I’ll be realistic I have dealt with six different apartment/rental properties over the years (prior military had to move a lot) and all I can say is if you are looking for a 4-bedroom apartment, then this is the place for you. The rooms are nice and furnished AND the common areas are honestly some of the largest in town. If you or your family/friends are interested in getting a 4-bedroom place I HIGHLY recommend this place. Let me tell you why. The staff and management. I don’t know if you ever had to experience a stressful or incompetent management before at a property but it is honestly a nightmare… regardless of how nice the place is. This apartment complex has great 4-bedroom units and the staff works with you. They send you reminders, they work with you on issues, they get to know you, etc.… I mean honestly, I have had some terrible property managers/staff and I honestly fear moving from one apartment to the next because of it. But with Encore I am going to be sad the day I have to move away from this stress-free staff. I’ll be real I’ve read comments about people complaining about the maintenance. I don’t know what they are talking about. I had my AC go out at like 10:30pm and like a guy showed up in the middle of the night and fixed it. I slept peacefully. I honestly felt bad for the guy (yes, I know it is his job to fix things) but honestly… 1030 at night to come and help me I really appreciate it maintenance. If you are looking for somewhere to live with some roommates, this is the place for you. I’ve been to plenty of other properties around Huntsville and have dealt with 2 other properties and this is among the best 4-bedroom units in town and if you live here the property staff won’t make you want to pull your hair out.

These are perfect apartments if you're looking for something cheap and quick. The rooms are pretty small, but for a college student, it should be just right. All the rooms have their own bathrooms, but closets are extremely tiny. It's fully furnished also comes with washer and dyer, which is a plus. The apartment also comes with a television for the living room. The one thing I do not like is the light cap. It's supposed to be all bills paid. but they basically send a light bill every month. The area is nice. I did have bed bugs when I first moved in, but they came and removed them quick. Choose your roommates, so you do not get randoms. Overall, the apartments are nice, there's free transportation from the apartments to campus, HEB is walking distance, it's close to the highway, the workers are pretty friendly, but very helpful and it comes with a workout facility and pool. I would defiantly recommend you to stay here!!
