May have a few bumps here and there but they have fast and reliable maintenance and the leasing office always respond quickly with any questions. Super dog friendly which is great for the fur babies. Very clean lobbies and well taken care of gardens, along with the courtyard and rooftop always being kept tidy, a lot of games and outside activities to do for families and for little ones.
