I have been at this apartment through two Landlords. The owner/current Landlord is very friendly and has made several improvements to the property. The Landlord cares just as much as we do about our home and the exterior and is always available when needed for any type of assistance. I enjoy the patio furniture and the new plants that are outside. They just make it even better!
The layout is very good, and the there is new paint, cabinets, AC, and flooring. Great location, and the owner is responsive and very easy to communicate with.
The apartment is updated and seems to be well kept. The Landlord seems to be very attentive and is willing to address anything that is requested. The neighbors seem to be nice and the area seems safe. I really like the location next to the lake. It makes for a peaceful place to call home.
This property is very quite and small. You know all of your neighbors who have been here for years. The owner is very responsive and maintains the property very well

I have had many apartments, but this one I call my home. Landlord treats me like family, he fixes things before I even knew they were not working. Every one is so friendly here. My car is safe and parked under the large shade trees. Really enjoy my long walks around the lake
