Super fast move in process, some confusion with fees and whatnot but got it worked out. The unit i chose was clean upon move in and honestly one of the most well done apartment units I’ve seen. Everything was in perfect condition and even cleaned up to my own standards.

Still waiting for a microwave! So far so good, just moved in on the 19th. The Enso has plenty of amenities and the location is super ideal. The connivence of Kroger and cfa is super fun.

The leasing office people are so hard to get a hold of unless you’re able to get there in person during the work day. Maintenance also basically doesn’t exist. I’ve had open tickets for YEARS at a time. The only time things get solved is if I go in person to the office and make a stink about it. Why even have a portal or ticket system?

I am returning to renting after a number of years. I had no idea the application process was so aggressive. However, the office staff was AMAZING. They were super helpful, answered any and all questions I had and made moving a smooth experience. They are efficient, organized, helpful and SOOOO NICE! I love it here!

The Enso Apartments have been great. The apartment itself is wonderful, the community is clean, the location is great, and the staff is always super helpful. The biggest "issue" is that maintenance can be a little slow to show up but with a community this large, it is to be expected.

The communication is terrible and has been since the beginning. The brightest star for this place is the location. Outside of that, I would not consider living here

I have lived here 3years now. Rent is stable.. I like the convenience, the attractions, and the accessibly to the Major Freeways . The Staff tries to accommodates everyone.
Great location right on the beltline! Management has gotten a lot better over the past year, but maintenance requests can take weeks to be completed

I have lived here for over three years. I loved the place when we initially moved in . However, since that time, things have changed . Disrespecting Neighbors. Dirty Carpet hall floors that are not being cleaned on a consistent basis. The noise from neighbors and cement companies. It just different.
Neighborhood is good and location is great. Renewing our lease for the 3rd year. Not too loud, though it usually depends on who moves to the unit above us. Everything else is standard apartment living. I really like having garage parking in the city, it can be hard to get at this price and location.
I like the apartment and the community. Very accessible to everything. My only set back is that the refrigerator is too small and I don’t have enough cabinet space.
There are great things and not so many great things. Organization, knowledge and communication in the front office needs improved. Location of apartment is excellent and the building is quiet

I absolutely love the location, apartment, price, amenities. I have had some issues though. I decided on Enso a week before having to move out of my place. There were multiple times they said they would call me back with important information and never did/ didn’t answer calls. They kept saying they were going to send things that they didn’t. They knew I was on a time crunch. This made it so I found out I was approved the day before move in which was stressful. My lease and keys were not even ready on move in day. I knew there would be some maintenance things not ready because they were moving me in while the place was almost finished being worked on since I needed to move in before my lease ended. I’m going to report the maintenance things so hopefully they actually fix them. My last issue is that they said cleaners would come but they didn’t. Make sure they actually show you all amenities on tour cause they didn’t on my first tour. There’s a lot of amenities! Despite all I love it.

The location is fantastic by the beltline close to shops and restaurants! The manager Miss Harris is always on top of things whenever there is an issue. New machinery added to the gym!

The location is top tier and the community is nice and quiet but the maintenance response time is too slow and there are flies around the pool area that make it almost unbearable to enjoy the water.

Unfortunately this has been a nightmare. Unresponsive leasing office. Nonexistent maintenance staff. Countless plumbing, lighting, and repair issues. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Apartments great. Walkable distance to stores and great amenities. Some stuff needs to be fixed in the apartment (Multiple request have been put in and they knew saying put it in again). Staff and maintenance are great.

The experience here has been great. You get a feel of the suburbs and the city in one neighborhood. The belt line is close by, movie theater and eating establishments. I love it over here.
I have lived here for 4 years. I love my apartment, but hate all the trash left around and in the building on the weekends. Not to mention, there is pet waste inside the building all weekend where the owners don't pick it up and it stays on the floor until Monday - not a good look.

With a fluid move-in date, ENSO was able to modify our lease to ensure we had the apt earlier than anticipated, removing a lot of stress from our cross-country relocation. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and have been great to work with!
To start, moving in was not easy. The person at the front desk was not prepared or knowledgeable. Ultimately making our move more stressful than it had already been. Our agent/manager was helpful when available, she even helped smooth over the misunderstanding with the front desk & we were able to continue with moving forward properly. Maintenance is swift, and not lacking in the slightest. Some people don’t know how to manage their pets-freshly planted flowers/plants dug up, kaka not cleaned up after (here and there), and some dogs that are NOT people or dog friendly with oblivious owners that make no attempt to move from a doorway to allow safe passage for all. The property itself is well lit & currently cleaned & kept. The apartment was not fully cleaned upon our move in- fruit loops in the carpet & hair from previous tenant floating about. It has been cleaned, just not a thorough cleaning, not much of a problem though. Swift to come out & replace air filter & check on non functioning ceiling fan-maintenance really is on top of things. The app makes things easier. All in all, we’re happy to be here, and this is the best for the area, amenities, and cost.
The service is great. Timely, on time and the customer service is great.
We had a difficult time moving in, just due to paperwork, but the manager was very helpful in getting on the phone with us and sorting out our confusion. We love her! They are also short staffed right now. The only recommendation I have is being clear to people moving in that there isn’t a washer or dryer or fans in the units.

The location is the best part of the community. The community itself really needs updates. Between the constant breaking elevators, old laundry room equipment, missing game room items, and outdated zen garden and pool furniture and grills, it was difficult to truly enjoy everything the community had to offer.
The staff, including maintenance, were great. I received very timely service. The other residents were loud and some with pets did not take responsibility for cleaning up after them.
Maintenance requests are completed in a timely fashion. If a delay occurs, I receive adequate information as to the reason for it. Delays are rare or understandable.
Staff lack of respect or willingness to answer questions, calls, inquiries.
Once I submitted the requests in the app, maintenance promptly handed both issues within 24hrs. Thank you!
The move in process was not put together well and if we had been moving from somewhere much further it would have very much hindered that.
The smoke, often broken elevators, crazy drivers in the parking deck are frustrating but otherwise I love it here.
This community has changed since I moved in over 10 years ago. Residents park in non parking zones block where you can walk. Resident just throw trash all over the parking deck. Residents respecting the property has declined.
