Enclave by Broadmoor

The staff at Enclave is excellent (both office staff and maintenance). They are very friendly, professional, and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, usually the same day, and the maintenance staff is efficient and friendly. The apartments are well maintained and taken care of - buildings are clean and well maintained, as are the grounds, which are very pleasant. My building has always been very quiet, with friendly neighbors. I have resided at Enclave for three years, and have been very pleased with all aspects of living here. I highly recommend it!

Enclave is an absolutely beautiful community with lots of fun amenities like the sand volleyball court, pool, and very well-equipped fitness center! The gate is a great feature and definitely makes it feel like a safe place to call home. The office ladies and maintenance team are just the best! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!

Has a pool, gym, even a sauna that we didn’t know about before moving in so that was a nice surprise. Our building is a bit loud because it’s right next to Q street but other than that it’s great!

Great place to live.I have lived here for 29 years. Best place in Town. Management, Office staff, Maintenance, absolutely awesome, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They all will go over and above to help. Maintenance always take care of work orders in a quick an efficient manner. Apartment is spacious, plenty of storage , very quit. Never had a security concern, plenty of lights after dark, gated complex, non smoking complex. I give Enclave Apartment complex a 5 star. Wish list: Elevators, Wood floor.

I've been living at enclave for the last 5 years or so and it has been a great experience. The staff is very professional and made me feel right at home. Maintenance is very prompt and the complex is always well maintained. Would highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a nice quiet place to call home!

I have been living at Enclave for 10 years now and I feel so safe and secure living here. Management has always been good - but right now it is the best it has ever been. It is a gated community and even though some may laugh at that - Management has made sure that living here is safe in many different ways and if our residents protect and respect that - then those measures really work. I just love sitting out on my large sunny deck watching the residents and their families playing basketball, tennis, and/or sand volleyball. The pool is where I spend my summer - connecting with others in the sun and fun with all the very different and unique pool floats that show up here. Family and friends connection is important at Enclave and Management always makes sure they are included in our many parties throughout the year that are catered with really good food and drink. I love that I get to invite my friends and family to join me in my Enclave Home Clubhouse to enjoy these parties with me - for FREE. Whenever I have had an maintenance issue, it has been resolved with the utmost respect and consideration in a timely manner - and they always take off their shoes before entering my apartment!!! Landscaping here is beautiful and Staff are always working hard to keep it looking that way - even the dumpsters! As an older person, I am really grateful how well maintained everything is, especially in winter. Best place I have ever lived for the kindness, respect, and care that has been shown to me while living here.

Gym smells like animal urine and is dark and gloomy as there are no windows. They claim that water is included but have since changed that. Maintenance always seems to be a hassle. There are several residents with "restricted" dog breeds. The photos they show are all of one building that was built within the last couple of years after another one burned down. The sand volleyball court has a hornet problem. The basketball court is always covered in sand drift as it's right next to the sand volleyball court and the rims and backboards are outdated. The "gated community" idea is a way to get you to feel a false sense of security as people will just tailgate you to gain entry to the property. The parking lots are always dirty or flooded from their sprinkler system. This place is just a lot of "tell you what you want to hear".

We lived at Enclave for three years and had a terrible experience during our time there. When we finally moved out, we returned the apartment in good condition; however, they kept $265 of our security deposit claiming they saw pet urine stains in every room of the apartment after a blacklight inspection. Our cats have never urinated on the carpet, and we have never had a problem with a security deposit being returned despite living in three other complexes, including another Broadmoor complex, with the same cats. There were no stains or smells coming from the carpet upon vacating. We reached out to Enclave to give them a chance to resolve the matter. We also informed them that we used natural cleaners on the carpet that are known to show up under blacklight. However, they decided not to rectify the situation and kept the remainder of our deposit. As I have seen from other reviews, this is a very common practice for Enclave, and it seems very difficult to receive the security deposit back if you have pets. In addition to this, we had multiple issues with the apartment during our time there. We lived in the building right next to Q Street, which had severe structural issues with cracks all over the walls and ceiling, and uneven baseboards. The plumbing constantly backed up, and we were told by a maintenance worker that it was completely shot. Usually when we had a maintenance issue, it took days for someone to come take a look, and they were rarely able to fix the problem. We were often given the excuse that they were understaffed. Our washing machine broke and after a failed attempt to fix it, we were stuck with a machine that didn’t get our clothes clean. We had to listen to a broken roof vent rattle throughout the apartment the entire three years despite numerous requests to have it fixed. On separate occasions, our shower, and our kitchen sink and dishwasher became completely unusable and it took days for them to be repaired. After experiencing the poor quality of the apartment building, the slow response to maintenance requests and constant excuses from the office staff, and then to have the majority of our security deposit kept for untrue claims, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They are definitely not pet friendly. Save yourself the trouble and rent a cheaper apartment, they are not worth the price.

We had a great experience at Enclave by Broadmoor (99th and Q). The apartment was well-designed and met our needs for a 6 month lease. The staff at the Broadmoor were always very helpful. We never got to make it to the socials they held on a regular basis - but just another asset for this apartment complex - bringing people together to share and get to know each other. I was especially happy to receive a full refund of my deposit after vacating the apartment. Anyone in the metro Omaha area who needs to find an apartment - go to the folks at 99th and Q street.

Enclave Apartments are everything one could want in a living experience and more. We are a gated community in a great location with easy access to I-80. Enclave offers a gym, pool, tennis courts, a basketball court and a sand Volleyball Court. They have a 24 hour maintenance emergency hotline. Water and trash are included in monthly rent. Enclave apartments provide a safe quiet living environment with friendly residents and a helpful staff. Do not look at apartments in Omaha without looking here first.
