An average managed building with an average maintenance crew but a great coffee machine in the lobby. the parking garage is large enough for a full size truck in the basement but don't believe its secure as we have had several break-ins during the past months

Recently moved into Enzo with my girlfriend and our dog. It was so amazing to move into a community that was so accepting of our dog (75 lbs of pure love)! The apartment is beautiful, has large windows to let in lots of natural light. The fitness center is well equipped (dumbbells, weight bench, 5 cardio machines, TRX ropes, a pulley machine, and stuff like kettlebells, yoga mats, foam rollers, etc). The area around it is nice too. Short walk to Safeway, coffee shops and even a dispensary around the corner. Short drives to Target, Walmart and affordable gas stations. Absolutely loving this place!

Enso is a fantastic apartment complex. When I saw the price, I honestly thought it was a scam because it was so affordable! Luckily, I moved in with ease into a modern, large apartment in the beautiful Pearl District. The leasing staff has been extremely helpful and I know I can always get answers to my questions through an email or a trip to the front desk. Enso is the ideal building in one of Portland's best neighborhoods. The units are light, spacious and have amazing feng shui. The staff at Enso is also fabulous, kind, helpful and friendly. I'm so happy I moved here!

As a senior citizen who downsized from years of home ownership, I love living at Enso. Residents are respectful and friendly. Management takes care of all the details of life that are challenging for elders without having to live in an old folks type community. Everything is within walking distance. A lovely living experience.

Location and Staff.
I recently moved into Enso and am loving it. The location is prime. Everything I could need is outside the front doors. Safeway is across the street. The dog park is blocks away. My favorite workout studios are all within blocks which is ideal for me. The staff has been extremely accommodating. They made the leasing process a breeze and answered any questions I had. The floor plans are so spacious and with the large windows I get a lot of Natural Light.

Enso has been a spectacular home to me the past 4 months. The weekly happy hours have been a great way to get to know neighbors (and their dogs) the location is unbeatable. I've never lived in an apartment complex where everyone is so friendly and nice all the time. It is the best!

Huge Apartments & Amazing Staff!
I live in the largest 1 bedroom ever! I've been here at Enso for about 8 months now and I will be renewing my lease. Super friendly staff and awesome weekly happy hour. I've met some of the coolest neighbors and we are addicted to the life size scrabble board. I'm ready for summer so I can enjoy the courtyard terrace again. I am very happy here!!

Amazing Luxury Apartments
Amazing luxury apartments! The best location in Portland and best price per square foot in the area. The staff are incredibly nice, very professional and quick to respond to all needs. We have monthly community events, and now happy hour every week! The apartments themselves are very high quality, I haven't found any that beat it.

Enso apartment review
This apartment has been great ever since i moved in several months ago. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rent is reasonably priced, the location is great and neighborhood is quiet and safe. I can honestly say this has been the best apartment i have lived in. The one con of this apartment is that there is only one elevator (plus a utilities elevator), so you may have to wait a minute for an elevator, But its not bad at all. I highly recommend this apartment to any one looking

Best Complex in Pearl District
I have lived in three apartment complexes all near or in the Pearl District and I have to say that the Enso is the nicest building. They are making several updates to the common areas of the building that are going to turn out to be beautiful additions. I had a tiny problem with my washer when moving in and they got me (within 3 days) a beautiful and HUGE new washer and dryer. The staff is friendly and the building is filled with all different kinds of people -- families, young professionals, etc. I would highly recommend the Enso to anyone because they have a variety of different apartment sizes and the building staff is attentive to your individual needs. Like living anywhere in downtown Portland, cars get broken into on occasion. However, the parking garage is secure and comparably priced to every other building in the Pearl. I personally have found that the Enso has a better renter/management relationship than other buildings I've lived in when it comes to solving any issue you might have. Thanks, Enso!

Greate Place!! Great Location!!
I moved into Enso Apartments 8 months ago. I love this place!! The location is right in the heart of the Pearl District full of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops, and parks including a water park for kids & a dog park. The Staff has been exceptional from signing up, putting on fun events for the residents, timely maintenance, and showing care for the people here. The place is kept very clean. The community room and outdoor patio with BBQ and conversation fire pit for get togethers are unique for a city apartment complex. I would highly, highly recommend it!!!

Great apartment and great location
I lived here for two years and loved it. The apartment has top notch finishes with huge windows. The building has great amenities like a gym, courtyard with a fire pit and grill, and a common room that can be rented out for parties. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The location is pretty close to perfect. It's in the middle of the Pearl so everything is within walking distance. The only reason I moved was because I needed more space and a shorter commute to work.
