward to many years here!

Love the square footage, neighborhood. Everything is close by can't complain. The one thing that needs to improve is management, there presence is lacking.

I love living at the Enclave at Rivergate! We ended up enjoying it so much, that we convinced some of our friends to move in as well. We utilize all of the amenities, such as the pool, dog park, and car wash area.

I’ve enjoyed living here, management is always prompt and involved! Location is perfect, close to lots of local stores. Airport is 15 minutes so is the highway.

My lease was up in a nearby place and I was needing to downsize. Enclave was close, nice and very much within my budget. Response time to inquiries were great and move in was a breeze. I am totally satisfied with my new home.

We love the enclave! The apartments have lots of space, walk in closets, and a patio! The enclave is close to a bunch of stores for shopping and a lot of restaurants! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place in Charlotte, NC!

a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and four story covered parking garage. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.

Me & my friend moved here in August of last year & have had no complaints! The food trucks are my favorite, I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

Living at the Enclave is great. Everything is close by, shopping center, Lake Wylie, Carowinds amusement park and restaurants. I wish we would have more resident events and gatherings.

I have been at Enclave at Rivergate going on 6 years! I love the staff, especially maintenance (Billy). The communication requests is always turn-around within hours. I love all the activities, especially the Food Trucks. The grounds are always kept up and overall I nice community to live in.

It has not been great! At first glance it looks good but a closer look will look a lot different these are suppose to be luxury apartments the only thing that is luxury is the price! The management are really nice the people who live here seem nice as well! The lack of maintenance and the quality of work that is done in the apartments and total lack of maintaining functional amenities that we pay for is where I have a big problem

Staying at Enclave at RiverGate has been good experience, it’s been over 2 years and will continue to stay as long as we can, good staff, nice resident events and trucks in the premises, overall love the stay!

Just moved in this January and so far everything has been great! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The community and the area is beautiful and close to everything we need.

Going on my 4th year here at Enclave and of all the apartment complexes in the area, I still feel I've made the best choice! The staff has been professional and helpful when there's been a concern and there are nice gestures extended throughout the year, wether it's remembering yuur birthday or getting reminders about food vendors or special events taking place on the complex. I look forward to what 2024 brings here at the Enclave!

Amazing location! Everything you need nearby with plenty of shops, food and a walking trail. Only down side is it’s off a busy road and if you love near you can hear it.

We have been residents starting this spring and really enjoy the community. Everyone is super friendly. The staff is very quick with responding to questions and concerns!

Overall a great place to live Tryon is a really busy street so units further away are better. The staff put on little get together a and food trucks weekly are nice as well.

I still enjoy Enclave at Rivergate after three years Location is great. Close enough to but far enough from the city Staff are excellent. Attentive to concerns and needs The environment is perfect. Well maintained grounds and quiet

I thoroughly enjoy my experience living here. The location is excellent, with convenient access to numerous stores and restaurants within walking distance. The maintenance service is outstanding, as they consistently respond promptly and perform their tasks effectively. Both my neighbors and the staff are friendly, contributing to a positive living environment. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex.

Location is good to stay, neat, clean, timely community maintenance, staff is good and respond well though sometimes delayed, community events on every occasion are fun.
