Envui is a quiet place to live. It's also near many stores and restaurants too. I like living near the walking path. I like how far back off of river the apartment it is.

Definitely enjoy living here, it’s a great location that feels safe and the amenities are worth it. I love the yoga/spin studio and being able to walk to the farmers market is awesome.

Great community to live, have been here for a couple of years and I really like to live here. Good location, great staff at office and maintenance, Great s and beautiful spaces at the community.

The tour given by Caitlin was perfect. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me looking around the unit. the amenities are excellent, and I did not think twice about looking for a new apartment after this tour. it is perfect!

Envii Apartments has been a great place to live. The maintenance team is friendly and responsive, and they’re always working on improvements around the property, which keeps everything looking nice. The location is convenient with lots of nearby shops and easy commuting options. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are well-maintained and add to the experience.

Envii is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in! It's a great community, quiet, and the apartments are really nice. I also love all of the amenities offered here. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!

Overall a great community. The staff and facilities maintenance are very responsive and helpful. I have really enjoyed my stay here so far. The amenities are very nice and well kept, and the community is very nice and welcoming.

Not what I was told it would be. I was told this is a non smoking community, I guest it's allowed if you spray air freshener before exhaling. Guess what, my apartment still smells like pot but now just mixed with the smell of something sweet. Management has failed me.

I have lived in this complex for the past 10 1/2 years. I have no intentions of moving. I have been through I think five different ownerships and a multitude of people in the office. The office staff we currently have is the best since the very first group when I moved to Tucson. For the most part, the maintenance crew is excellent. The fact that the railing for my apartment is extremely rusted out and broken, and it has not been replaced is concerning to me. having to tell the Complex that outside lights aren’t working, doesn’t make sense to me as they should be looked at on a regular basis. it doesn’t make much sense to me that all the lights, including the outside light are left on in empty apartments. That is such a waste of energy.

Since the first day we took a tour of the complex we have had nothing but good experiences from the office staff to maintenance and the property in general. We love the location and how quite the community is overall.

Very kind rental staff and helpful, making my move in experience less stressful and pleasant. Gave me a nice tour of the apartment and very through with showing all the amenities.

Great experience so far at ENVII. After the long period of construction during the summer we can now enjoy the new amenities. The staff are doing a good job on following up on requests.

We've loved living here for a couple years now. The location is great, the girls in the front are sweet and accommodating. I feel welcomed and comfortable.

Good so far. Quite expensive but worth it. They recently updated the locks on almost all of the amenities which makes them easier to use. It is nice being able to walk to the farmers market on Sunday mornings.

Great, safe community! I love the amenities and the staff is always very friendly. When I have any issues, they are always very promptly fixed.

Our experience has been great the first few months. There were a number of issues with our unit when we moved in, but once maintenance heard they were very efficient in getting things finished and corrected. Use and convenience of amenities has depended on where in the community we are located, so we have not had the chance to try them all yet. So far, the smaller pool is almost always empty and very nice.

Average experience. I do believe the units are a tad overpriced and aren't very luxurious as the complex makes it seem. I do not plan to renew my lease here, but I do know this complex is a great home for some folks.

ENVii is a great apartment to live at. The complex and renovations are beautiful. The staff is super helpful, organized, and professional. The amenities are amazing and the whole complex is dog friendly for easy walks around. It’s a in a great location too.

It’s been a pretty pleasant stay here. Residents are pretty decent and friendly, stuff is usually taken care of right away, and staff has been pleasant to work with. Few complaints is being forced to take valet trash and it being so picky on what they take. I wouldn’t mind paying for it if it was consistently picked up. Not having a full washer/dryer in unit. The 2 in 1 washer and dryer in unit absolutely sucks. Can put minimal clothes in, takes 3-4 hours to do a load, and clothes still come out damp. Literally just a waste of electricity running up your bill. Last compl is when I moved in the apartment wasn’t even closed to done being cleaned and got minimal credit on my rent to do it myself. Safe to say, I will be leaving what was dirty when I moved in dirty.

The team was very accommodating and helpful during the move-in process. The area is nice and quiet and the units are recently renovated. Positive experience.

Great community here. Recommendation I do have is to get rid of the vip trash service. Me and others usually don’t use because we have dumpsters everywhere. Thank you:)

Living here is great! Love the community! I especially love the pools and close location to Trader Joe’s, restaurants, and the heirloom farmers market :)

I have been a resident since 2010. I enjoy living in this community. The staff and the residents are friendly and helpful. Maintenance workers have always been good about handling any repairs that I needed. Everyone has been courteous, helpful and professional. I'm perfectly happy about living here.

