Encore North Apartments

My partner and I moved in a couple of months ago, and this is our first apartment. We did thorough research and visited several places, but as soon as we arrived at Encore North, we knew it was the one. Marla truly sold us on this property! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure our move-in process was smooth. So far, we have zero complaints. The property is beautifully maintained, the service is excellent, and the maintenance team is responsive and unbelievably kind. It’s a definite yes!

Overall, the property is great, not a lot of buildings, great amenities, and office staff. Jasmine has been amazing since the very beginning. She’s very knowledgeable and attentive and strives to give you exactly what you’re looking for in your next home. Location is perfect; plenty of shops, close to the highway and quiet. I would say you get what you pay for at Encore North.

Encore North is a great place to live. I have lived here going on 3 yrs. I just recently moved to the 2nd floor from the first because the apartment was bigger. I love my home. I can honestly say I am paying for what I am getting. No complaints go unnoticed. Management is friendly. We have alot of activities that is provided to the residents by Management that is great. They really care about their residents. Come make your home Encore North Luxury Apartment Living.

This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly also. Encore North could not be better located. It is near a lot of stores and the new highway. Highly recommended!!

Apartments are very spacious, very well constructed and well maintained. Residents are informed well in advance of any office closure, maintenance or other activities. The entire staff is helpful; special mention -Marla who always welcomes with a smile, very patient in addressing out queries/ concerns. Amenities are top notch and residents are friendly. Monthly events let's you connect with other residents. I definitely recommend this place for a world class experience.

The staff so kind and generous with their time. I can not believe the number of times Miss Tieng and her staff have helped me with my first apartment. It's not common that you find people who are willing to go the extra mile with a smile.

It seems many apartment complexes like to call themselves Luxury! However, the main thing that sets Encore North Apt. apart from all the others is attention to detail, especially with amentities. No detail is too small to address, from a piece of excercise equipment wearing out, to keeping up landscaping and ensuring the pool is safe, clean and no "freeloaders". Bringing in food trucks at least once a week to saying high to people's fur babies they do on a regular basis. Maintenance is great to deal with and respectfully fix and help tenants when they can. Alway tring to keep residents happy and ensuring a safe and clean property! They are the best!

The office staff and maintenance crew are both phenomenal! They are friendly and attentive and very quick to make sure we are happy. They strongly encourage community and it’s really nice to know your neighbors. We have been very impressed and pleased!

I’ve been living at the complex since it opened. I love the set up of my apartment, the comfort of knowing that the team is responsive is there are any issues. The pool is amazing and there is lots of room to dog walk. My only wish is for a new dog park! :)

I have lived at a few apartment complexes in Greensboro and Encore North is the best! The staff is so wonderful and helpful, they truly care about their residents. The complex has great amenities that I use weekly. The location is close to downtown and within walking distance of a grocery store and some restaurants. They host community events with free food and drink so you can get to know the staff and your neighbors. Oh, they have food trucks that come by on a regular basis too! I won't live anywhere else in Greensboro.

I have lived at Encore North apartments for over 4 years and I love it. Anytime I have any kind of issue the leasing/management staff are on it, and the same goes for maintenance. They are constantly having food trucks for us to use when time is too tight to cook which is awesome. Also, they sometimes provide breakfast, have wine nights, and all kinds of other things to show us that they appreciate us! The pool is really awesome as well and the grills too! Definitely a great place to live!

The leasing staff is the best ! They are quickly to help and make sure you are satisfied. I am so pleased to be moving to Encore North . Everything has gone very smoothly from start to finish and i can’t wait to tell my friends about this amazing property .

I visited Encore North at N Elm St around two weeks ago. I loved the place from the first tour. I met Marla who is super nice and very supportive. She gave a tour around, she explained things well, she was very clear about the community rules and all that, and she showed me an apartment that matches exactly what I am looking for. I applied the same day and got a spot. The place is nice, quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly. I love being here and I enjoy it. There is a gym that is always clean and nice. The wifi is fast, and the complex is very clean and well-maintained. Lastly, I want to mention that the application process is very thorough which made me feel safer that the management is picky about whom can live there as far as safety and other factors are involved.

