Nos decepciona mucho ver su percepción de nuestra comunidad. Si actualmente está enfrentando problemas con insectos, por favor comuníquese con nuestra oficina para ayudar en encontrarle una solución.
The organization is charging double insurance policy fees. They require insurance and if you don't have your own, you are charged by the corporation for the coverage they put on you themselves. I have been submitting my insurance policy to them for 3 months, each month, and they are still charging me on my rent a separate insurance fee. The staff, after receiving multiple copies of my policy, then required me to call my insurance company and have them call the corporate office!!! My insurance company doesn't make calls, only emails and faxes. Staff gave me the same email that I have already been sending the emails to! What kind of foolery is this!

Hi there, if you have any questions regarding the insurance policy we require residents to have, please feel free to connect with our office. We'd be more than happy to answer any concerns you may have.
Takes ages to get any maintenance done, only the grass is kept up. And they keep tighter security on their pool than their gates. Many break ins! Rude management full of excuses!

They do not fix anything. The management office is rude and nasty. They do not care about you. You are just a dollar sign to them. They have yet to fix a foundation issue in my wall since the day I moved in almost 2 years ago. I haven’t been able to use my fireplace not one time because they do not provide with the key to turn on the gas. This place is smoke and mirrors. It looks nice but it’s a trick.

My air conditioning is damaged very often the last time it only lasted cooling a little more than 2 weeks, the repair and maintenance is requested, it comes to check up to three days later, if it breaks on a Friday you spend the whole weekend with the damaged equipment and nobody They give you information or attend to your request. And if you send an email, they never come and if you go to the office the attention is terrible.
It is 10:30 and the power has been turned out. Our electric bill is not due for a few more weeks... I have a feeling this has something to do with all of the remodeling happening in the apartments (painting, etc.). Not only is our power off but more than once have I looked outside of my window to see workers right there sometimes looking back, which makes it kind of awkward. The grounds near my apartment are full of tire tracks and mud so my dog does not want to use the restroom there. The fitness center has a lot of broken equipment with little or no free weights. Too many issues.
The first couple of years I lived there was great. However, when I switched units and some good staff left, it went all downhill. The office wouldn't log service requests made with them. They were extremely rude. And now that I've move they won't return my deposit stating that I didn't pay my last month's prorated rent. I have the cleared check copy that shows they cashed it and I gave them a copy of it. I'm still fighting with them.
Pros: *They do provide you with a washer & dryer, although they don't maintain them to insure they work. So you may end up going to a laundromat any way. *The apartments does provide alarm systems with each unit, however they're not guaranteed to work. *They do provide smoke free & pet free apartments, however you neighbors will most likely smoke and/or have pets. *They do provide FREE WI-FI in each unit, but it only works in one room; in our case it's the master bedroom closet (Don't step on my shoes, when you do your homework kids). *They provide security guards to drive around the apartments, lounge around at the pool, and sometimes take a nap in their car. *They provide you with FREE cookies in the offices ( 3 - 4 day old). *They have a volleyball court, however the sand is used a litter box for all cats within a 5 miles radius. *They provide you with a FREE carwash area, however the vacuum doesn't suck up anything and somebody took the attachment off the hose and the apartments haven't replaced it; that was 12/2016. *They are always available to take your calls and maintenance requires. However, it takes 2 or more weeks for them to address your concerns, IF they address them at all. *Cover parking is available as a added feature, however there is no effort made to keep other people from parking in your spot. *You can smoke marijuana WHEREVER you want on the Registry @ Wolfchase property, without having to worry about penalties. *They keep the lawns maintained. *They keep the pool clean. *Aside from the trash compacter, the apartment complex appears very pleasant. In conclusion these apartments appear to look nicer then what they really are. The time has come for me to renew my lease, and I am shocked at all the issues I have encountered here they are going to increase my rent. They say the increase is to help maintain the apartments, I'm already not getting what I'm paying for.
