Nice place to call home with very nice staff who always have a smile on when I go in the office for anything. Veronica and Karis are awesome. Maintenance is very friendly and usually respond right away to get things done. If other people wouldn’t litter and pick up after their pets it would be a better environment.

Office staff is great but the apartments are super noisy you can hear literally everything.The neighbors (my neighbors) are out of control and disorderly. I work at night they keep me and my kids up .My peace has been out of the window within my first week of living here

envision is a very safe and very quiet neighborhood, it’s perfect if you don’t like loudness or ruckus, the staff is super friendly and will try to help as best they can to your scenario. Okay place to live. Safe and quiet. Many unnecessary added fees to the monthly.rent. We pay for pest control but not once in almost two years.has anyone sprayed our unit.

I had very minimal issues and anything I had maintenance addressed quickly and efficiently. If you can afford it, it’s the best apartment complex I’ve lived in and you’ll be very happy there.

Envision has proven to be a great community thus far. Its location makes it very appealing but what has made moving into the apartment easy is the friendliness of the staff and their ability to properly communicate, evening getting answers to my questions that they, themselves, may not have by asking other staff members.

I am very satisfied living here at Envision. The Management Team here are awesome they go above and beyond to make sure that you as a tenant are happy and satisfied living here at Envision. The maintenance team are very friendly and if you fill out or call for a service request they are there within a half hour you dont have to wait hours or days. They are on point. Jennifer, Matt, Dana & Jeff are the reason why Im still here at Envision. I will refer this community to anyone who asks me what do I think of Envision!

It is a quiet community and well maintained. Office staff and maintenance are polite and very helpful. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. It is easy to put in maintenance requests through the resident portal. It is an all round safe community.

Its the first apartment that actually feels like a home. Im not tripping over other neighbors or disrupted with constant sounds or banging. The community is always quiet and clean. Its the first apartment complex that I actually felt relaxed and in my own home with.

This place had a consistent problem with scorpions and other pests. Anytime the office was notified they gave the standard, “We are aware of the problem and we have a pest control company spray every Friday.” However the pest control company only sprays a quarter of the property once a week. The back half of the community is dirty and riddled with trash, spiderwebs and landscaping debris. Everything inside the apartment is old from the plumbing to the ceiling. Toilets run, dishwashers leak, cabinets fall off the hinges. All of this is expected in an older community, but not when you advertise as a “Luxury” apartment community. All of this is verifiable when you fill out your checklist upon move in.

Wyndhaven Manager replied on Jul 27, 2021 We are disappointed to see your low star rating since you have always seemed so happy at Envision that you have renewed with us in the past. We are always happy to have our residents submit work orders for any issues that may incur with their apartment and anything they want addressed by our maintenance team. Pest control services are also available weekly for our residents if they should find the need. Our award winning maintenance staff completes all non emergency/routine work orders in less that 48 hours. The Envision property is well cared for by our maintenance staff and team of vendors and are monitored throughout the day- 7 days a week. We are an older community and take great pride in all aspects of our community. Flexible maintenance appointments are available as well. I understand you are unhappy with your move out assessment done by our staff and vendors. Residents are responsible to return their apartment in good condition at moveout, and can be assessed cleaning and other charges if it is not. The maintenance supervisor and vendors do walk all units at moveout and do refer to your move in inspections sheet as a reference point before charges are assessed. Thank you

I have lived at Envision a little over a year. I moved to be closer to my daughter who lives in San Tan Valley and my son who lives in San Jose CA. My daughter and son-in-law helped me find a place and I chose Envision. Their staff and maintenance are great. It is close to everything, doctors, hospital, grocery stores and pharmacies. There are several parks close by too. It is also close to a major highway to get into Phoenix. Its the perfect place for me.

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. 1. There are feral cats everywhere and it smells like cat pee in a lot of areas. 2. They send emails about picking up dog poop but don’t enforce it so there is dog poop everywhere when you are walking your dog. 3. They overwater and it’s a breeding ground for mosquitos so I can’t sit on my patio with out a bunch of spray and candles. 4. Their auto payment system is set up for you to fail. They give you an estimate of what your monthly charge is but it doesn’t estimate utilities and nowhere on the site does it say estimate doesn’t include those. And they can conveniently see when autopay is set up but also super conveniently not when it’s cancelled and for what reason. 5. If there is an issue, they are quick to blame you and let you know what you’ve done wrong but no consideration is taken for outside issues like system issues. 6. You cannot have someone who is parking in the space you are paying for towed because their contract doesn’t cover it. You can put a note on the car and hope it doesn’t happen again but in reality, someone different can park in your space every day and you can’t have them towed. 7. The gym is open from 9AM to 8PM so if you work a normal job, don’t count on being able to do a late night workout or early morning.
