Ripely is very helpful and understanding. Excellent service and very quick. My unit is very spacious and up to date. I can tell the took very good care for it.

we just moved in and it’s amazing, we love our new appartment and the neighborhood, we’re so close to to everything it’s so nice. I can’t wait to renew are lease lol because we’ll definitely be staying here for awhile

A few hiccups when moving in & dealing with the leasing office. But the area is nice and quiet . Parking is the one thing i actually hate!!! the spots are too close together and not everyone parks right so that’s annoying you can barely get in your car without hitting the car . But they host events & food trucks come by so that’s nice.

Beautiful apartments and great staff. Ma maintenance is always on time and gets the job done very professionally. The amenities are always clean and neat. The pool is always beautiful.

I love our apartment and the area so much. Had a little bit of a hard time with the move in process with not great communication and with our renewal process but everything else has been amazing.

overall, it is a good place to live, with a great maintenance team and affordable rent. the staff can be a little hard to deal with when it comes to correct billing and sorting out mishaps. The community is very laid back and safe.

Morgan really made the process easy and was very polite as I navigated through my lease. In my few days here however, I noticed that there are tenants who do not clean up after their dogs which makes for a bad experience around the park and grass areas to walk your dog especially at night.

I have roaches in my apartment, no matter how clean I keep it. The residents on top of me are very loud all times of the night. The office staff does not answer the phone and they do not call you back.

Just moved in 10/31/24... so far a little bumpy start...I suggest to get a covered or reserved spot... parking is ridiculous here without that...dryer didn't work... going on 3 days to get fixed... hidden fees popped up at signing(prorated plus first month rent was due on 10/31)... we were notified at the end of business day prior to move in that we were approved but could only pick up keys between 430pm-630pm day of move in. Strong paint odors...So a little bumpy start...I will say very nice and professional maintenance crew. Rypli was very professional as well.

I love the property and office staff is great. I think the pricing we got is pretty decent for our floor plan, but the additional fees for things we personally don’t utilize, like valet trash, are a bummer. We’ve also had to place a lot of work orders for one project in our unit BUT the office and maintenance staff were always kind about it. I will say, the roach problem is something we hear about from a few residents and it is BAD. You cannot leave anything out for even a couple minutes and no matter how many times they’ve sprayed, they keep coming back. Overall, we enjoy living here but the roaches are a huge disappointment for a place as nice as this.

From the time of touring, application, and moving in, the office and maintenance crews have been extremely helpful. Everyone is transparent and genuine, and it doesn't feel burdensome to be a tenant at Encore Crossing Apartments.

Awesome apartment. Quiet and nice. The staff here is Amazing and helps with everything you need! I definitely recommend to stay here!with the gym both pools, and even 2 dog parks these apartments truly have everything you need

I actually really like living here the ladies in the front are super nice and friendly. When ive ran into maintenance they are friendly and quick to help or fix any problems.

It’s a good community to live in. They give a heads up most of the time and fix up any maintenance relatively quick. Move in was easy. Front desk staff are friendly too. Only thing is sometimes hard to reach the office

Management has been terrible. Takes forever to get ahold of someone. You are charged not only for water but sewer and drainage, have to find your own electric. So many fees they don’t tell you about.

Great apartment complex, great staff! Very well kept, and extremely spacious. The in house gym and pool are so nice as well! Very peaceful living.

My experience so far has been amazing the staff is always helpful. Its a very clean a quite community, the other residents are nice and friendly! I plan on renewing for another year!

Just moved in but great so far. Parking can be a bit of a hassle with such limited spaces but the actual apartment is good. The keep you notified of things going.

very nice. !! almost perfect home. the only knockoff point is the ac condensation dripping from our shower. it is loud and unsanitary . overall great home !!

This community is amazing! Nobody steals packages from your door if you are not home the staff in the office are all so sweet and helpful. We get our trash picked up 5 days out of the week and it is very peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to other people!

Apartment is very spacious the washer and dryer in unit is an extra plus. Staff are courteous and friendly as well as the maintenance personnel. Things are fixed promptly. Very nice community.

Morgan helped me get my apartment!! Morgan has a great attitude, super friendly and has patience!! Morgan showed me every inch of this apartment complex and answer all my questions. All the staff are very friendly! I haven’t had any problems with anyone or my apartment!! The Maintenance crew is always helping someone out and waving to cars that pass by. The maintenance crew also keeps up with both swimming pools!! It always gets cleaned!! Nobody steals your packages!!! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend everyone to live here!!