*Upon moving in, I noticed that I didn't have a fireplace or a lining closet which was in the model apartment. I was told that because I'm in a smoke free building, that's why I didn't have one. *The trash compacter is a problem over here in the apartments. It's only ONE and it's located outside of the apartments gate, which allows non-residents to come and dispose of their trash and throw it all over the place. However with it only being one trash compacter, people that stay a distances from the front have to put their trash on their cars. Which sometimes fall & bust in the streets and they keep driving like it's nothing. Some residents are to lazy to take their trash to the garbage and leaves trash bags in the walk way, which then brings odors, flies & rodents. The apartments act like they're going to penalties residents for it, they don't. *After a year of dealing with heavy rains, leaking ceilings, leaking air conditioner units, none changing of air filters; I am now dealing with Mold & Mildew. The apartment's hasn't taking any corrective action to insure the safety of my family. As a last resort I have had to contact Code Enforcement to help resolve this pertain life-threating situation.
*Apparently, living in a pet free & smoke free building doesn't excluded marijuana. Which to live in a pet free & smoke free building it costs more money, but there is no penalty for people that smokes and have pets in these buildings. The office does nothing but call and let them know they got a complaint about the smell of smoke. So, why am I being forced to pay more for a building that I need to live in and the one's who smoke aren't penalties or evicted? Things that makes you go hmmmmm. Not to mention the added medical expenses you gain from having to deal with asthma and smoke or pets. *A malfunction alarm system that goes off at random when it storms really bad. Which is probably caused from all the rain that was coming into the apartment. The only thing the apartments did was cut the wires on the alarm systems, which means I don't have a function alarm system in my home. That could probably very well be leading to the increase crime rate in the apartments. *The air conditioner unit leaks really bad and causes it to soil the carpet. I was told by maintenances & management that was normal for the unit to leak. (Uhhhhhhh) I have never in the history of living had to deal with a leak in the unit UNLESS it was a problem with the unit. *There was a vent in one of the bedroom's (asthmatic child) that had mold around the vent and water residue on wall. I was told that it was to cold in the home and that's what caused the problem. The only thing they did was scrape the mold off the wall and changed the air vent. *The light fixture in the master bedroom has 3 bulbs, well one side has been changed 4 times and it keeps shorten out. The apartments doesn't replace it anymore nor will I spend my money to replace it again. I believe it's from the water that was coming into the apartment that causes it to shorten out. *The racks in the dishwasher isn't any good, they are cheap and the wheels keep falling off. All the apartment does is take another rack out of an empty apartment instead of ordering new ones. *In a 3 bedroom apartment, the master bedroom doesn't cool off in the summer and it doesn't get warm in the winter; so be prepared to purchase a fan and a heater. Management is aware of this problem and stated the unit isn't big enough to push air into the master bedroom.
Cons: * When I moved into the apartment it wasn't cleaned. The master bedroom toilet was nasty and have a permanent ring around the toilet that I have tried to get replaced (They refused). I still had cups in the back of my cabinet from the last tenant. There was a blue bullet (sex toy) found by my baby in her bedroom closet. The only thing the apartments could saw was they will talk with the cleaning crew. However, I thought they're suppose to do a walk-thru after the apartment is cleaned. * Upon moving in the guest bathroom tub was painted, there was no lid on the back of the toilet, nor did my sprayer work on the kitchen sink. *All the countertops (Both bathrooms & kitchen) are painted. Once water is on the countertops they start to bubble & peel. *The person that does the painting apparently doesn't use trimming tape and gets it all over the mirrors and faucets. *Whenever it rained on the outside, it also rained on the inside. I would have to turn the breaker box off, because the water was coming thru the light fixtures. After filing numerous compliance with office (7 months), I was informed that my building wasn't the only one having that problem and that they are taking a BID on what building roof would get fixed. *I have been trying to get one of the bedroom's door fixed from the time I moved into the apartment which has been over a year now and it's still not fixed to this day. I keep all of my maintenances request slips, so when I move they won't try to charge me for something that I have been requesting from the time I moved in. *I have went thru 1 washer machine & 3 dryers since I have been staying here. Maintenances takes about 7- 10 days to replace them and will sit the old one outside your door for 1 - 3 days. *When I moved into the apartment I asked about the air filter being changed because I have asthmatic children. They tried to tell me that the air filter had been changed before I moved in. I advised them that my children are having breathing problems and that I would like the air filter to be replaced with a better brand that I purchased. Well, low and behold the air filter they pulled out of the unit was dated to be changed 01/2016, I moved in 09/2016. For people that doesn't know with asthmatic people in the home air filters are suppose to be changed every month but no longer then every 3 months. *There was no screens on bedroom windows, it took about 9 months to get them on the windows a couple of months ago.