TLDR: Best value in GSO if you can put up with noise I’ve been at Encore North for about 6 months now. I lease a 1 bedroom on the second floor. I have lots of friends in Greensboro from college and work who stay in lots of other apartments I’ve been to. I believe this makes me credible on this review. This is a very nice and clean complex. It is right next to the new 840hw and you can get to anywhere in Greensboro within a reasonable time. For the money you pay you get a very nice apartment in a great location compared to the rest of Greensboro. The pool is nice, the clubhouse and gym are nice as well. Most comparable apartments in Greensboro are much more expensive (You’re probably looking at Greenway and Bellmeade). The community is very nice for the most part. Professionally life-styled individuals. And the staff are nice and friendly as well. Haven’t had any issues with the staff. Maintenance is on the spot within 12 hours of any request. The unit is as nice as it looks in the pictures. Modern clean cut look, more space than I need but I can’t complain about that. The parking is better than you might expect. I almost always park in the same three spots and no one is territorial about it. The only problems I’ve had since moving in are minimal. My downstairs neighbors seem to always hear me. I have only received one noise complaint about “stomping and music”. The walls are quite thin and you hear some hallway noise if you’re in your living room. I can normally hear my neighbors above me but it isn’t anything I wouldn’t expect from a multi-family residential building. (This is coming from a person freshly out of college with a hearing disability so that may not be creditable). As far as the unit issues you may encounter; I don’t understand why my garbage disposal is so clogged, I’ve cleaned it myself several times and had maintenance fix it twice and it still gets backed up. In my opinion it needs to be replaced. Same thing with the shower drain. It was constantly flooded when I first moved in (drain-O will save your life). But just ask maintenance to fix these things and you should be fine. The last thing is definitely storage. There is no option for extra storage in this complex. It’s a minimalists dream. But for some I notice they put boxes and old furniture on their patio so you can tell it needs optional storage. There is also no option for a garage to rent. This is the only factor that would keep me from staying here as I love my car. To sum

I honestly love Encore North. I have lived in Greensboro for a little over 4 months now and I can officially say this apartment complex is in the best location! Close to downtown, but not TOO close. Close to my work, the grocery store and my gym. Seriously can't complain about a single thing. Only have had one issue with the Wifi being down one weekend, but they communicated about it being fixed as quick as possible. They host little social events with FREE food, which is always a fun place to meet new people. I have never lived in an apartment were the residents respect common areas and take pride in where they live. It really is a pretty place to live.

We just moved here 3 months ago. The place is very nice and elegant. The complex always have activities for tenants. The lease office staff are friendly and helpful.

I am a new resident to Encore North and I have nothing but positive things to say about the complex. The staff in the office are always accommodating and help make your experience living there much better. I also feel much safer than my last apartment since because everyone I’ve met so far have been really nice and enjoyable to live next to.

I absolutely love living here. The amenities are beautiful and clean, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the units are modern and new. On top of everything else the community is welcoming and warm to be around. I felt at home the minute I moved in.

Just moved into this apartment and the leasing staff along with the residents and amenities have been superb. I highly recommend and have strongly suggested the complex to my closet friends.

I have lived at Encore North for about 3 months now, and I have really loved it. The amenities such as the pool and gym are very nice and well kept. The office staff is always very friendly and very helpful. I appreciate that WiFi is included, and I have not had any issues with speed or connectivity. I would definitely recommend Encore North to other community members as a great and affordable place to live!

Encore north has a great location with friendly/helpful staff. They work hard to meet your needs and make you at home. Great rent rates and amenities as well!

I had a really poor experience with management. They were rude and constantly changing their story about the terms of my contract. I do not recommend living here.
