What a nightmare! Where to even start.... Needless to say first impressions are lasting. 1) move-in day we were asked to arrive after 3:00-3:30 due to cleaning and prep for move-in (still can't figure out what was cleaned) 2) AC not working, although maintenance promptly fixed issue. 3) The absolute filth and nastiness that we walked into was appalling. Toilets with dried urine around seat latches, filthy windows, blinds, drawers, cabinets 4) Small closet in kitchen smells of mold that permeates throughout the apartment. Has water leaking from somewhere. Been reported but not yet fixed. 5) AC intake is dripping water- panel was removed and repaired with ducktape. 6) Washing machine rusty and dispenser compartment covered in mold.

I moved here to Encore of Alsbury , December 2021. My stay here has been great. The area is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The year I’ve been here, I never had an issue, besides the routine work orders. My first impression with the management team is how I made the decision - Zoe & Gloria. They left the property a few months back and new management is in place. One of the leasing agents is still here, that came after my move in. Her name is Taylor. She is amazing. She is friendly, kind and very detailed at her work. The only reason, I am not renewing my lease is due to my new job is a 45 minutes to an hour for commute. Thank you, Encore of Alsbury!

Gates are always broken, there’s almost always a mountain of trash outside the trash compactor, there are constantly cars being broken into, if you get home after 5pm you will likely have to park on the other side of the complex.the leasing office staff is horrendous. I overhear multiple times them talking poorly about other residents. I have lived in at least 12 rentals apartments/homes. This is the first place that has ever giving me issues about getting my deposit back. Luckily I was smart enough to take pictures and email them to management when I moved in. That way I had proof that what they were trying to charge me for was already there when I moved in. Their record keeping is atrocious and will try to use their lack of documentation against you. Get copies of everything and make sure that employee signs you copy with time and date.
Thought this was going to be a good place. Had NO parking close to my apartment. Had to walk a long way, carrying groceries, making several trips. Too costly to hike to the car. Also saw many rats....but it's located next to a wildlife area so I guess that was to be expected. Office staff were helpful, and maintenance staff got to repairs as soon as they were able, with only one maintenance person.

We have been here two years and it has been a great experience. I cannot believe how quiet it is here. We rarely hear anyone. It backs up to a wooded area and a nice view of the sunset from my balcony. Lots of great people live here. Families, retirees, singles, and those here until their house is built. The office staff is always professional and helpful. Maintenance is great and addresses any requests within 24 hours or less. Lots of dogs and a great dog park. They have a poo policy and check so the grounds are poo free most of the time. Any issues are addressed. Any complaints I have read about in reviews seem to be unreasonable issues in my opinion. The management does their job, but it is their job....they aren't here to be your friend, even though, they are very sweet. The valet trash charge is mandatory, which is reasonable. How can they hire a trash valet company and then have to hunt for the apartments that pay for the service...that's silly. If you are a reasonable person and really picky about safety, quiet, and a clean, nice environment, then Encore is a great place to live. I have looked all over the metroplex and they are very comparably priced for the safety level, amenities, and location.

The apartments are very nice and clean and new. The grounds are well-maintained and the amenities have always been working/accessible any time I have used them. Maintenance gets things done quickly and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. I chose this property because the pet deposits/fees were the lowest in town, although still not cheap. Overall, the place is very nice but ultimately overpriced, especially for the location. And I don't like that they charge everyone $25/mon for valet trash pick up whether you want it or not.
The apartments are very beautiful and stylish. The staff is amazing. Well kept facilities and a ton of amenities. I can't wait to move in!
Encore Alsbury is perfect for both families and singles. The pool area is beautiful and inviting. A large grilling area at the pool invites you to dinner on warm summer evenings, cool fall evenings, and any other time you want to enjoy our mild Texas weather. The courtyards are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Other amenities include a workout center and business center. There is also a great dog park for your fur babies. The staff does a great job of promoting our "neighborhood" with frequent and fun gatherings. Encore Alsbury is a great place to call home.
