Great apartment. The management is awesome, the maintenance requests get done quickly and well, the units are spacious and modern and the views of the Chicago rover and river north/downtown city are great.

Enjoying life in env is amazing: nice ammenities and very welcoming staff. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. I love that env is pet friendly and it makes me happy when I met pet in the elevator.
Great location. Can walk everywhere from here and public transportation is easily accessible. Nice door staff, friendly management team. The amenities are decent. The rooftop pool and the gym have amazing views of the city. Despite being on a busy intersection, the building feels a bit like a quiet oasis.

Love it here everyone is too nice the staff is amazing, The residents are very nice and welcoming and the pool is the big and amazing for a summer time with friends and drinks they have plenty of space for you to lounge around on the roof and and have guest over its amazing here and plan to stay for a while and renew forsure!

Moved in just a few days ago and loving it! Amenities are great, staff is friendly and wonderful, and the location is perfect! We were considering if we wanted to be this central and were worried it would feel less homey, but that’s not the case at all!

Very nice apartment and when we moved in the management team had put snacks, water, dish and laundry soap, and a bottle of Prosecco in our room as a welcome gift.

We really love living in ENV. The building is modern, clean, has awesome common spaces. Our unit is spacious, has a beautiful view and a large kitchen! Maintenance requests are super easy. The garage parking is great and convenient as well.

Have been a resident since May 2023 — so far so good. All of the employees are super attentive and the pool has been top notch all summer. Will not lie, we’ve had a few issues with cabinets and window treatments but maintenance is always very quick to repair things.

Love the building, amenities, doggy residents and so much more. The only downside is the front desk staff. Depending on who is covering it can range from a great experience or a nightmare. My boyfriend has had multiple negative experiences with them and dreads having to stop by when visiting.

We love living here! The staff is amazing and the amenities are great. The response time from the maintenance team if you have an issue is unbeatable. Love the space and so glad we chose EnV.

I love Ernest and Patrick in the management office! EnV is amazing — great amenities, lovely staff, and beautiful views. Maintenance is extremely prompt, which is something I’m not used to. 10/10 would recommend living here

The best place to live! The community of residents and staff is so welcoming and inviting. They are always spoiling us with treats, coffee, breakfast. And the amenities are fabulous!
