Erden Court

This is a great place to live. First of all, the manager Ed is great. So is the maintenance guy Tim. They are super kind and very responsive. Second of all, the apartments are super clean and management is constantly making upgrades to them and the grounds. There's everything you need. Central air, your own laundry, lots of extra storage. Third of all, the location is awesome. You can be to Manayunk in 12 minutes or downtown within like 30-40 minutes. This place rocks and really helped me and my little girl during a big transitional period.

We lived at Erden Court for 7 years - great blend of privacy and neighbors, a full basement, private washer & dryer, generous bedrooms, double-pane windows, my growing daughter planted her own garden (and a little fair garden) every year, easy walking to neighborhood businesses, and easy access to major roads into Philly or further away, SEPTA bus access at the corner, several train stations & 2 different rail lines within a short drive. Great care is put into maintenance and upgrades, and they're responsive to needs. Lots nearby, both indoors and outdoors, and a wonderful school district.

I signed my lease at Erden Court a little over a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Good sized rooms, updated kitchen and bath, ample closet space, and a really comfortable, airy floor plan (same for all units) with plenty of sunlight. Installations of central air for each unit and new roofs are in process in the complex, and are already completed in my building. The central air works great. I have access to a full basement (shared with one other unit), with a separate washer and dryer for each unit. It actually feels like living in a house. The owner, manager, and full-time maintenance man are all super people, and the one or two items in my unit that have required attention were immediately resolved. The complex and units are spotless and meticulously maintained, with excellent landscape care and snow removal. The location is convenient to everything. I look forward to coming home here at the end of the day, and that's a really nice way to feel about the place where you live. I'm not paying for a swimming pool and health club here -- rather a very comfortable and convenient home managed and maintained by people who care. If that's what you're looking for, you couldn't do any better.

Freshly updated kitchen and bath, lots of windows, spacious, air conditioned, well maintained. Friendly, professional manager and on-site handyman keep this place ship shape. Convenient. An outstanding value. Skip the rest, this one is the best.

I have rented several times and by far this is the best service you could ever get in an apartment like this. When I rented this apartment 2 years ago, my first impression was that the apartment was spotless. Any plumbing or electrical issue was fixed right away. The management is always on top of things and very responsive to any comments. Tim & Tim are always there to fix whatever necessary. I have been to other apartments where there are misunderstandings and poor management. This apartment is close to center city (25 minutes) and 5 minutes to the turnpike (276) to go to NY or get to 476 to go to Poconos. Snow cleaning is great as well as flower beds and grass is kept always clean. The shared full basement and storage area is large. You also get your private washer and dryer.

We moved into our apartment in mid-July and so far I have no complaints. It's a nice sized, 2nd floor, 2 bd, 1 ba unit. It's got a semi-open floor plan for the kitchen, living room and dining room area and the 2 bedrooms are a good size. The master bedroom fits our queen size bed, 2 tall dressers and 2 night stands with plenty of room to spare to move around. The bedroom closets are standard but there are 3 other storage closets in the apartment. The bathroom is standard size for an apartment but every thing is brand new and clean. Also the kitchen appliances are brand new as well as the carpet. Each apartment comes with 2 numbered parking spots and a private washer/dryer. The maintenance staff have been great. We had a few minor issues when we moved in and they were taken care of either same day or next day with no complaint and even a discount on our first month's rent for the troubles. As far as location you cant ask for more. The neighborhood is quite, family friendly and safe and everything you could possibly need (pharmacy, grocery store, fast food,gym, wine store, starbucks, movie theatre.... I could go on lol) is within a mile or so. I cant say enough how happy we are that we chose to move here and I can see no reason we'd leave any time soon.