Friendly atmosphere very good amenities. The only major knock on the place is their maintenance crew, and how long it takes them to get repairs done. Leasing staff is friendly and is as helpful as they can be.

We have enjoyed the nice landscaping, beautiful pool and fitness center, and our apartment. The location of the complex has been ideal, living near the trail and stores.

A lot of rules, not a calm community. There are loud noises everyday, construction, landscaping, maintenance, etc. also getting very expensive, and it takes months to get anything big fixed in your apartment, drawers, showers, washers, etc.

My family and I absolutely love living here. This community is so nice and the people here are very welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone.

The staff were generally nice, though one seemed to avoid responsibility at times. However, the gardener and maintenance team were friendly and helpful. Overall, I feel the service could be improved.

Great location that is near mint stores and restaurants. It's also near a walking path. It's pet friendly. Security has gotten better lately.

I’ve had roaches in my apartment since I moved in in MAY. Before I had anything in my apartment, roaches were there. They promised to take care of the issue and sprayed but it’s now August and I just found another one. They’re the large roaches that crawl up from the drains, so it’s possible it could happen in any envii unit because they’re around. Do NOT rent here. Also, I initially signed a lease for a 1br1ba with a washer. The unit I actually got didn’t have that, or a microwave. So what I was shown on the tour was not actually what I received. I should have made a huge fuss about it but I was just eager to get moved in and settled that I let it slide and thought I would use the laundry unit onsite. Well, it’s been 3 months now and I also haven’t been able to do that, because it was under construction. Now that it’s open, the laundry unit hours are 8-5 pm, literally exactly when I’m at work. It has been such a nightmare to live here I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. Do NOT rent here.

My girlfriend and I have lived at ENVii for about 6 months and we are very happy with the apartment, maintenance team, and the location. Being right on the Rillito River trail is wonderful because we are both very active. Easy access to many good restaurant options (within a few miles and some even within walking distance) is a big perk for us. There is a year-round farmers market at the Rillito Park adjacent to the apartment complex which has been a nice little bonus for us. I would definitely recommend ENVii to anyone who is new to Tucson or looking to relocate within town.

The leasing office has been nothing but quick and awesome. Whenever I've had an issue during the leasing process they were quick to answer and clarify the information I needed.

I’m in a 1-bed and it’s the first time I’ve lived in an apartment complex, it’s always been rental homes and roommates up until now. I thought it would be a big adjustment but the community around me has really helped with the transition. I really do enjoy this place. Good amenities and a very friendly community. Everyone waves, says hello and asks how you are doing. Everyone seems to be considerate of their neighbors.

The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The management team is responsive and friendly, addressing any issues promptly. The community is peaceful, with respectful neighbors and great facilities like a gym, club house and two pools!. I highly recommend Envii Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience.

Since day one all staff were excellent and prompt when solving issues. Nice and quiet neighborhood to be around! All the amenities it offers are great.

The move in process has been fantastic so far! Emily at the office was super helpful and friendly for anything we needed. We are so excited to have moved here!

The neighborhood is good, but I I’m unfortunate that I moved into one of the old units which has some issues that old units do. Also the pool next to us is not clean.

I’ve had such a wonderful time living at these apartments. It’s so clean and feels very safe! The front desk ladies are always so kind and quick with any questions and concerns.

Front desk is super kind and sweet, can’t say the same for the management. They make false promises and handle things in a passive aggressive way (might I add they usually cause the problems due to lack of care/concern). Overall I would say it’s livable here but not a good experience.

We really love living here,the management staffis great and always very helpful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and most of the people living here are friendly.

Good property, many new upgrades to the property and apartments. A bit of confusing process getting to the lease stage. Overall, a nice place to live.

Love the nice amenities. There is room for some grilling, sports, and trials to see. I have my own laundry room as it comes in handy. Friends and family love the stay while visiting.

Team has been very helpful. Emily has gone above and beyond to get me into my apartment. Looking forward to move in day and once the dust is settled, enjoying the amenities.

Quiet, nice pool, gym is pretty decent. The staff has been very nice. Our apartment needed some repairs and they got done within a few days. Overall, it could be a lot worse!

The office staff and maintenance staff are great. Had a water heater fail shortly after moving in and they were there first thing to get it changed and back up. The community is peaceful and has great amenities as well as monthly resident events.

Not the best. Expensive, apartments do not look like pics on the website, always have an issue with water service, car was vandalized. Horrible experience

I really like living here. It is quiet, safe, and in a wonderful area. I also really enjoy the amenities like the pool, pizza oven, grill, and gym.
