We have some restrictions - Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinchers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-Hybrids and Perro de Presa Canarios, Mastiff breeds or dogs that have the above breeds in their lineage are not allowed. Any dog with a history of aggressive behavior is not allowed.

I’ve lived here since November 2021, and all though it hasn’t been long, it’s been amazing! The staff is nice! The maintenance crew is always on point! They are ALWAYS cleaning and maintaining everything! The gyms, there are 2, are always clean! I feel safe here! And the people that live here are so friendly! There’s ALWAYS PARKING! I have visitors all the time and there has never been an issue! I’ve grown up in Chula Vista and use to live at Pulse Apts! This place by far is better! The only thing that I’m sure everyone feels, is how high the rent is right now. But that’s it!

Management is horrible, they will never call you back.When we first moved in there was garbage that came up from the sink, the floors were black from them not being cleaned and the vents were dirty (dust & grease like junk). When we moved out the maintenance person i spoke with told me there was gonna be a charge for paint, carpet cleaning and some solution cleaner for the wooden floors due to us having pets he also stated that the apartment needed to be cleaned. I asked if it needed to be professionally cleaned to which he stated no i double checked and asked him “I CAN DO IT MYSELF NO NEED FOR A RECEIPT?” to which he said thats correct. I received my move out statement to find out i was charged for cleaning. I contacted the office they said they’d call me back & guess what they didn’t, i had to call back a week later & got no where with the call because apparently it does have to be professionally clean which i would have understood if it was communicated with me correctly, we cleaned the apartment ourself and left it better then when we moved in.(we deep cleaned for about 5+ hours) waste of time and energy.We also experienced leaks in our apartment from the upstairs neighbors they had to tear down the wall & there had to be a machine running 24/7 we had to stay in the apartment while all this was happening they never accommodated us. There was also a time where our sink was overflowing with garbage disposal junk they again blamed the neighbors it overflowed to the point where my whole island, the cabinets and drawers were full of the disgusting garbage disposal junk everything was damaged. There was nothing they did or offer i had to throw a ton of things away.This didn’t happen to me but id like to share since it happened to tenants there……. We had taken our dogs to their dog park on the side of “THE CLUB”.We were talking to some tenants and they stated they had a roach and ant problem. Where they had moved in they were newly built apartments how is that possible? Another tenet listening to the conversation stated the same thing was happening to her. They were so frustrated and told us nothing was done. Im sure the list of things is indefinite but these are things that happened to us.By the way parking is horrible there is always people parked where they’re not supposed to and management sends emails but never enforce anything. Cops are in the community all the time, gates never work so much for “luxury gated community”.
My family and I lived at Enclave from July 2017 to September 2018 and we would have stayed there if we did not purchase a home. We were one of the first residents who moved in so we saw Enclave grow from just 3 buildings to a huge community in a short period of time. We picked Enclave because the interior of the apartments are beautiful and styled just how we wanted with a great open floor plan and a lot of space plus great appliances and an awesome color scheme. In addition to the beautiful interior, the amenities at Enclave are top notch with a great gym, pool, clubhouse, etc. Enclave is also very dog friendly and there is an awesome community of dog owners. By far the best part of Enclave is the staff. From the Sales team to the Administrative staff all the way to the maintenance and cleaning staff, everyone is friendly and responsive. Many of them live in the community which helps tremendously as they have a lot of empathy for any problems that might come up. I would highly recommend Enclave to any prospective tenants.
