I love my apartment and the space but I wish some of the lighting was better. The hallway walking up to my apartment is also dark. But I do love the space.
Management can be very difficult to get a hold of and almost always needs to be done in person if you want anything done. There are mice and German Cockroaches in the building and with other residents leaving trash out it’s a hard issue to fix (just as a warning). There are 4 elevators but only 2 are ever working so expect to be waiting for the elevator all the time.

I love the environment very lively and peaceful I’ve been living in this apartment for a few months now, and I can honestly say it has exceeded all my expectations. The moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive management team. They made the process smooth and stress-free, and any minor maintenance requests have been addressed quickly and professionally. The apartment itself is bright, modern, and well-designed. The layout maximizes space perfectly, and the kitchen and bathroom finishes give it a sleek, updated feel. I love the natural light that floods in through the large windows, and the view from my balcony is fantastic — it really feels like a peaceful oasis in the city! The amenities are a huge plus. The gym is always clean and equipped with everything I need, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax on weekends. The building is quiet and safe, and I appreciate the added security measures. Spacious apartment. Couple of areas to be improved: 1. There are 4 elevators in the b building, but most of the time only 2 working and sometimes just 1. There are residents with the age of 1 or 70 or above. With only one elevator only working, I have seen people struggling every single day to find the elevator and to reach their home. Please have all 4 elevator properly maintained and have them available for use everyday, so that residents don't have to use the stairs or need to wait an hour to get to their apartments. 2. The gym needs to be properly maintained, so residents can use it for their well being. There are no enough equipments including treadmill that are working . 3. Please have your system updated for 2 things. 1.to get online guest parking pass. We shouldnt have to come to your office to get a parking pass. 2. To get notified when there is a package in the mail room( not amazon locker) Overall good experience, but will be even better if the above are considered

My move in process was easy and smooth and the lady that helped me was cool. I’ve been here for a month but I’m already having mixed feelings about my decision and I know I’ll probably will be breaking my lease soon. When I moved in I did have an insect problems and still do because the people in this building are nasty, pest control did come out but it’s only so much they can do. You would think after a long day at work and having to be in mom mode you would come home to a peace of mind, that’s impossible here. It’s way too much unnecessary traffic in the front of the building and lobby, kids and grown adults running, playing, yelling, and arguing either in the stairways, the lobby, or outside the apartment. Oh yea, What’s the point of having a key fob when people place the caution wet signs in the doors? My neighbors on top of me sound like they in a Jumaji movie every morning and night, like they never chill upstairs. Overall my experience so far hasn’t really been pleasant.

Personalmente me siento bien en mi apartamento, poco a poco he podido entender la forma de ser de mis vecinos, algunos por desgracia no colaborar con el aseo,y la importancia de tener un entorno sano, y bonito. Por eso desgraciadamente tenemos tantas cucarachas,y ratones por todos lados. Gasto bastante dinero en productos para poder tener mi apartamento limpio,de insectos y roedores.

The back door entrance needs a better way of entering. It’s been locked & the magnets don't work. It’s hard to pay the rent then be locked out. They had it propped open all summer. Its too cold outside to be treated Low. Not very hospitable during holiday season .

Poor customer services. I'm unable to get any support via phone calls. My dishwasher has problems and the maintenance services is refusing to replace it. Instead, they keep doing minor repairs and the problem keeps recurring.

Feels unsafe in general due to very lax security, broken doors people loitering in the lobbies 24/7. Also pests roaches rats etc. Gym is run down weights are missing machines are all broken.

Often times when you need assistance, it is not given very pleasantly by the staff, especially on the weekend. Staff seems to be overwhelmed and most times impatient. As far as maintenance is concerned, Ms. Tierra is on top of things and prioritizes the needs of the residents very efficiently. However, maintenance workers should be considerate and respectful of people's homes and wear shoe cover whenever they enter the residence. Ms. Crystal has always been very pleasant whenever we interact. She seems to genuinely care about the issues that concern the residents. Housekeeping does an excellent job everyday. It is unfortunate that the residents do not appreciate their efforts.

The apartment is so broad and great. It has a tremendous view outside. It has enough parking spots. The leasing officers are wonderful. Rakual is the best who helps me through my leasing process. It's all good so far. I like it.

- Doors don't lock in the building - dehoused people are sleeping all through the building - drug people are running throughout the building during the day and night. - elevators are constantly up and down - the AC now in my building works but has been going down a lot - you can't reach the management on the phone a lot of the time so you would have to email or go over to the office - security does not pick up the phone a lot and does not call back

Initially calling to reach the rental office did not work. However once I went into the office , my experience was seamless. No good customer service. The place is not clean and not safe for young children. The building is not properly taken care of. I used to be crazy about this place when my children uncle used to work as mentinance. They buildings are in the right spot. They apartments are very spacious.

The police are always at the apartment complex, you submit a ticket to get something fixed in your apartment and it takes forever, several people have gotten mugged in the stairwell, I saw a man with a gun being suspicious outside in the parking lot, there are 4 elevators, yet only one works, there's trash everywhere, the lobby and elevators stink, people in the complex are too lazy to throw their trash down the chute so they leave it sitting and stinking in the trash room or outside the trash room by the elevators. To name a few
So far so good. My leasing agent Yeisy was very helpful throughout the leasing process. The team at Enclave has been very attentive to my questions and concerns. I am excited to be here for the next two years and see what the community has to offer!

First day of move in I saw one roach and didn’t think anything of it. I called their pest team and they set down some traps. That did little though and everyday I have been finding bugs and mice. Not even two weeks into being here and the roach issue is not resolved. On top of that the gym is non functional. The only piece of equipment that works in the whole gym are the bicycles. There are four elevators in my building but only 2 work. A tenant who has been here for three years has told me they have only ever seen 3 working at once but not for long. Management never answers the phone and you can only get things done by going to the office directly. There were things wrong in my apartment since I moved in and the day they were supposed to maintenance it they never showed up. Think twice before renting here.

We love our apartment. It is very spacious. The complex is working hard to keep things up. It takes everyone's effort to keep things nice by picking up trash. The atmosphere this summer with the pool area , music and outside is great! Been here 2 years and things have been good and if any issues they have been corrected. We have a homeless man sleeping in our corridor for over a year, despite numerous reporting an asking if we still have security on the premises. this morning, at our non existent gymn, I have a homeless man sleeping on one of the equipment. the gym has only one treadmill working. some days I have found children riding bicycles in the gym, and children playing ball in the foyer of building A. The stairway is the homeless man's toilet. fireworks in the premises on Jul 4th, this is a residential area, somewhere on the 7th floor, they had a fire in the balcony, then we have a fire alarm going on 3-4 5 times sometimes a day. it is no longer the Enclave I used to know and appreciate. Dog poo is everywhere in the pathway, the owners don't pick their mess. I challenge the property manager and the General manager to take a walk about the inside of these properties, write us a note, and tell us how proud you are of what you saw, and witnessed. The 'Exit' signage on our floor is damaged too.

I only love the air conditioning and the view, besides that I hate how there’s so many cockroaches and pest control never fix the issue. I also hate how there’s never parking. And people in the office never treat you nicely especially the ones that are in charge of parking passes. Also the elevators are so useless because only two work out of 4 and therefore it never comes so u always have to take the dirty staircase that hasn’t been cleaned in ages, one time I even found urine, purely disgusting. Also don’t like how people who live here don’t respect the property, there’s no rules or consequences that’s why everyone does whatever and makes the building B so dirty.
