Be prepared for none of the staff you 1st see to be there in a month hell a week. Staff constantly changes so no communication or training clearly. Random fees. Constantly shutting off the water for "repairs " but everything stays the same quality wise which is poor. If you are desperate move here. If not there are better options out there. Make sure you register your vehicle not the staff because the tow company they use will tow your stuff, and even if it is registered I've seen them tow my neighbors car for being on the line.

attentive management team and maintenance team. When Ever I have an issue this team follows up or takes care of it in a timely manner.
The management is a joke. They do not respond to maintenance requests, the only way to get a response is to go directly in to the office and shout at the management, and even then they don't do anything correctly. Ridden with pests and water damage everywhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
It’s dirty everywhere and the pictures don’t add up to the real apartments. 0/10 on everything. These apartments are ran down.
These apartments are NOT as advertised! Very old, run down and roach infested. The management is very misleading and DO NOT like to document everything. They try to provide information by ‘word of mouth’ to avoid being held accountable. This place is not worth the hassle!!!

This apartment is full of false advertisement. The pricing is not what is advertised. I was told multiple prices by 3 different staff members, who could not verify anything officially. There are an abundance of hidden fees and the leasing contracts are very sketchy. The apartment appearance is very poor and appears unsafe within the community. There were a lot of broken windows and glass throughout the complex. It's not very nice at all.
I've called this property for information and for an application. Even submitted an inquiry twice. They never sent me an email back. Only sent a single email about a tour that didn't answer any of my questions nor give any information about units. They don't have a website.
My ceiling constantly leaks there was a roach problem when i moved in my car was broken into more than 3 times
Baby naw , i just moved in TODAY! and roaches are every where me my man and my dogs will be GONE by the end of the week??
This management team has switched over their entire work force at least 3 times, I hardly can keep up with whom I’m speaking with, if you own a nice car this parking lot is your WORST nightmare (DEEP potholes, thick hard bumps in the road and tight parking spaces), there was a major bug problem when I first moved in for about 3-4 months, the apartment quality itself is by far not worth the price and the area could be SO much better.
If you plan on having a constant guest be sure they don’t come more than 7times in a month or they will not be able to register their vehicle. Only non towing parking is on the street. The apartment is not handicap accessible as far as older guest coming to visit. There are potholes all through the complex. The gates don’t work properly. Sound of gunshots on many occasions. Not to mention the roaches are horrible no matter how clean your apartment is they come from neighboring apartments in my case below and beside me. Management doesn’t care they just want rent on the first.
Potholes everywhere. Trash is everywhere all time even though the groundsmen are out walking around everyday. All of my neighbors are loud. I once caught someone trying to get into my apt to “give me a letter”. Smells like weed to the point that some of my clothes smell like weed. You get what you pay for.
Loud people at night like between 2-5am. Too close to 360 and the ambulance sirens will wake you up in the middle of the night. Drug dealers. Pot smokers. People spitting everywhere. MANY potholes that have been there for several months. Trash everywhere if you live close to a dumpster. Roach infested apartments. Floor tiles peeling up.
This complex has come a long way since new ownership. The staff is very helpful and the maintanence staff is quick to respond. The only problem i have is the trash in which has nothing to do with the staff but the residents leaving furniture and trash bags out of the dumpster. Its usually pretty quick and i can tell the new owners care and are removing problems that have been here. I would recommend this place to anyone with or with out family.
I’ve been trying to rent an apartment from equinox for a month now , I drove by and it looks exactly like the pictures but every time I call to get more information about where to fill out an application I get no answer!!! Im guess they don’t have any office staff so if you want to talk o ANYONE you will have to drive to the apartment complex.

Stay away from this apartment. People freely smoke weed in their apartment and it will come in your space. Management knows about this and does absolutely nothing about it.

