Nearby destinations are plentiful -- Mid Rivers Mall, Lake Saint Louis, St. Louis Premium Outlets, Chesterfield Mall, Maryville University, Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis, the St. Charles Convention Center are all minutes away from O'Fallon. And while there are plenty of employers near O'Fallon (including the GM Wentzville Assembly Center), commutes into Downtown St. Louis only take about 30 minutes.

Property Ratings at Enclave at Winghaven
Listen to the negative reviews, not the positive, as they most likely pay people to leave the positive ones. They raise rent prices while having dated amenities, appliances, flooring, cabinets, etc. The water pressure is abysmal. If you don't live alone, you better hope nobody flushes the toilet while you are showering or you will be left with nothing but a trickle of water for next 1-2 minutes. If you think maintenance will do anything about it, you're sorely mistaken. They will just tell you "that's normal" and mark your work order as completed. I've lived in a roach infested apartment without AC in Florida in the middle of summer, and I'd take that place over this one because at least the management made an attempt to fix things. Management's most recent blunder was hiring a new trash company (probably cheaper). We used to have 2 valet trash cans; one to use while the other is outside waiting for pick up. The new company only provided us one and didn't take the trash, but instead left trash bags in front of our door. What a great switch Enclave! The new management company is standoffish, rude, and completely incompetent. They will do anything to cut their costs and make you pay an arm and a leg while doing so. Greedy management at its finest. Look elsewhere because you will get better things for the same cost.
Avoid renting here if you prefer just paying for what you use in water. The community management team recently notified residents that they will no longer be paying for their own individual water & sewage usage, and will now instead be paying for a portion of the total community water & sewage usage (making you responsible for paying for neighbor’s additional water usage). The Enclave at Winghaven management team elected to switch the community from a sub-metered water & sewage system to a RUBS utility management system. RUBS uses a factored occupancy formula to determine water & sewage bills for residents. This means that tenants are not charged for only what they use, but rather what they and their neighbors use and dividing that among the tenants. RUBS is commonly used among rental companies to hide and pass company costs onto tenants. By tracking water usage at the community level and not individually, community landscaping water costs can now be passed onto tenants. RUBS billing formulas are often not made transparent to tenants, allowing companies the opportunity to subvert lease agreements and increase rent through marking up water usage for tenants. Additionally, RUBS makes tracking down water leaks difficult at an individual level, which leads to underreporting of water leaks to the maintenance team, thus giving the company lowered maintenance costs at the expense of tenants living with increased water bills and decreased building upkeep. When I emailed the community management team and with questions and concerns about how we could get transparent breakdowns of our utility bills once switched to RUBS, and how exactly the factored occupancy formula would be used for calculating our water bill, the team declined to answer my questions.

We arrived to MO recently last winter. It was very cold, grey and gloomy after WA. First time we came to see Enclave in winter, and we were not impressed. We were looking for a place with a playground and some stores nearby in walking distance. But the playground looked dangerous, and we couldn't find any store around this place... So we found another apartments community in Chesterfield where we lived until summer. Before we chose Enclave we had visited about 10 apartments. And finally we are here. The main criteria that affected our decision were closeness to work, playground, washer/dryer in unit, relatively new apartments(2001). After moving in we found a spa (we didn't even pay attention to this fact before) in pool area, gas grill, free car-wash and vacuum, and sand in volleyball court. We also found a library in walking distance. Here you can feel safe, because of gates at entrance, and no random passerby in the yard. Our unit is St Peters plan. Sizes of rooms are perfect, spacious kitchen, bathroom and closet. The maintenance team and managers are very helpful. I highly recommend this place. And I would say do NOT make a decision under the influence of EMOTIONS and double check before making decision because first impression is not informative. We made a great choice to move in here.

I have been living here for more than three years now. Very nice, clean and spacious apartments. Unlike other apartments in and around O'Fallon, apartments at Enclave at Winghaven have very good cross ventilation for fresh air and ample sun light entire day. Maintenance and service requests are completed within an hour of contacting leasing office. The entire staff from leasing office to maintenance team are very courteous and helpful. The community is very safe with all amenities such as pool, gym and an in house theater room, which are also well maintained. I would highly recommend this place!!

We moved from Irvine City, CA and been here since August 2017. It is a quiet, safe place. My children have some friends at here . They're so nice and family friendly. When I call to have something fixed they come right out. The staffs are friendly and helpful. So far, we are very satisfied with the maintenance and everything. I have highly recommend to my friends when they have rent in the future.

I have been living in this apartment since 2013. The apartment has a great community. I feel very safe. There is an amazing pool, gym and play area. There is a Gas grill as well to enjoy the leisure time with the family during the summer. Maintenance request are fulfilled on the same day. All the staff in the office are very nice and helpful.

we moved in on the mid of June, I contacted the leasing office and the agent sent me the pictures of the actual apartment that I am moving in, this is exceptional. I contacted a lot of apartments before that and only enclave agent was able to do it, this is very important for people moving from out of state. so far, we are very satisfied with the maintenance and everything. it is quiet and family friendly, and i recommended to couple of my friends.

Moved from Kansas City, Mo and been here since April. So far this place is amazing! The ladies in the office are the best and very easy to work with! The maintenance is superior to any place my wife and I have lived at. When you call to have something fixed they come right out and actually fix it! I moved into the Enclave in Winghaven in Feb of 2019. So far, property management and staff have been extremely helpful. The place is beautiful.. including a pool, BBQ pits, fire pit, volley ball court, tennis court, ect. I love it here!

The Enclave at WingHaven is a great place for all. The three bed, two bath set up is great for families. Yearly, we have Thanksgiving and Christmas in our apartment and there is plenty of room for our entire family of 15! I would highly recommend the Enclave at WingHaven!

By far the worst place I have lived. No communication between residents and staff, everything is cheap, maintenance is a joke. Not worth the price.

This apartment community provides excellent service and communication. It is in a great location and a safe place live.
For work or play, this is an outstanding location for access to Interstate 40, Winghaven, close shopping, movies and play. The complex is showing it's age such as brick and sewage line replacement work ongoing. The pool is also showing some age and could use an updated filter system. Otherwise, these are affordable apartments with a beautiful, pet friendly complex.
These apartments are well maintained. I only had 2 problems the whole year I lives here...First, was a leak, the second time was a wobbly toilet. Maintenance arrived within 45 minutes both times, and fixed the issues very quickly. I'd renew my lease in a heartbeat, if I wasn't moving out of time.