This month (September) makes one year that I have been living here. I like to wait to give reviews so it's a proper review and not just someone complaining after a few weeks of being here. Now, what I will tell you is whomever gave that 5 star comment, LIED. There isn't 3 pools over here, you have one pool that goes from 3ft to 4ft and a baby pool that only has 1ft of water if that. If you are looking for somewhere to go on short notice, an emergency, just tired of looking for somewhere, or have a busy schedule where your not really home a lot but need a roof over your head and a place for your belongs Registry at Wolfchase is the place for you. I'm not saying you will have a bad experience, but I'm not saying you will have a good experience either. Since I have been here there is only 3 loyal employees that work in the office, everybody else is comes and go. They have went thru 7 or 8 people within a year of me being here. They sometimes use temp service to fill office space, which I have a problem with because your dealing with peoples personal information. So I only deal with the loyal workers when it comes to my information only because I'm not sure how long the next person may be around. Some where along the last few months the crime rate has gone up, which has cause the apartments to gain security thru a security company not a police officer. Security don't really do anything but ride around in their cars and sit at the gate while people STILL tailgate thru the gates while security is looking. I will now list the Cons & Pros of living here, I say Cons first because I want to get the bad stuff out of the way and end on a positive note. Your experience may not be the same as mines, however it will give you a lot of insight on what type of company that your dealing with.
I am VERY UNSATISFIED with our stay here so far. We have only been here for about 16 days and I have had multiple problems, not to mention 6 of the 16 nights I have been here I have been without air. It's one problem after another. The office staff seems concerned but the same problems continue. We initially liked the place when we saw the model unit but our place was nothing like it, I mean NOT EVEN CLOSE. The water from the air unit drips all night inside the house, the sink stops up repeatedly, the air doesn't work on a consistent basis (as I’m writing this at 8/23/17 10:42pm the air has stopped working again), it took a week for me to get my counters done and the person who did the painting had to have been blind in one eye or just didn’t care. Oh, and the trash unit is just a disaster, I know the apartment complex can't monitor everyone who throws their trash away but the culture that has been built gives them the idea that it's fine to just throw it anywhere. I hope that someone reaches out to me so that we can get some of the issues resolved because right now I am beyond disappointed. My name is on this complaint so anytime you want to reach out to me feel free, until then I am gonna continue to call it like I see it. I will never trash a place for one or two issues, but 7 in 16 days I think deserves it. We have come to the conclusion that we must have the worst apt in the entire complex. This place has to do better or it will be completely run down very soon.
These are "by far" the worst apartments I have ever stayed at. You would think that Cordova was a nice safe area, right?? Wrong..... this place is nothing short of the projects, in fact it may be worse. People are walking all times of the night, standing at the apts like they are on the block. The trash is horrible, I literally pick up trash everyday from some inconsiderate person who doesn't bother to pick up after themselves. I wish I could say something nice but I have nothing. The office staff is not so bad but the overall treatment of the tenants is an absolute F. I have not been here a month and I have had about 8 issues already. If you are thinking about moving here please dont. They may fool you with the nice model apartment, please don't go for it. Your apartment will look nothing like it. I didn't even want to put a 1 star.
I have been looking for a new apartment for almost a month. It seemed like all the nice ones were overpriced and the okay priced ones left much to be desired from both the models and staff. Everyone was very helpful from the day I walked in to get information to our move-in day. I came by and called multiple times and each time someone was happy to assist me. I was actually shown models that I could move into and given pricing that was under the budget we had set for ourselves. I brought my 13 month old daughter with most times and everyone was super sweet to her. As far as customer service goes the staff is excellent. The homes here are not super fancy but have everything you need. I love the space and that we did not have to choose between a sun-room or patio like with most complexes, we have both! Joe, Kristen and everyone else here at the Registry is great. They deserve a gold star!
My apartment complex is wonderful the staff do friendly we have three pools and we have washer and dryer in every unit carpet and a big bedroom i love my apartment, i am a single parent and i will tell a friend to move here its so home.
