I love my new one-bedroom apartment at Encore Panther Island! The managers and staff are all AMAZING, which is also another reason why I love it here. The pool is SO stunning and the river runs through the apartment complex. Maintenance is super friendly and very responsive, and the apartments are also doing a 6-week free special which really helps financially with all of the moving costs. I feel safe in the parking garage because it is gated, and the elevators are so great coming from a place that only had stairs. I would definitely recommend moving to Encore Panther Island if you are looking for somewhere in Fort Worth. It feels like a little mini resort getaway, and there are STUNNING views of downtown and the river. There is a sky lounge too that you can hang out in and see downtown Fort Worth.
Panther Island Encore is like anything else in your life. You get what you put in. I have experienced nothing but courtesy, honesty and patience because that’s what I have also given. Any issues will get resolved if you approach the office with the same kind of attitude.
I love living because of the proximity to everything else. Any issues that I’ve had have been taken care of in a timely manner and I have had no issues with the management team. This relationship is like any other one. You get what you give.

Great apartment community and location, easily accessible to downtown. Newer appliances and fixtures are a huge plus. Decent apartment amenities. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s pretty easy to get in contact with them.

I live with one other person, my lovely wife. We love it here! We get to enjoy a taste of city life going to places in downtown or the stockyards of just minutes of driving Or a $7 Uber! And if that isn’t enough the Panther Island brewery is right in front across the street! They set the vibe right with some good music great tasty drinks and food pop ups! The swimming pool is amazing, and the indoor gym to get some motivation going.

I love everything about this complex, community, office management EXCEPT FOR THE WEED SMELL.
Have lived in different apartments across the city/state this has been the worst so far. Not safe- cars have been reported stolen/ broken into (windows broken etc). management has done little to help. No addition of cameras or any type of security/ notices to residents etc. I have friends at other nearby apartment complexes who had their management invest in security (guards, cameras etc). There's been several instances where random people off the street will enter the apartment facilities. Noisy - Im well aware of apartments like this being louder but across the area, the walls sound much more thin. I constantly hear my neighbors all around/above me at all hours of the day/night. Getting a good night of sleep has been impossible, trying to focus on anything during the day is unbearable. Water temperatures don't get hot enough, appliances/doors were poorly designed and barely fit. Seeing this as the most expensive apartment i've been in, it's been the smallest and probably towards the bottom end of cost-quality/experience spectrum
Apartments are not thought out, leasing staff is extremely disinterested in making it a pleasant experience living here. They won’t honor maintenance request, but they will tell you to submit them instead of talking to you about the issue. It will cost 200% of your rent plus that months rent with a 60 day notice to break the lease. Everything will be broken and will never get fixed.

I moved from Austin, a densely populated city where most of my time is spent in traffic. Encore Panther Island has been a great location to run my errands and explore the city! I love my commute to work, how nice everyone in the community is and the amenities! I use the gym 3-4 times a week, go to the resort-style pool at least once a week and can see free shows in the sky lounge. The leasing staff has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the move in process. Very happy I signed here!

Think twice before moving here. Very dangerous place. Cars constantly getting broken into. Complex does not take the issue seriously. No security guard on the premises

Major security issues here, parking garage not secure, no locks on doors past the gate, which is normally open and not functioning.

I moved here with my best friend in August and so far I absolutely love it here. It’s quiet, the neighbors are nice, the staff are pleasant and the amenities are awesome. Communication is good as well.
Encore has been a wonderful living experience! I love where I live. My apartment is beautiful, the amenities are well kept and state of the art. I genuinely look forward to engaging with and running into front office staff as well! The location means I can walk to the trinity and have easy access to downtown. Love it. Highly recommend.
Unless something changes, I wouldn't rent here again. It looks nice but it's cheaply made, windows don't seal right, takes too long to get maintenance requests solved. Security is questionable with the garage gate broken for days. Hall carpets aren't cleaned too often, and you can notice, as well as stains on walls. Expensive for what you really get.
It’s been almost 2 weeks since my best friend and I moved in and I can honestly say this has been the best moving experience by far. The apartments are beautiful, really nice amenities, and the leasing staff are super friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend!
If you love random people coming in off the street to start fires and break glass at the pool area - people having an entire family of 20 people take over the entire pool area - then this is the place for you …..
Staff is really friendly and nice, but I have been noticing nonresidents coming by to swim and staying after hours. If that can be addressed, everything else is top notch. Fitness center, club room, and sky lounge/deck are always clean and are a cool place to chill at.
Encore Panther Island is an excellent community! The location is prime, the amenities are top-notch and the leasing office staff (BIG shoutout to Pam!!!!) is ahhh-some!!!!!