These apartments are wonderful. They are newer apartments and look beautiful. I love the amenities here like the gym and the pools. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance is prompt. I moved in a month ago and I don't have any complaints so far. I hope I will have this good of an experience the rest of my stay here :)

Very great experience staying at these apartments. Maintenance will respond ASAP. No need to worry at nights as there will be a police car near the gate to make you safe.

It is my first time living on my own and have lived here for a month so far. I have had a good experience so far. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and the community is clean and well kept.

Application and move in process smooth. Lived here a few months and so far I have no complaints. Maintenance orders are handled efficiently and community is quiet.

we have had an enjoyable time here. Every time we come to the pool it’s always clean and the children love seeing the bird feeders all around the complex the complex is always trash free thank you staff !

Great place to call home. The apartments are modern and cozy at the same time. Parking was never a problem. You can't beat central Southside location.

Living at this complex has been a good experience. The complex is normally pretty quiet. I take evening walks and have felt very safe. The complex is always well kept and the staff is very nice.

My husband and I have been here almost a year and we absolutely love it! We just signed a lease for another year. The staff is amazing and so helpful and friendly! The grounds are well maintained and they have done a lot of improvements to beautify the grounds. They are so giving and helpful, they always do things to show appreciation to their residents. The neighborhood is quiet and is a great location. Parking is great! We absolutely love there is plenty of parking throughout the property. They even offer assigned parking for a (small fee) to protect your car from the elements. I also love the valet trash! You just set it out and someone comes and picks it up for you. We have had a great experience from the I move in process being so smooth to our overall experience throughout the year. I highly recommend!

We have completed our year here love it so far. The office keeps the community pretty informed with everything going on. It is a quiet complex and they have been fixing it up and making it more homey lately.

They helped me a lot to move in the same day I visit the complex, the apartment is really nice and the administration makes the day to day really easy and comfortable.

Encore Crossing has all new staff. Everyone that I have encountered has been very helpful and kind. The office seems more inviting and a great vibe. I went in this evening right before closing time with a couple of requests. Morgan was more than happy to help. Just getting off of work from a 10 hour shift all you wanna do is go home and relax. I must say I was in and out in about 15 mins with my requests put into system and in my way. Thank you so much Morgan!

I’ve lived here for a few months now and I have to say I have no complaints, if I needed anything or additional information they are always there to help or give me the info I need. I would recommend phase 2, it’s quiet no loud neighbors or any hassle!

I recently moved here and I have been extremely pleased with my experience so far. The management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns I have had. Not to mention how flexible they were with me and my moving in process, if you’re military as well we all know how hard it can be to find someone that’ll be flexible, honest, and NO they don’t take advantage of us! The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained. The layout is functional and the appliances are modern and in great condition. I also appreciate the attention to detail in the design and finishes of the unit. Overall, I highly recommend Encore Crossings Apartmens. The management team, the quality of the apartments, the amenities, and the sense of community all contribute to making this a great place to live.

There is no place like home! Encore crossing has been the best complex I have ever lived at. This was my first apartment after graduating college and I couldn’t think of a better place to live. The property is very safe and quiet. I’ve yet to experience any disturbances of any kind. I also am constantly seeing staff go above and beyond to improve the property which is very promising. Everyone in the front office has been very welcoming and helpful whenever I need something. Cozy vibes, an affordable cost, and friendly residents and staff, you can’t beat it! Make encore crossing your new home!

I love all the amentities this complex offers. It’s always clean and it feels safe here. I’ve lived here for over a year and have never had any problems. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful. Morgan has always been so sweet and helpful to me when I needed something. All around safe and great complex to live in.

These apartments are very beautiful. All the appliances are in fabulous condition and I love the wood floors. If you're looking for a nice Community with a caring staff this is your place. My leasing agent was Leah. She was fantastic.

Note to self don’t give them a reason as to why you aren’t renewing your lease. I told them I was moving back in with my parents cause I am going to get a house. They put on my final account statement the reason for leaving “financial problems” don’t know how moving back with my parents means I have financial problems. I didn’t break my lease, I paid rent every month, I can afford the rent. I asked if they could fix it, the assistant manager said since I already moved she can’t fix it. (Only been two days since I moved) I explained to her that me moving back to my parents doesn’t mean I have financial problems. She really didn’t care. I am offended but whatever.
