I love Entrada, it's close to everything I need. My life has been uplifted by moving here. The staff are just amazing. 10 for those guy's. The environment is always clean, thanks to the great work of the Housekeeping staff. I have noticed that the building has very few maintenance issues which is awesome. The atmosphere is very pleasant furnishings are always kept nice and clean. I would recommend to anyone who's looking for a great place to live to take a tour, see it for yourself.

I am having a terrible experience. The door frame and deadbolt are faulty. This apartment I am in has a roach infestation and the city inspector came out and deemed the situation urgent. Apartment has been sprayed twice but the roaches just keep coming.

•first off I moved all the way from Bakersfield alone with my German shepherd not sure how I was going to do it all alone but that wasn’t the case jasmine,Bella, Jason, and April all employees of Entrada have welcomed me and my dog with open arms and treated us like family day in and day out. •the building is kept up with and cleaned also on call security 24/7 for any issues. •repairs are not a hassle here! You ask and maintenance gets the job done! •Also there is a dog park across the way super dog friendly here! •parking is easy •everyone around is pretty friendly! •also everything is walking distance grocery stores,coffee shops,bookstores, bars, clubs, dog parks, petco park stadium and many more attractions! •I would recommend anyone looking for affordable housing to Entrada

The staff Leasing and maintenance are very professional with excellent customer service skills. The maintenance online requests are a very efficient timely way to have repairs done.

The apartments are lovely, we love our space and the amenities, but the elevator, garage door, and fire alarms are frequently malfunctioning.
the most perfect location on this earth? within walking distance 4 grocery stores, a world class 8 story library, the us post office, a fantastic super discount store, the bus, the trolly, a neighborhood Walmart, a 7/11, Petco baseball stadium,

We just moved into the studio apartment a little over a week ago and we love it. We love how close we are to other areas of downtown and the staff that we've had contact with have been very nice. We really appreciate how cleanliness is a priority as well with the complex.

This property lacks security and the garage and doors are open 24/7. Homeless might be behind your car, in front of your door in the hallway or sleeping and urinating on the entrance doors. Management does nothing. They say there is security that swings by maybe once in a 12hr shift but it is useless. Elevators brake every single time someone moves in and nothing major gets fixed for months. Run!

Courtesy Patrol is offered to our Residents 24-hours a day, 7-days a week via phone at (619) 938-2333. They are frequently patrolling the building over night and pass through the building once during the day. Management has been very proactive in ensuring the San Diego Clean and Safe Program (619) 234-8900 or our courtesy patrol is called if there are persons on or around the property that should not be. We pride ourselves on expediting the repairs of property items such as the elevator and gates as quickly as possible. We do apologize for any delays that are a result of lead times in receiving special ordered parts. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to take your insight into deep consideration. I have lived at Entrada for two years and management recently changed in February 2019. Since February, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the business managers Aimee and David. Aimee and David are very friendly and put a great amount of effort in getting to know their residents. Their office is open seven days a week and it’s always fun to drop in and say hi. Aimee and David bring a high level of energy to Entrada every day and are always in a positive mood. The location of the apartment is very convenient because I work downtown and it’s a short walking distance every day. The roof is an amazing sight to see! With grills set up on top, it’s a great place to celebrate a holiday or hang out with family and friends. The first weekend I moved in I was able to hear the Metallica concert at Petco Park from the roof. After seeing the concept designs for the new Entrada vision including an expanded gymnasium and a creative set up on the rooftop, Entrada shows a lot of potential this summer. Thank you, Aimee and David for continuing to make Entrada a great place to live.
