Much to say about Eon Square in my short time here, however, I will keep it brief. I moved here from up north. The process was very easy and stress-free. I was able to view my apartment via FaceTime with Amber. I was able to submit and sign all documents via online. This process took less than 14 days and did not require me to visit in person. I was amazed. I arrived about 15 minutes before the staff was leaving for home. Amanda and Jennifer welcome me to Eon. Amanda was so kind and gave me a tour of the building. The building clean and has a great presents. Every team member I've speaking with has been helpful with answering my questions as well as giving great suggestions on local spots. Amber, Amanda, Jennifer, and Megan are all pleasant to speak with. I look forward to continue having great experience while a resident of Eon Square.

I was extremely happy with my overall experience from starting the application process through moving in a getting settled. What really stood out was the staff and management going above and beyond to ensure they got me the best unit possible with my preferences. Everyone from maintenance to management has been a pleasure to interact with, especially my leasing agent, Amber. Enjoying living at EON Squared!

The leasing agents have been wonderful from the very start of touring the property, communication and solving any issues we had when moving in. The amenities as well were a huge selling point and have so far not disappointed.
The management is absolutely amazing and very helpful.
Extremely thin walls, be prepared to hear your neighbors and be heard ALL the time. If you like young people partying next to your apartment on weekdays until very late at night, this is the place for you. There is no designated parking spots so be prepared to memorize the last location of your car every day. GREAT location, you will have access to good restaurants and stores within walking distance. Very pretty building, modern, nice, but be prepared to clean up after somebody else's pet.
Poor management in the following areas, making residents accountable for pet waste throughout the building, have proper security to prevent theft of packages and theft from vehicles in the pk garage, ensure all the key fob doors lock and open properly, and have maintenance clean the grounds more often

Eon at Flagler Village is a first-class community with first-class staff. You will love to live here.
The property is falling apart and management in my opinion cannot keep up with the needs in the south building. They don’t keep up with their responsibilities and obligations as a management company. Lots of unfinished issues and disorganization.
Amazing building most GreyStar owned buildings make you feel safe and comfortable; I have lived at two GreyStar owned buildings.
To date the Staff has been extremely helpful and professional. A great place to live at!
This building was opened far too early before construction was completed and is causing nothing but issues for tenants. I have had multiple packages stolen costing me hundreds of dollars because the package room isnt secure or completed yet. There should be better screening for tenants as the ones across from me are operating an air bnb with multiple random people causing disturbances of the floor for everyone else that lives there legitimately and pays a tremendous amount of rent to do so. The staff are nice but thats hardly any consolation for all the inconveniences I (and Im sure others) have experienced this far. Im very disappointed so far with my experience at the EON.
The management here is what makes this space so special. Yes improvements can be made around the building but I like the relationship I have with management and feel welcomed as if by friends. They really are community oriented and try to provide events to bring the building together. 5-Star hospitality

Eon Flagler Village is the best building I'v ever lived in. Every single person on the staff is so nice, helpful, professional. I am a realtor and most rental buildings have a ton of issues esp with management...not Eon....5 STARS!

We are glad you are enjoying your home here at Eon!
The building is nice. I think it’s being marketed at a higher level than it really is. After almost 5 months of being open, construction is still NOT fully complete. I blame this the developer and the builder. The garage is still not fully secured so anyone can technically walk in and get into any floor of the building through doors that open right into the hallways from the garage. This is in process but so have all the other non-finished items for the past 5 months. This should be a priority for the developer but the developer doesn’t seem too concerned. Hallways are sloppily half-painted, carpets are still stained from construction, storage is not built out, no bike room yet, the touted pool-side cabanas are nowhere to be found and some of the construction was just done to a lesser degree of quality. Now that the developers and owners are collecting money from tenants, one would think they could have their builders come in and finish the small items and be done with the building. It’s unlikely I’d renew at this point and speaking with others, I’m not alone. Some positives: Building management and leasing are great; building maintenance is very attentive and qualified, some of the finishes of the units and commons spaces are really nice, pool and surrounding deck is nice, gym has most things that you could want, landscaping was done well around the building, free coffee/espresso beverages, friendly atmosphere, lots of common spaces to work and relax in especially if you work from home Some negatives: The pool is NOT heated. It’s only October and at many times the water is too cold to use, the walls and ceiling are really thin and you can hear noise through the units, garbages disposables, toilets flushing above etc., appliances are fine - dishwasher and washer/dryer are really loud, and all of the above items that are still not done 5 months after opening.