They have set up cameras in Select places but these cameras need to be Everywhere. I would expect stricter policies especially when there's an elementary school nearby. These people fearlessly selling drugs everywhere in the compound and especially near the playground area.I could deal with the roaches and the fact that there are no routine filter changes and all those minor stuff. But open drug trade shows serious security lapse on the apartment side. One patrol car with an elderly person doesn't work. Shutting gates doesn't work. People living in these apartments need to feel more secure. My car was stolen in broad daylight in the parking lot. No answers, no improvements in security whatsoever! I'm just glad that my lease is almost up.

This crime has not been brought to our attention and have onsite security and cameras as a courtesy in order to help minimize crime however it is not always a guarantee of no criminal activity but we do take necessary steps to lower crime. I've been living in this community for almost three years. Initially when I moved in with my 3 children, I was honestly disappointed shortly thereafter. There were issues with the apartment maintenance and upkeep of the community grounds. I was ready to move after my first year. Due to a rise in rental costs in the surrounding areas, I decided to stay. There aren't very many apartments of this size (or larger) for such a reasonable price. Especially with all the new upgrades. Over the last year since Knightvest has taken over the property, they have honestly made amazing improvements not just in the community and in the apartment units but also in the office staff. Now when there is a need for maintenance in my apartment, the requests are handled within 48 hours or less in emergent situations. I'm glad to have decided to stick around long enough to be a witness to the improvements they've made and I can't wait to see what else is in store. I just renewed my lease for the third time in June. I plan to stay until I'm able to purchase my own home. They're definitely worth checking out. You can tell the staff and company takes pride in our community. They have been working diligently to improve things and for that I'm thankful.

My apartment looks so modern! It's very spacious. I'm grateful that rent doesn't take up the majority of my paycheck! When I go to the apartment building's office, I find the people approachable, positive, and helpful. I love living here!

There are new people in the office which seems to be a major improvement from the previous that were there. Knightvest has done a lot to improve this property and has gotten rid of a lot of the problem people. Looking forward to seeing what else is in store at Equinox.

Maggots infested the apartments! And I have told them too many times(also have sent countless emails) and the pest Control came there twice and said they didn't see anything! I'm really fed up!!! The parking sucks! Our toilet and tub is all ways stopped up!! It's really disappointing I pay my rent early every month and this is all I can get!!! No! If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would!!!

After almost a year of living here dealing with a bunch of issues I started looking for another place to live( my lease will be up in about 3 mos) the only good thing about this place was the price you pay for the space. I would have left sooner but then that would mean I would have to break my lease and we all know how that goes plus this was all I can afford. After almost a year of handling odds and ends that the complex should do like pest control and light bulbs I actually got a call back from a request I submitted to have my filter changed and have a light bulb changed it was a new guy who said he was over the maintenance here. I guess they seen all my complaints over the time I've been here. Lol. Well he assured my that there were going to be changes for good. I hope they are i was really surprised that my issue was fixed that same day and he even came by to follow up with me to make sure everything was done right. So for this I will give 3 stars. We will see how far the changes go here. I will update again in about 2 most right before my lease is up.
Completely infested with cockroaches. It wasnt just me that had em everyone had em. When I first moved in they were literally everywhere even crawling on you while you sleep.
Do a favor to you self don't move to this aparment they are cheap but come with a lot roaches and bed bugs
I have a two bedroom upstaires townhouse with 4 small boys love to play outdoors but traffic over here is ridicules patrol officers is not doing they job my family and I lived here for 7 months and I am already ready to move maintenance don't come do a work order till a week are two later after i calls numerous of times I have a major problem with my stove if I turn it on my power shuts off I got to go outside of my apartment and Flick my breaker box and it's frightening that something might start a fire these apartments are bad with big cock roaches I don't recommend no one to move here unless it's convenient to them
If you are looking for peace, don't come here. There is something wrong with the apartment every week. First when I moved in, we were told the apartment would be ready by 3 ... That didn't happen.. At wrong 4:30 we came to the apartment and the AC was not working, the fridge was dusty and all of the electric outlets were loose, the master bedroom shower didn't have a door or a curtain rod and non of the windows had window latches. Now I been here for about a month and every single one of the weekends I've been here construction around my apartment wakes me up around 7 am with their loud and annoying noises. Therefore if I could move with out having to pay I would not think about it twice
