We love our new apartment ! our Neighbors are very nice and there’s plenty of parking even in the late night. It was a smooth process getting in the apartment.

Living here is an experience, the pool area is always clean, the dog park and the surroundings are always pruned and in good condition, the mantenience and administrative staff are always willing to provide the best service. It's an excellent place to see my son grow up.

I loved living here for the most part. Great location, great response to maintenance requests and complaints. The only things I noticed throughout my 2 year stay was that the landscaping and cleanliness of the grounds and hall areas declined.

The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, friendly place to live that is close to everything!

So far, my experience with Encore has been great, I have leased from other apartment complexes before, and Encore has definitely been the easiest and most enjoyable experience!

Encore Rise is a great place with updated appliances and nice amenities. The pool is a great hangout and the workout facilities is pretty nice too. Would love to see some more community planned events and get together to better know my neighbors.

It’s been good so far! We have been here a couple months now, and for the most part they keep up with the maintenance. The apartment is really quiet. I would give 5 stars if the dog park was looked after a little bit better.

I had a great experience during my stay the pool was great pool hall was great , I had no bad experience with the leasing office, if you have an issue they would resolve it

Dirty hallways and trash outside. The place is never clean. Dirt and dust on the fans. Roaches in the apartments. The place has never been pressure washed.

Nice community. I have lived here for quite some time. Very nice floor plans. Very safe community and neighborhood is friendly. Nice to have food trucks come by in the afternoon when you don’t feel like stopping on the way home.

The front office has been great! Christian has been such a help. The move in process was so quick thanks to their help. This is my first apartment and they’re already making me want to renew my lease!
